I love this store. I mainly shop online with zero issues, with items looking brand new! Great deals for quality clothing. I am a regular shopper on this site and if I did have a problem they would quickly resolve the issue if I wasn't happy. Best place to shop for designer goods!

Kristina , the store manager was exceptionally helpful in every way. I could not believe how organized everyone is in handling their business. The Chanel expert examined my handbag and put it up for consignment. The Rolex expert adjusted the links of the two Rolex is that I purchased according to my size. I love the store.

I was pissed that the representative and I were misunderstanding each other due to language barriers. Finally I gave up and called my local Palm Beach store. Christina was so helpful and was able to solve everything in under 5 minutes. She was patient and even gave me free express shipping!

Small store but they have a good selection of preowned designer items. Whatever you see online they can transfer in the store so you can see in person.

Beautiful boutique, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The consignment process was very easy and they even offered a buy it now price which was quick and convenient. I have dealt with every single consignment/resale place and website and this by far is the most organized, efficient, friendly, and high quality store, I love it. Cris helped me pick out a McQueen dress and a couple extras. He was so knowledgeable kind and generous showing me items.  The staff as a whole was hilarious. The only difficulty I had was finding the store and finding my size.

The RealReal Store is small consignment store that sells a lot of  preowned designer items including handbags, clothes, jewelry and more. Whatever you see online they can transfer in the store so you can see in person. There are some good deals if you know your products.

Hoping to go and discover the store. I did, but it was kind of disappointing. Selections were limited. Some of the items were too extereme to wear for normal people, living normal lives. Prices were also high for some of the items. I guess, i will stick w/the on line shop versus brick n mortar Real Real. However, the customer service was very good.

You can find some good deals but buyer beware … they have misrepresented the retail cost of bags, inflate prices and sell bags and other items above current retail prices for pieces several years old! The condition of items also need careful inspection.

The woman with the glasses was so pleasant and friendly( that’s the only reason there’s 2 stars) but the guy at the front desk in the “suit” was rude and bewilderingly pompous. I’ll stick to using the website because I do love the real real. But this location needs some training on basic communication and the gentleman should remember what field of work he is in.

I agree with many reviews.  Selling on TRR is not a smart choice! It takes forever for them to process & post your items, and when sold you get literally nothing! And it gets better! Once your item is sold (I choose the credit payout) it takes over a month to receive the little commission on your high end item.
I won’t be sending anything for consignment to TRR.

I consigned 15 or so high end pieces with The Real Real.
The consignee I worked with was very kind.. but I earned pennies.A perfect condition Burberry coat, Gucci bag, LV purse, Tory Burch boots.. the list goes on. I would have saved these or sold them on Facebook had I known how little they were going to sell them for. I earned $81 for my Gucci bag, $34 for my Burberry coat and $14 for a large leather Tory Burch bag that's a current style. I feel a bit side blinded and I recommend you just sell yourself or donate!

Did not realize anything I was interested in was at other shops...Came to visit West Palm, expecting to see (and purchase) the shoes on the website, only to be told they were most likely in Texas..store was small, overpriced, and had a very limited supply of anything. Sellers were nice enough. 2 LV bags were obviously pre-owned, and could almost be purchased down the street at the actual LV store very just a little bit more over what they were asking..

Don't sell though Realreal. I brought in a new (with a tag) scarf. The original cost was $790. Two months later I got a check of $22 dollars. They sold the scarf and took out enormous commission. They will just rip you off!

This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with.  My most recent experience with them is when I requested that my last 3 pieces of jewelry be returned to me.  There were 3  pieces of Lagos (bracelet and ring) and Roberto Coin gold earrings.  They shipped the Roberto Coin earrings, and the Lagos bracelet to me in the same box.  They did not put the ring in the box.  They claim they sent it later.  I never received it.  So - I’m out a $550. (In great condition) Lagos ring.  The salesperson was very unpleasant to deal with, and intimated that I was lying.
This is the second time I’ve had a horrible experience with this company.  I should have known better the first time.  Don’t deal with company.  If it’s not one thing, it’s another with them.  Very disappointing.

I saw they priced my $500 Etro dress at $48 and I requested it back in writing. I was assured in writing they would send it back. I still have the email. They sold it anyway and paid me $8.00 commission. I was sick to my stomach for weeks. If your items don’t sell in a week they get buried and will be sold maybe for a fraction of their value.

HORRIBLE COMPANY TO CONSIGN WITH!! They will take your beautiful designer clothing & shoes & give you dollars for them . No joke I have received commission checks for items worth hundreds for $6 . You are better off to donate your items to a women's shelter or goodwill for a tax write off. TRR is a pure rip off company!  DONT CONSIGN WITH THEM !!!!!

