My expertise lies in antique furniture restoration. What I am posting below is accurate and factual. Panama City is losing an absolutely spectacular refinishing business as they are are closing to enjoy some of the other pleasure’s life has to offer. It is my sincerest hope the head finisher and the upholsterers will continue providing their expertise at ANY location.

Ms. Rainey, I was sorry to read your recent post, however, this is not Charlie Richardson's place of business. The owners are Don Guidas and Steve Richardson.

Just a fellow parishioner of the Restoration/Refinishing trade visiting town, stopped in to say hello. Mr. Steve Richardson welcomed me in and proudly showed me his operations. As a fellow artisan from Atlanta, I can certainly give my praise to the business he and his family have built.....definitely First Rate! Seeing examples of his work and the way he runs his business, I would have no qualms about sending business his way and have no doubt they would be well taken care of! High praise from a fellow passionate artisan in the trade! Bravo, Mr. Richardson, Keep up the good work!

I dropped off an antique rocking chair that needed a rocked fabricated for one our clients and it was fixed but it had some imperfections in the staining as well as the rocker not rocking smooth because of the line of the two rockers not matching up. One was pulled in, the other was straight back. When I brought it to their attention the employee who worked on it, aggressively started pointing at other shades of stain on the piece. He then went away shaking his head saying I don't have time for this. I thought the owner was going to say something to the employee for his rudeness. However he didn't he turned to me and said we don't normally get any kind of criticism and I don't know what to tell you. He offered no fixing what was wrong, he offered no apology. This place thinks they are always right even when being pointed out flaws. Our company will never use them again.
