My wife and I have visited this place a couple times since our arrival in May of 2022. They have a lot of great items and we even took home a couple watercolour paintings and two tiled shelves. The prices were very reasonable and the staff are fantastic. We would have taken home more, but we are waiting for a couple Amish pieces to place some nick knacks. Don't miss out!

Accents, such as lamps, vases, etc. Are the kind you want to have in your home, the kind you want to share with your friends and family. Tell them, to check it out for themselves. Prices are not out of reach for such wonderful high end items. I bought a lovely folding mirror, made in Italy and it is going to be so attractive on my BFF's dresser.. I can hardly wait to present it to her. It will be a Christmas present she will love forever.

What a great find.   We have been looking for a dining room table and hutch for awhile.   Also, a desk for my husband.  Found that and more.  Quality furniture that looks new, without paying the new price.  Carriage Trade Consignment will now be our first stop when looking for furniture.   The staff was extremely helpful as well.

A little something for everyone at this store . I was not in the market to buy furniture but they do have a great Selection . The home accessories are great at a good price . This is a big place two floors to shop around and well off taking your time to shop to take it all in . So Definitely  walk around the store twice . A lot of hidden rooms to explore seeing this might have been an old department store in its hay days. We came across some small rooms that had things from $3.00 - $5.00 . a Treasure hunt for great bargains .

Nice variety of merchandise.  New and gently used items.  Some really nice mirrors and at work.  Be sure to look in all the small rooms. Great place to visit regularly.

Everything is well cared for and very well priced. You get excellent value for your money!

Great place to buy furniture and household decor.  Plan on spending alot of time there. So much to see and fine. I spend hours in there just looking around.  I have also purchased there and will do so again.

Neat place with good service. Saw lots of interesting pieces in a wide range of styles. Got a great dresser for a great price.

Love Carriage Trade Consignment!  They have the high quality, unique consignments in a very large venue.  Terrific selection!  The staff and management are always warm, professional and ready to serve their customers.  Have had at least two deliveries of Carriage Trade purchases.  The delivery men were always on time, very respectful of my home and at ease with even the heaviest, most awkward pieces of furniture!  Looking forward to more purchases from Carriage Trade!

I have not bought or sold anything here yet but I have gone in a few times looking for furniture and the staff has been friendly and helpful but not over bearing. They have a good selection of many different pieces in all price ranges.

Very nice collection of consignment items. I purchased a set of China and some crystal stemware. There was a bowl missing from the china, and it was very difficult to get an answer regarding the missing bowl. Finally, after weeks and several requests, the bowl was never found. However, I give them top marks for the quality and quantity of beautiful items! Very reasonable prices.

Rather expensive used items.  You may get lucky and find the best thing but I have been there 3 times and not found any item that I was looking for.  Seems to be on the expensive side.

Have always been very satisfied with the courtesy and service.  I have usually been able to find what I was looking for but found too many dark wood pieces and too much new furniture today.  Was unable to find anything I wanted.

Really cool place, just wanted to see what it looked like and what they had. Quality consignment furniture, really cool set up, treasures in all the hidden courners. Was a fun stop. Glad I stopped to look, next time I'm looking for some furnature, I know where to go.

As a buyer: A+ Selection & Service
As a seller: C- Go elsewhere! Too picky, and if you are hauling stuff around they usually won’t even take 30 seconds to walk to the parking lot and look at it. When you need to sell something you need it gone, best to just load up your trailer and drive around until someone will take it. Spendings months on email back and forth is ridiculous. I have sold 7 large items in the last two days just trying my luck on the road. NOTE: If you have super large stuff they will never have room. There are 3 other places in a 15 mi radius that have better availability and turnover however these locations have lower tier items usually.

Great place but Lady with short hair rang up my sale, handed me receipt and dismissed me, no smile. no thank you. Class always shows respect but some people just lack it.

Purchased 3 items. Young man who help load the furniture was so polite  smiled and said thank you. He knows customer service. Had nice furniture and good prices. Reasonable especially the bonus buys.

The Carriage trade is a great place. Been several times and the staff is always helpful and friendly. Did not buy anything today, but it really upset me that just because I was parked near the building I got a survey / rating request.

Was told great things about the place and that I wouldn't be disappointed. Walked in ten minutes to close and instead of being greeted with a hello, we got a you do realize we close in ten minutes right. Needless to say, I'll take my money elsewhere.

The wood floors in my home are scratched because Carriage Trade movers jerked the entertainment unit attempting to separate the 7 sections after they stripped the screws using a power drill.
We ask them to please watch the floor and their response was something to the effect we are doing the best we can do.
Upon sending an email to Jane, my contact, explaining our disappointment in Carriage Trade, the owner Andrea Bontrager sent an email to me indicating the damage was there before her employees came to pick up the furniture.

Basically Carriage Trade’s owner is totally unaccountable for her employees or her company.

I will not recommend Carriage Trade to anyone! I intend to let everybody I know —- find another furniture consignment.

I attempted to consign a scarce, sofa size Art Deco Turner print and was rudely turned away because they are not taking any pictures to sell (she didn't even look at it!). Then I told her I had two tables, she cut me off saying they aren't taking any tables either! She has no idea what quality pieces she missed. I am happy to say I have found a nice group of people to deal with in Ocala now. Good riddance Carriage Trade!
