We recently purchased a beautiful bed set from Snooty Fox and had a fantastic experience. Troy was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, making it our second purchase from this amazing store. Came here looking for a different style of furniture. I was greeted so warmly and was steered in the right direction by the man at the front desk (stitch/snitch, sorry didn’t hear your name correctly because of the mask)... the store was well stocked with quality furniture and the prices I saw were very reasonable.

This place was one of the most welcoming consignments I have been to.  The staff is very kind and willing to negotiate.  Personally, I consider myself very picky and specific when in terms of what I want, but even so the individuals I spoke with provided me with exceptional customer service.  The location is very clean and beautiful.  They have many unique and one of a kind items.  I would highly recommend stopping by if your looking for anything to make you stand out, and beautify the interior of a home.

This was the first time my friend and I visited this consignment shop...it was wonderful. They have such beautiful and unique pieces...like WOW furniture and their prices are so good...you will be pleasantly surprised. We passed your driver on I75 (I’m a passenger not a driver right now) and he is driving very safe on the highway and doing the speed limit. Let him know he needs to ride in right or middle lane as he is impeding traffic flow in left lane which is a traffic violation.

So we just LOVE this place. Keith and Craig were simply amazing to my husband and I. They took time to show us around the store, we had amazing conversation, they offered us great prices and even did layaway. I cant say enough about our experience here and we look forward to going back very soon!

I had an amazing experience with Troy his customer service was excellent and went above and beyond expectation. He showed me some truly amazing pieces. Walked me through the entire place and just all out being amazing at what he did. The only blemish of my experience was a male of Latin descent yelling across the room (so utterly tacky) at me saying he didn’t know why I had a Versace blanket in my hands when it was sold already when it actually wasn’t then when he was told it wasn’t sold he again very loudly said but it’s also $500 (I got the insinuation loud and clear.) If I hadn’t fallen in love with the living room set there I would have taken my business else where but Troy truly was exceptional and I won’t let someone’s ignorance, lack of professionalism, and home training, ruin Troys sale and my impeccable living room choices. There was also a nice man working by the jewelry counter in comfy work out gear who was equally as amazing and kind and another gentleman in a polo who was also very nice and welcoming. This store has one of a kind pieces from furniture to jewelry classic fireplaces and more. If you adore French provincial furniture and one of a kind finds I highly suggest this place and ask for Troy!

Not what I expected.  But an ok store.   Just depends on what you are looking for.

Store okay, interesting inventory, but too much makes it hard to shop for things and the person we were working with was not that friendly, he was professional

This was an odd experience for me. When I walked in the man working with the owner/manager (who makes all the pricing decisions) was super nice but the owner/manager wasn't as nice. He made the strangest remark to me saying how all day he has to clean "white marks" off the furniture and that "all day long he does it and sees people go in their pockets with cream and smudge everything" I'm not sure if he was implying that it was me personally doing this but let's just say I got out of there as fast as I could. Just a creepy experience overall. 2 stars for the one man who was very nice.

they named this place right. the people in there are snooty, and the stuff is way over priced. unless you like to over pay for ugly furniture i suggest you go elsewhere.

I strongly advise against doing business with Snooty Fox Consignment. My experience with their shady tactics has been nothing short of unacceptable. I entrusted them with my items, which they sold, but they refused to pay me the money owed. I live out of state and was informed that I had to physically come into their store to collect my payment—an absurd and unprofessional policy. They claimed you only have 90 days to pick up a check from them, which is an unreasonable and unfair restriction as they stated to give them time to sell the items. Absolutely zero communication from them when items actually sold. So how am I supposed to know how much money they made from my items without calling every day to ask.

Despite several attempts to resolve this over the past year, the business has been uncooperative and dismissive. As a result, I have filed a fraud report with the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General’s office.

Save yourself the headache and avoid this business!

Absolute rudest consignment store owner I've ever come into contact with.

The store had dozens of free teeny tiny water bottles at the front for customers, so after looking at the selection for 20 minutes before we left, my boyfriend grabbed one.

The owner CHASED us down the street SCREAMING at us that it was HIS water bottle and we needed to return it to him at once.

Their furniture is ugly, old, and extremely overpriced for the piece of junk you want. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

We got ripped off in this place I put something layaway and then we got hit by the hurricane and I told him I couldn’t get it any longer because I had too much to fix and not enough money to pick it up within the time I told him can I go pick something out for the money I gave you. He  said no you lose everything and went on and on disrespecting me very bad place to shop crooks. Don’t care about people only about their pockets. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.after all 400 isn’t 40 I’m on fixed income it would be nice if I can go pick something with that money it would held since I lost every thing and trying to rebuild again . but I  guess kicking some down when there down is better then helping. What a  nasty man.

nice stuff horrible staff. All very douchy. No acknowledgement of the customer and actually think they are the pallet for eye candy. Saw some nice pieces but as a straight female, they chose not to be cordial.

The guy at the front is very rude. I walk in and the first thing he asks is where I live. To which i give him and area. His response was “ do you even have a house big enough for this furniture”. How rude to assume i have a little house based on what I’m wearing. Plus the furniture here is ugly. Don’t waste your time.

Been there many times, purchased a dining room set a couple years ago.  Stopped in the other day...for the last time.  Re-read the first sentence.

The female and male workers/owners who were in the store never acknowledged my husband and I. They were very rude. Not a good selection or guality. Dont waste your time, go to Encore consignment. Encore staff is friendly and they have a much better selection.