Scam !!!!!I sent them my items after they appraise them and I realized I was not going to sell with them. I asked for my items back they sent me a fake pair of plastic glasses in my original Louis Vuitton box and they also lost my Gucci purse which I have not been compensated For.

DO NOT SELL YOUR ITEMS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! I sent them a pucci swimsuit top & bottom brand new!!! I notice immediately that only the bottom was posted I email and called them explaining I sent both top and bottom of the swimsuit, after their investigation. They informed me only the bottom was Received  and sorry but they can only send me back the bottom. After I proved both top & bottom was sent. I was NOT compensated for their mistake, only an email apology. I paid $411.95 for this swimsuit just for them to lose the top which costed $195

consigner beware this place is a scam they give you minimal commission for your items so if you do not accept that offer, then you have to pay $15 for them to return the item to you so basically if you don't like any of the prices they offer you as commissionyou lose money for sending your items to them because you have to pay $15 per item when it is returned to you use a consigner. These people are scammers and you a make more money from your loc consignment store.

This company is a scam you send them your stuff they give you minimal amount commission for your items. If you don't want that to be sold, they charge you $15 to send it back so essentially if you send things to them, you're basically gonna be losing money if you're not happy with the commission which I guarantee you will not be.

Selling your items through this company is a total waste of time. Soon after posting your item, they reduce the price by 40-60%. Then, unless you are selling an item worth $5k or more you only get back 20% of your sales. I have been getting checks for $2.80 and $4.80 on my Maje consignments. It’s not been worth my time boxing them up and sending, nor depositing a $2 check. This company is a rip off!!!

I bought twice, twice the same item,  different prices, different sellers and both were fake. Thanks God the costumer service was helpful and allowed me return it and waived the fee. But please make sure you know the item and how to recognize it. Because if you are buying, and paying for it, it MUST be authentic . It’s not fair charge as much they charge and the item not be authentic. DO NOT TRUST THEIR AUTHENTICITY

Awful. I bought 2 dresses and both were ripped. I bought a Louie Vuitton wallet that was sticky and smelled of a strong cow manure odor. The quality has gone way down and they sell things that are not returnable that are damaged. Big scam. Stay away.

Horrible customerservice. Lacks follow up and resolution. The off shore team is very bad and they do not have the command of the English language. What is going on?

The Sales Rep was efficient and delightful. She was my only positive experience. I would not recommend wasting your time with the RealReal, due to the commissions. For example, I had a brand new St. John knit skirt, with the tags still on it and I received $9. Then, the RealReal charged me $10 to mail my commission check. Unfortunately, the beautiful skirt was too big and challenging to alter, due to the knit. I would have rather donated my skirt and my other brand new items to charity, rather than getting a few dollars for them. I am going to request receiving all of my unsold items back. I wish I could get my St. John knit skirt back, as well. I missed the return window for these items, when my mom passed away. I thought the RealReal was a good solution. It was not.

I am deeply disappointed by the lack of communication and the unresolved issue of two missing shoes with your consignment company. It's disheartening that these concerns have been ignored, leaving me feeling neglected and frustrated. I expect better accountability and customer service from your company. MacKenzie needs to get retrained with the rest of the staff. I am still waiting for a call back from her. If anybody wants to experience a horrible unprofessional, The RealReal is the place to go to.

The worst thing that I have made, they took my bag for consignment after evaluating it in store and described it as in (excellent condition , with no sign of wear) and after 2 months they send me an email that they can not accept the bag due to the odour in it, and shipped it back with smell and scratches everywhere. Now I have damaged bag no money no execellent condition bag.

Decided to consign with The RealReal the  bubbly rep was very convincing on digging for more things so I can get more out of commissions and bonuses they made it seem like it was the greatest thing in the world to do well I consigned 60 of my items! low and behold things were priced at Rock bottom !brand new Hermes scarves was sold for nothing. My Gucci black canvas mint condition shopper was sold for $200. I got $88 for it. Needless to say over $2000 of my items were sold and it’s December. These items were sold in October I’m still fighting for my commissions to be sent to me. They keep telling me that it was re-issued, or they can’t merge my two accounts which had direct deposit establish from the beginning I’ve spent many hours trying to get everything done and got nowhere. I finally got all my items returned to me because after what I saw what I got from selling with them was peanuts. This is the worst company to deal with , please do yourself a favor. Do not deal with them selling your own or give away your items.

Very bad experience with selling items, lost a lot of money. No one explains anything to you, or confirms that you are ok with the commission that you make. They took more money of my items than i did, and sold them for pennies. Save your money and sell yourself through poshmark or other sites. Now i can understand why the reviews are so bad.

