We purchased our Florida home in February 2022 and furnished  almost the entire home with Joanne's help at this great store. Since then we have traded in our gorgeous dining room set for a leather couch and chairs for a 'reading nook' all thru this store. Do not understand any of negative remarks here. We are avid consignment shoppers; this place and its staff are superb, selection is great and every evolving, the staff assistance is remarkable, and value a real REAL plus.

I was looking for a dining room table with chairs for a specific space. I was unable to find it here, but was impressed with the inventory and the kind, friendly service from staff at Fifi's. I highly recommend checking this place out for what your home needs.

I think this is a great place to shop.  Prices are somewhat negotiable.  The selection is large and changes rapidly.  JoAnn is knowledgeable and reliable.  I love this place!

Today I visited FIFI’s Fine Furnishings in Venice FL, for the second time, and for the second time I cannot say anything but good about them. JoAnne was very helpful finding the items I wanted, and the male employee, I don’t know his name, was very helpful in getting the items into my car.  Thanks you, folks, for a good experience. I will be back when/it the need arises. 👍👍

I knocked over a really pricey art peice and they were so nice over it. It was a complete accident and I was prepared to pay for it but they were so sweet.

This is an amazing place from which to furnish your home!  All of their items are top quality and very gently used!  The prices are more than reasonable and Joann is there almost every day to explain the history of the piece and help you find anything your heart desires!  She is very personable and is an excellent customer service person who never disappoints!!

Nice products, both new and second hand.very clean.  Offers consignment items. A little on the pricey side. Very nice, helpful staff.

Went into store for a pair of shoes, it is expensive for second hand so I passed. $30 for second hand shoes and it wasn't name brand or anything is expensive to me. Other than that it's a nice store but won't be going back because I can get a new pair of shoes for that price.

Bought a beautiful and colorful recliner chair and two matching pillows for my couch.
Chair has fabulous design material on a  white base. It is a unique  with fabulous FL  colors.  It's very comfortable too.

Store was very nice except for the other customer who was reaching over me to make sure I didn't see that particular items, quickly grabbing them off the rack.
I wasn't in the mood for a fight so I decided to just leave.
I'll try again another time tho .

Bought 2 lamps there which I later saw at Home Goods for less money!  UGH

I really like the inventory of this store...I am a thrifting addict and love to get great deals which is why FiFis loses 2 stars from me. second hand items should be inexpensive, relative to their worth and the furniture and even the clothing can be overpriced. The staff doesn't ask if you need assistance, which in a small store such as FiFis I'd expect. They do have an incredible amount of merchandise though and it's well organized, especially compared to other second hand stores.

My wife and I went here for the first time the other day. Wow not sure we have ever been treated so bad. This store is a rat hole and the owner is a 400 pound hog. How this whale owns anything is so sad. Will be another business that goes under because of a sad owner that thinks they can treat customers like garbage. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this thief... He smells real bad too....yuk!!!

Very expensive for 2nd hand.  I wouldn't think the business would be flourishing as a result.

Prices are ridiculous!  I walked in, saw the prices and walked out.  You should be ashamed of yourself with price gouging.  Stay away people, they'll rob you blind.  And they're not very nice.

Not a happy customer. Had an expensive glass top with pineapple base table for dining and two stools. They put a very low selling price on it and when I questioned them, I was told it was outdated. It sold quickly and when I was not receiving my check, I went to store and they wrote me  check for $86. Never to go back!

We bought a boxspring and mattress at Fifi's in June and the two gentlemen that showed us the mattress said it was in perfect condition and barely used.  They held it for us until we moved down in Aug. 2020.  When the delivery people arrived they informed us that it had a big water stain on it. Where did it come from, JoAnn never bothered to even call and tell us.   We called Fifi's and JoAnn told us all sales are final, no returns.  She finally told us she would have a service contact us to clean it and she would pay for it.  My husband called several times as no one ever contacted us.  She finally told him, enough is enough and sent us a check for $45.00.  Really?  Who is going to come and clean it for $45.00?  We contacted the service people she recommended and they wanted $120.00,  She is not concerned about the customer at all, only about her sales.  I will never buy anything in her store again or even go to it.

Very very overpriced, I will never go back.  I can buy things brand new for cheaper

The sales women in the apparel store are very nasty and rude. I would not recommend this store for anyone consigning or buying.

Today I stepped in to the store with the hopes of buying some furniture pieces for my new home. I had my 6 month old daughter with me in her stroller. My daughter has plagiocephaly, which causes her to have a flat spot on her head, due to the fact that babies have soft skulls. Because of this, she temporarily has to wear a helmet called that is called a doc band. When we entered the store, there was an older woman helping her customers. She stopped, stared at my daughter and I and began to shake her head. She kept repeating "that poor baby, oh my god that poor baby." While giving me dirty looks, as if I had done something to hurt my daughter that caused her to wear the band. She then told me to leave the store because her stroller wouldn't fit. Mind her, this is an open store with plenty of space. I left very upset, my mother went back in to ask the woman why she was so rude, she said "well the child looked badly banged up." My daughter didn't have a scratch on her body, she is very loved. The worker is judgmental and uneducated and treated my daughter and myself awfully because of a condition my daughter has. Do not go to this store, they are completely heartless and uneducated.
