I would just like to share a wonderful experience I had with "The Jewelry Doctor" Their team that I had the pleasure to work with was Cindy, Tabitha and Wes. Cindy is a magnificent class "A" Jeweler! I brought in a couple of my Citizen watches for repairs. One needed a battery and the other Echo Drive time piece needed a capacitor. The turnaround time was amazing. 24 hours! Cindy had the battery needed for my Mountain watch and she also had the capacitor in stock needed for my Eco-Drive. She kept the timepieces overnight to make sure they were functioning correctly. Cindy called me early the next morning with good news to come in and pick up my watches. Amazing service with a warranty to backup their work and a very reasonable price. Cindy also works the front when the store is very busy and Wes and Tabitha are amazing customer Representatives on the front lines. I highly recommend this jewelry store for fine jewels across the board, high end time pieces and repairs on anything. Located in Palm Beach Gardens what an amazing experience to prove this Location gets a 5 star rating from me! They are also certified for Rolex work, maintenance and repairs. I definitely trust them and will be bringing in my Rolex Sea-Dweller for cleaning and maintenance. I tip my hat to the jewelry doctor and their staff. What a wonderful experience. Sincerely, Stephen. Just have to share my recent experience. I have been going to another Jeweler for about 11 years. They have made numerous pieces of jewelry for me. The small diamond stones (that they added) fall out all the time. Not once have they replaced the missing stones at no charge. I recently dropped off my wedding ring and my husbands Claddagh (which they custom made both) because of loose and missing stones. They were gonna call me with an estimate. My rings sat there for almost a week with no phone call. I went by to pick them up but never received an apology. I found the Jewelry Doctor online and have used them for small things in the past. I dropped both rings off to them on Tuesday. I received a call later that same day with an estimate. I ok'd the work needed. My ring was ready the very next day. My husbands Claddagh was ready on Thursday morning. I almost didn't recognize them. The Jewelry Doctor did an absolutely AMAZING job. The repair estimate was very fair. and I had my rings back within 2 days. I will continue to use them for all my jewelry needs and definitely recommend them to everyone I know. I was having trouble with my citizen echo drive blue angel watch. I called Jewelry repair and explained the trouble I was having. I couldn’t set the time on it. I brought it to jewelry repair and I was greeted by Tabatha the rep I spoke to before arriving! Tabitha was very pleasant and so was another gentleman working there and they fixed the time on my watch which was very difficult to program!

Had a ring resized here before and now needed stones in a pair of earrings swapped out. They were able to do it in 24 hours and I can’t get over how friendly and sweet they are. Tabitha was very sweet and helpful. The quality of their work is phenomenal. I can’t recommend this place enough. They treat you like family.

I brought an Oakley watch to the jewelry doctor with a broken crystal. It was a millennium edition and had a special significance to me. We ordered the crystal off of eBay however it was advertised wrongly and I sent it back. Between Eric and Wes they got my watch fixed and back on my wrist. It took an amazing amount of effort to accomplish this and I am grateful. I recommend them highly.
