Went here for the first time today to look for a reclining love seat. They did have one but it wasn't my style but I couldn't believe the style of thrift shop! Wow! So much available! Never seen any thrift store like it with all the different people's booths. And I didn't get a picture of the furniture selection, but it was a lot! I'll be back

Just moved here from Colorado, and I think I’ve found my new home away from home. Whatever you’re looking for, this place has it: antiques, retro decor, clothing, toys, etc. I was blown away by the size of the place, and just how many treasures there were to find! So put on your walking shoes, get some stretches in, and be prepared to shop till you drop. (Also, shouts out to the gentleman at the front where you check out at - they’re honestly the reason I’m leaving a review)

Spent the Labor Day weekend antique shopping in Columbus.  Joey's was our last shop and by far our best stop!  Huge mall.  Full of great things.  Reasonably priced.  Nice owners.  Hope to make the trip back again in a few months (we live 2 hours away).

Found great treasures. The store is huge, easy to walk through. It is an older building & the floors are wavy in some areas, so hold on to your cart, otherwise great hunting!

Awesome thrift store to check out. Definitely will be visiting again. When back in town.

Amazing place to shop! So many different, eclectic, original pieces found a under one roof.

I love in the Tampa FL area and come up about every other year.  When I do, I HAVE  to spend one day to explore the store!  There are so many booths and deals to be found.  Staff is super nice.  Love this place!!  Wish we had one in Florida.

Always a fun place to browse around! You could get lost spending hours here exploring and looking around and you'd still not see everything.. I love the vendors here, I have found the cutest little antique items and toys and things to display from here!

Great place full of great bargains! I could spend hours in this ace just digging through everything! Place is huge so just when you think you reached the end, there's more! Definitely recommend checking it out! Everything is there! Toys, clothes, books, antiques, collectables, electronics, records, cassette tapes, CD's, jewelery, junk, furniture, you name it, it's there!

I enjoyed this thrift mall very much.  They have lots of inventory.  You do have to watch the prices though bcos I saw a couple of things you can buy in the stores cheaper or for the same price. But it is definitely a treasure trove of interesting finds.  I only bought a couple of things, but I saw several things I will go back and purchase if it's still there. I definitely plan to visit again real soon.

This place will forever hold a spot on my list of favorite thrift stores, and that’s saying something. I’ve been shopping here for the last ten years and have never had a bad experience. The staff is super welcoming and always down to have a conversation about my finds when I’m checking out. I snagged this backpack that was a damn STEAL. Come here if you’re bored and want to walk around for a few hours. There is bound to be something to catch your eye. And just a heads up, they don’t accept AMEX, so make sure you’ve got a back up.

Love shops like this. Found a ladder for a bookshelf and a bunch of other unnecessary stuff 😅😅. Will definitely be back.

Joey's is a great place to go if you're looking for something specific or just feel like browsing. Staff is witty and friendly. My husband and I rarely leave empty handed. Just a fun experience all around.

Absolutely wonderful place to shop around it. Such a massive selection of items. Some of the booths are very overpriced, but hey everyone wants to make a little extra money. They have everything you could possibly ever need to vintage statues and even new electronics. Out of all the thrift malls I have ever been to this one has got to be the biggest and most diverse for sure! I will definitely be returning!

This is more a flea market, less a thrift mall. There is an entrance ramp, which is nice, but several of the vendors overcrowd their space, so it's not very accessible. There are at least 4 single person bathrooms, which is a plus. There was a lot to see, some nostalgic pieces (Sweet Valley High!!), and then just some strange things (loose hair bun?).

All in all it was okay, just wish it was a little more accessible.

Found some good deals, mist booths are very over priced for the items that they are trying to sell. Dollar tree items for $3.99 lol 😆  but it's worth going to browse through, there are deals, you just need to have the patience to look for them.

Since each individual person price is their stuff it's kind of hard to find a bargain but if you work for it you can.

This place is great. At first I was pretty unimpressed  because I came in from the rear entrance and the back room was pretty small, but as I started exploring the as area, it really opened up. My wife and  I killed an afternoon just checking the place out. The prices for most of the vendors are reasonable, though there is a lot of junk. All and all I'll definitely bring my wife back here on a lazy Saturday.

Had a lot of different things to shop around for. Furniture jewelry, clothing, toys, books, magazines, I could go on forever. But they have a lot if your into old and antiques.

This place is more of a flea market than a thrift store. There are dozens and DOZENS of private vendor spaces. Prices varied wildly. It's a big place and was a little overwhelming for us, so make sure you have plenty of time set aside. I tend to enjoy thrift stores over flea markets because I can go to the sections that I'm interested in (in my case books and craft items) and avoid the rest of the stuff. With this type of situation you have to do a lot of looking through things you're not interested in to find what you want.