I was sold a bag that was neon green/yellow.  It did not vaguely resemble the picture.  It cannot be returned but I was told I could consign it so they can sell it again.  Fashionfile a reputable company that takes returns. Do not purchase from this company.

I had the worst customer experience of my life with the RealReal. I asked to update my shipping address within 30 seconds of ordering an expensive art piece as they had my old address saved and they said there was nothing they could do and they only refunded shipping costs. This is ridiculous that they can’t update a shipping address, and despite going to my old address within hours of the package arriving it was nowhere to be found. Now I’m out hundreds of dollars and every time I look above my couch to where this art piece would’ve hung I’m reminded of this horrible customer service experience. This piece is very rare and I’m unable to purchase it now as I bought the only one available. I was excited to shop the RealReal and thought I might become a regular customer - but this service is appalling and I highly recommend folks to reconsider before purchasing. I’ve also learned that had bought this item through a better company (for example, eBay or Artsy) I would’ve gotten a full refund.

I bought a Prada hat via the website, paid expedited shipping, 2 weeks gone by, never received it. Had to get in touch with customer service 2x in order to get my money back. I’ve read countless reviews where other customers also did not receive their purchases and had to fight to get their money back. Won’t be using the Real Real again, it’s not a trustworthy service.

BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY, IT IS A ROBBERY, THEY SAY THEY  ARE GOING TO PAY AND IT IS NOT TRUE. THEY SENT TO ME $4 FOR A SHIRT DOLCE GABBANA AND $ 8 FOR MOSQUINO DON'T GIVE THEM ANYTHING TO SELL IT IS NOT WORTH IT.

Would give this store a zero for professionalism. I brought a barely used YSL purse to be evaluated by the bag specialist. She VERY rudely and pretentiously told me that the bag was fake. After this upsetting encounter, I went home and searched for the receipt and tags. Luckily, I found them and will be selling it elsewhere. DO NOT CONSIGN HERE.

Horrible I dont know where to start ... they have lost thousand of dollars in items , including my Cartier diamond bracelet . I have price approved items they have gone ahead and sold discounted without approval for up to 40 precent off .  they have lost a christian dior and Gucci bag that were picked up and sent from the crew they hire to pick up VIP consignors items ... They hire   people that have no idea the high end items they are pricing and dealing with .... I HAVE BEEN THROUGH IT ALL.   THEY have changed a lot for the worse over the years !

Stay away from THE REAL REAL.  They have changed.  They sold my items for significantly lower prices than they quoted.  I paid $1800.00 for a necklace purchased Stephen Dweck.  They sold for $95.00 and sent me commission $28.00    Do not trust them with your items.  Better to bring to a consignment store or Ebay, Poshmark, etc.   They are not polite but not honest.

After watching a video of a fellow reseller talking about sending in items to The Real Real, I decided to have them take about 40 pieces of 90's vintage designer items that I had for sale on Poshmark for over a year with little action. They had a girl (yes, she was younger than the pieces she picked up) come by and go through the items and send them off to be authenticated and put on line for sale. She said I would be able to see everything prior to each item going live in case I wanted the item back or ask for a price change. Unfortunately that didn't happen. I did get a few emails about the process and where my clothes were in the process of being photographed an listed. THEN, I get an email saying I SOLD my first item. What?? Not only was the item mis-labeled as to the designer, it was sold for $80. These were JPG $1,500 steampunk sunglasses. I am so upset and was scammed. They listed the glasses under a designer that doesn't even make sunglasses! If you take what they listed and "google" it, the results are JPG sunglasses. They sold within minutes of going online. Keep in mind I NEVER got an email stating that they were listed NOR, did I have the opportunity to tell them of their mistake. Keep in mind these sunglasses have Jean Paul Gaultier on them with the style#. AUTHENTICATORS??? Really? I smell a scam. I have only been able to "chat" with customer service and they have put my closet on "review" until I hear from someone. I also asked them to send many of my items back as they had them listed for LOWBALL numbers and the commission is horrible, the most that I had offered to me was 55% until it hit a certain sale #. (i.e. Judith Leiber purse (rare) for $395 when it should have been listed for over $1,800. AND on top of all of that they have LOST 2 pieces of David Yurman jewelry. I have an inventory list from the consultant that picked up all of my items THANK GOD, so I can prove that she took them, they say she never turned them into the warehouse. DO NOT TRUST THEM. Needless to say, I am so upset and disappointed that this company is NOT who they say they are. I hope that I can get this resolved and get the money I am due. I WILL WARN EVERYONE, YOU ARE BETTER OFF SELLING YOUR ITEMS ON POSHMARK/EBAY AND STAY AWAY FROM THE REAL REAL, THEY ARE BAD BAD!
