Recently Purchased a LAZYBOY sofa with 2 decorative matching pillows.  Great item!!! Took a pillow to LAZYBOY to get a chair to coordinate with it. LAZYBOY salesman recognized pillow right away.  Told him what I paid for sofa. He said that was 2/3rds less than original cost!

Walking into Consigned Interiors is like walking into an upscale boutique.  Prices are high, but most items are top quality and the ladies are all very helpful and pleasant.

The owner is amazing. She may be a little tough at times but they have been in business all this time for a reason. She is ready to make deals as well.

This place has high end furniture in exceptional shape. Many items are brand new.   If you don't want to spend the money or think they are overpriced, then go to Goodwill on Cypress. If you prefer a better quality ,you're in the right place. The owner is very friendly, so I don't understand a comment otherwise. Being in Palm Coast,the meca  of "I want everything for nothing", mentality, go to Bunnell and buy your furnitue there. Go figure.

Always find really nice things here. A very high end consignment store. Not a rotating garage sale.  Full, so navigating the store is challenging but oh my,  so many treasures.

The only place to sell your furniture and the only place to buy furniture. Sue is the hardest working person in Palm Coast. Incredibly honest, knowledgeable and timely with her checks to consignment customers. There is always something new in the store. If you see something you like, don't wait, you better get it, or it will be gone. She only has high quality furniture and lamps and artwork, unlike competitors who carry anything they can get their hands on just to fill their small stores. Sue's store is huge, with lots of nooks and crannies to find hidden treasures. So glad we took a left and not a right when we pulled into the shopping plaza. She should call it "Serendipity!!"

I found the perfect place to entrust my parents' treasures for consignment!   The ladies who helped me at Consigned Interiors were knowledgeable, fair, and caring.  The shop is beautifully arranged with a variety of high quality furniture and decorator items.  A most welcoming experience!

This shop has come along so well. The merchandise is top quality but...a bit overpriced.

I like to browse, and found a picture I liked and a wire lighthouse that was great for my family room. The shop had been rearranged since my last visit and has a large inventory that is fun to browse.

Definitely an older style but a lot of excellent finds. Pleasant folks in the store

I love this consignment shop! I have been consigning here since it opened several years ago. I like to change my decor often and this gives me the opportunity to make a little money on my old decor so it is not a total loss. The prices are fair and some of the pieces she sells are very unique. The split for consigning is very fair.  Happy to see that Consigned Interiors is expanding into the building attached to them so we will have even more inventory to shop from.

Thanks for leaving a review.  Please try back often since our inventory changes over very quickly.  We always have something new.  When reviewing prices it would be helpful if you could provide information on the same brand name furniture as we have since quality matters when comparing prices.  We think you'll find that we have the best prices around for the high quality that we have.

Tried many times to find something I needed. Lots of choices but higher prices than just down the street. Never seems busy.

Hello Gloria, please give data to compare when making statements that items are overpriced. We carry high-end brand name furniture and accessories and any price comparisons should be done with items of the same brand.   This will be much more helpful to readers of these reviews. Thank you. 

Hi Sam, We're happy that you found our selection was great, but sorry that the prices and service were not what you expected.  On the prices, we do put in effort to carry high-quality brands and therefore our prices should be compared to furniture of the same caliber.  When we do this we find that our prices are quite reasonable.  Certainly there are cheaper brands out there, but we really value quality and want the best for our customers.  On the service side, we are very sorry that you had a rude service experience.  If you could tell us more it would help to make sure we correct the issue for other customers in the future. Great selection; however, the furniture seemed overpriced for used consignment furniture.  I can get sets new for about the same price without the wear and tear. Had a terribly rude customer service experience as well.

Thanks for your review Travis, though we wish we got more than just 2 stars!  We have quite a bit of turnover of furniture and accessories in our store so we encourage you to check back from time to time to see if the styles change to fit your taste, but it will always be a reflection of what the community has to offer since we source almost everything locally.  Much of our inventory is on the higher end of quality so the prices will tend to be higher than run-of-the-mill furniture, but if you compare apples-to-apples we think you'll find we have great prices.  That comparison might be hard to do, though, because we are lucky to get such unique furniture!  Also, we usually have a fun time at work so I hope you just caught us at a slow time.  In any event, thanks for stopping in and giving us a try!

Clean and nice but expensive a lot of stuff is dated styles and the staff looks bored.