If I'd known it was a flea market/consignment shop type place going in then we probably wouldn't have gone. If you like flea markets then you should definitely check it out, but if you're looking for a thrift store experience then I wouldn't recommend it. The lady who checked us out was also pretty unfriendly, so don't go in expecting a smile. 🙂

Used to be fun going here but now it just feels like a place for people to dump their junk. Really sad.

Buyers Be-Where!!!
I warn you when purchaseing furniture here. They give no refunds or exchanges, even if they can’t take the bed apart that they are selling. They used the wrong screws to put it together and then couldn’t get it disassembled. My husband even bought a drill but they used self tapping screws with an abnormal head.
I purchased a bed on Friday 2/14/2025. I came the following day with a truck that I rented only to find out that the bed wasn’t disassembled. The gentleman who was working in the furniture area stated that he had been trying to get the bed apart for 2 hours. He said he would call a guy to get it taken apart. My husband and brother had to leave to pick up another piece of furniture in Alabama. The following Sunday morning a storm came through and a tree fell on our property taking the power lines down. I was dealing with the power company, an electrician, and a HVAC person because of the surge in our house.
I couldn’t get to Joeys on Sunday because of the power line issue. The following Monday when my husband was back at work (Military)
I went into Joeys to talk to them about the bed. When I went to the furniture section the bed was in the same spot and was still assembled. I honestly didn’t think I would have an issue getting a refund because they never took the bed apart and didn’t keep their end to have it disassembled on Saturday morning.
I talked to the manager and explained the situation, only to be met with you paired for this and we will get someone to take it apart. I said no ma’am I rented a truck on Saturday and was there to pick it up. I no longer have the truck and my husband is back at work. Long story short they will not refund me and now expect me to go rent another truck and go pick it up weeks later. Joeys takes no responsibility for their inability and says that you the customer are responsible for taking the bed apart. No where on their walls or receipt does it say that. They still have the bed and won’t refund me! I am disputing it with my bank.

I was extremely disappointed with the customer service I encountered today. Knowing the store closed at 5:00 PM, we arrived at 4:55 PM, mindful of not keeping anyone late.

Instead of a greeting, the employee immediately stated they were closing in one minute. I politely corrected her, explaining it was actually five minutes until closing. Her response was, 'Well, we'll take the last customer at 5:00 PM.' This abrupt and unfriendly attitude left me feeling unwelcome.

While I understand the need to close on time, I believe good customer service involves serving the last customer even if it means a few minutes beyond closing time. Her lack of kindness ultimately discouraged me from making a purchase, and we left the store.

What she didn't know, we'd already visited two thrift stores searching for a crucial item and hoped to find it here, so we planned a quick search.

Customer service wasn't good; vendors have stuff over priced for a thrift store; I could get stuff new for what they're asking for used items. I went looking for a dog crate for my puppy; I found one that was rusted; found one new at PetSmart for less.

The staff is always moody and I’ve heard talks about them making racist slurs during the time I had a booth there. I went to get my things out my booth and they literally called the police and tried to hold my items hostage over $22 booth rental. Ever since I been there, there has been issues about something concerning my booth. A LOT of my items were constantly being stolen. It’s unsafe and the ceilings look as if they’re about to fall down. There’s a musty smell throughout the building for as long as this place’s been opened. I will never step foot back in this place.

Far from a thrift store more of a flea market, nothing worth the prices they're asking for especially when it comes to the furniture. The one item I did want to purchase I waited 45 minutes for someone to make it accessible to me and it never was. Call the following Monday and ask if someone could prepare it for purchase and was told it would be no problem, when I arrived that afternoon I was told it's not for sale even though I had already been quoted a price twice. I will not be returning.

My family and I just moved to Phenix City. I was super excited when I saw the big billboard sign because I love shopping at thrift stores. This place looks amazing and have so much cool stuff to buy. I felt like I was in a maze and a time machine all at once. As I am walking through the mall, I hear a older lady, with short hair, who works there, saying they need to hurry up because we're not going to be here all night. She was sitting at her desk and didn't see me. I asked are you closed and the time was about 5:25. She didn't answer  the question but instead asked if I was looking for anything particular. I told her no thank you and I told her I would just leave. On my way out the door, another person I spoke with was very nice and told me they close at 6:00 but let the customers know at 5:30 they will be closing soon. I told her what happened and I told her I would Not be coming back. Customer service is my passion because I work with the public everyday. This was by far the best thrift store I have seen since I been here because they have a lot of stuff. Some of the stuff is over priced for used items
