This is a great place to shop for furniture. You have to keep an open mind because it's not set up like a national chain. However, they have some really nice high end used pieces in here.

Went in because we had a large table and china cabinet we need to try and sell.
They wanted me to send them photos for the buyer to review.

My wife and I cannot say enough about how happy we have been with the pieces we have found at this store!  Over the last few years, we purchased our barstools, end tables, accent chairs, lamps, and a leather sectional here most recently.  Love the high-end furniture—at a fraction of the original cost! I had furniture and other items to sell and, as a somewhat cynic from New Jersey, I contacted Iverson's Furniture expecting the worst.

Throughout the whole experience, I was concerned because there would be strangers in my home. Barry came to the house to appraise the items and he made us feel comfortable and gave us what seemed like a fair price. We scheduled a pick-up, but I was again concerned that there would be strangers in my home picking up the furniture.

Joe and Will showed up and immediately put us at ease.  I think Joe might be one of the nicest people I've ever met.  They were great!

We used Iverson's again and Joe and Jeff showed up the second time.  Again, it was a great experience!

Joe, Will, and Jeff were respectful of us and our home.  They didn't ask for a thing; we had to offer them water and such.  They were the utmost professional gentlemen and they were even fun and easy to talk to.

It is important to add, given the nature of their jobs, that they knew what they were doing.  For example, the first time, they were taking a very large wall unit and Joe and Will knew exactly how it came apart for the easiest removal and transport.  Yet, in taking it apart, they did nothing to harm our home.  I cannot adequately express how appreciative we were of these guys making us feel comfortable while they were in our home and knowing how to get the job done!

The only challenge in the whole process was that there was a discrepancy in the amount I was owed, but Barry rectified it when I told him, which I appreciated.  Iverson's also paid me for a consignment item, which I was thrilled with.

I would absolutely use Iverson's again to sell items!

Iverson’s handled my family’s estate.  Patient, courteous staff, fairly priced, always reachable on the phone.  There is a reason they have been in business for so long.  Highly recommended.

The staff was very nice. It's kind of a "do it yourself" shop, so be sure that you have the vehicle prepared and rope for what you need. They had a great collection of furniture to purchase, and we ended up with a great couch at a very reasonable price.

I've been in all the other consignment shops in the area and this one has by far the best selection. Love my bedroom set and bar stools!

Only reason gave it 4 out of 5 is unpleasant smell in store which could have been from wet weather. Iverson is who I recommend whenever someone asks where to get best of furniture price & quality.

Go to the Clark Rd store - cleaner and brighter. Good deals on TVs!

I love this store.  We purchased a condo in March and I have bought most of my furniture here.  I love to see all the new items they receive each day.

Somewhat disappointing, given the high rating. It's not junky consignment, but the prices seemed high for fairly average stuff.

Very nice people and helpful. Only about 4 parking places. Curb isn't marked so be sure not to drive over it and possibly do damage to your undercarriage. Nice furniture but prices seemed very high to me.

Nice enough shop. But expensive for used furniture. Can buy new at these prices.

Some nice pieces, but a little pricey for a consignment shop. Still, can get a bargain if you can wait them out for price reduction.

Didn’t like the vibe the worker was giving.

They got upset when i asked one of them to please raise their mask above their nose. Told me the Covid numbers are fake. Don't go here, they are rude and ignorant.

My wife called about a patio set on 5/17 and was told it was available,  she explained we would be there 5/18 @10 am to purchase the set. We arrived early , when the store opened we were informed the set was sold right after my wife called?
They could have informed the other buyer that the set was spoken for (what a good business would have done OR at least call to tell us that it was sold (common courtesy) . We wasted gas and time .
If you ever want to purchase items that are being held for you and then sold before you get there this should be your first and only place to go.

Ive bought several things from iversons BUT no more. I've found the staff very UNfriendly on several occasions. I once went in with a 10% off credit. The guy questioned its validity and told me they're only good for 30 days. Well mine didn't say that. I explained who had issued the credit and he said she was no longer with them because of things like that and wouldn't honor it.( btw that person they fired was the only person that was ever kind. Guess they couldn't handle the kindness.) Doesn't matter she was still an employee at the time it was issued and it should have been honored.  Then he says," well, why did you take so long to use it?" I said because I didn't know I had a deadline. Long story short, his accusing, unkindness lost him a sale. Instead of honoring a 10% discount on "something", he got a 100% on NOTHING!!

It's likely that we were just trying to give you your space to browse and didn't want to overwhelm you, but we hope you'll stop in again soon so we can show you the stellar service that you deserve. The furniture is nice, the staff totally ignored us. I felt invisible! Everything is overpriced. They must not want to sell their merchandise.