Higher prices on  Used furniture here than anywhere.  Seen a used wine cabinet 600.  Bought one better than they had FB market place 100.  Waste of my time

The store has repetitively disappointed me. When my grandmother was moving away and was selling her furniture here, they were hard to get a hold of. When my mom had me come in to have a lamp sold, I waited 20 mins for someone to price my item. I filled out my paperwork and was told to sit down. No one came back to help me (Even though the owner was just taking pictures of items)  till a worker asked why the lamp was at the main desk. I was then given a very low price for this lamp (something that hasn't been a problem when my mother had gone in and gotten my grandmother's things priced, so just know if you're younger you probably won't get adequate service here, as I didn't). When I came back a few days later because my mother was not satisfied with that price, I was then repetitively and quite rudely told that was not allowed, even though my mother had gotten on the phone the day before and had been told it would be okay if she came in to get her item back. This store has no communication within itself and is extremely rude to anyone trying to sell anything. If you're trying to sell items I'd say go somewhere else if you're trying to buy stuff be ready to wait to check out.

Very disappointed in dealing with the owner Susan .  We had contacted her multiple times through email and on the phone.  Each time it was like she never talked of heard of us.  In our last conversation she told us to call her to let her know when we would deliver our furniture to her store and when we called her with a date and time, again, she didn't know about us and what we were consigning!  We had to hire a mover to bring the furniture and pay quite a bit to get it there and then she tells us she never said she would take it and she couldn't take it anyway as her store was full!.  Be very wary if you are dealing with this store!

When we compare prices for the high quality furniture we carry we find that the prices are very reasonable. Certainly there are cheaper, lower quality pieces out there, but our mission is to carry high quality furniture that lasts. Way over priced used furniture.

Hi Kim, Are you sure you are reviewing the right furniture store (Consigned Interiors)? We were open at 4:30pm today and we close at 5:30pm (our posted hours).  None of the people working at the store know about this so that makes me think this might have happened at a different store.  There is another furniture store in the same parking lot that does close at 6pm (normally) - is it possible that you had this experience at that store?

A friend of mine just bought a lot of furniture and I was asked to go help pick up and deliver and 3 of us went before they closed at 6 p.m. We were there at 4:30 p.m. and they had closed without so much as phone call to let us know. This is UNACCEPTABLE! Then they refused to deliver no charge to her home and is expecting one man to come and deliver this heavy furniture because I'm not wasting my time again.

very rude employees. Me and my children were literaly walking up to the door amd thw employee comes up to the door and Smirkly flips the open signed to close without saying a single word to us. And smiles like its funny. Somewhere I will never aoend my money or time. By the way I'm African American of that says anything.

Not happy today..Bought one item..and when delivered..got another item..Not the right Loveseat that I originally picked out..Is it "bait and switch"??? i.e.: someone wanted the other matching Loveseat along with the one that i had purchased and feel I got the wrong one..Know the colors..I picked out the Loveseat in CELERY..Got an entirely different Loveseat..although in good condition in BEIGE...Did not get a chance to
closely examine the Loveseat as the delivery men were in and out in an
instant and it was a dark, gloomy day and dark in the house..Not until the men were gone did I realize that this is NOT the Loveseat that i ordered..It IS Beige..NOT celery color and entirely different piece..Hope the owner makes it right for me..Not cheap..I paid good money...

We are sorry you did not have a good experience shopping with us.  Many of our guests like to enjoy the experience of browsing our store without being bothered so we try to find that happy medium between being helpful and letting you enjoy the store in your own way.  That said, our staff are very happy to help.  We admit that it does get busy in our store and there can be a lot going on at any given time, but we certainly don't want to ignore anyone and we do our best to be attentive to our guests' needs.  Thank you for mentioning that you heard rave reviews about our store.  We work really hard to make it the best shopping experience  possible.

I heard RAVE reviews about this place and decided to go in looking for furniture - upon entering (at 10:20ish am, they open at 10:00 am) no one greeted me. I walked around the store, pricing out couches, end tables, and the like for about 10-15 minutes. No one asked me if I needed help, no one asked what I was looking for. All employees were at the front. One was sitting at the desk against the wall, the rest were standing behind the counter. They were engaging with the trunk drivers. When I called to let the owner know of my complaint, she told me I wanted nothing but to cause problems, that it was only 10 and what did I expect, and that she had no complaints in 8 years so I was wrong, then I was hung up on. I have never been treated this way by any small business owner. This woman is rude. I would NEVER trust her with my furniture because I would never trust her with my business.

The woman that works at this store is horrible! She needs a class on customer service. I have never encountered someone so rude for no reason other than to be rude.
