Mainly an MTG player but they have everything. The graded Pokemon is insanely cool, their MTG library is massive, their staff is dope. One of the cooler card shops I’ve been too.

Great card shop with various selections of single and sealed products, with a friendly and active locals tournament scene to boot.

Really appreciate the kind staff that works here. Especially John for helping me out with going thru the store to search for specific items for me. Highly recommend stopping by and taking a look.

Wasteland Gaming was a really nice place. I loved it so much. Cash and Store Credit Options were amazing. Prices were reasonable but a bit on the lower side, is what I thought until they gave a detailed explanation why. I pulled this beauty, the Palkia VStar (THAT ONE) out of one of their packs so anyone saying they only sell weighed packs is talking BS. I give this place a 5/5. Genuinely wonderful customer service. Have a great backlog of older sets that brought me great nostalgia for old MtG. Prices can be a bit high for some stuff, but that's usually high demand items.

I’m not much of a gamer, but the few times I’ve been to the Wasteland it’s been nothing but positive experiences! Such a genuine community of people who seem to really care about the product they sell. Staff is attentive and the store is well maintained!

I am outside the USA and I have placed several orders online with Wasteland Gaming. Every order I am thoroughly impressed by the cards' quality. Have been ordering singles for a personal collection and even the ones that indicate their condition as Damaged are better than expected. Shipping is quick and they are always packed with care. They always have the best prices on their singles compared to other online stores, even when factoring the exchange rate. Truly appreciate the business and looking forward to expanding my collection with them!

I ordered a number of cards through their tcg player storefront. They arrived much quicker than I was expecting! Unfortunately my cards were damaged, either through packaging or in the mail, but thier customer service was prompt, polite, and we came up with a suitable solution right away! Highly recommended purchasing from here.

Came in after work to get some packs to finish building a deck. Had a wonderful conversation with Cook at the counter. He was very kind and passionate about talking about Pokémon and collecting. Overall a great experience from start to finish and I love coming back to places with people who love what they do. Pushing all the review bombers aside who complain about prices. Been here a number of times to buy singles and other accessories. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. The selection of singles is really really good, and the prices are very reasonable. I typically shop here before going to TCG Player for the rest of the singles that Wasteland might not have.

Always helpful when I have questions about cards. The place is accepting of LGBTQ and has never made me feel uncomfortable. The groups that gather for card gaming are typically pretty relaxed and a good variety of deck difficulties for all players to find a match or two. Overall one of my favorite stops to game or shop when I'm upgrading a deck.

The most complete selection of singles I have ever encountered in a physical shop. When I travel, my partner and I like to visit every hobby store we can find and dig around. The situation is the same everywhere we go when we hunt for singles: 0 found, try something else.

Wasteland had about 80% of the several decks worth of singles I have saved on my phone from tinkering around on Forge - something completely unprecedented vs the 1 in 100 every other store has had.

Also say hi to Cook and ask him how his orc barbarian is doing - very cool guy who helped make the time there exceptional.

Awesome place! Will not negotiate on prices so make sure you know what you want before going by checking their website. Some prices are steep. They also have trading card tournaments on Sunday mostly Magic.

December 4th around 6:30 am Luigi helped me pick out a gift for my grandson!   Such a helpful young man!  Even helped me with a problem on my phone I was having with a rejected insurance claim.  The owner needs props for hiring such helpful people.

Just amazed at how patient this guys are with my 11 year old son. Spent time assessing the value of his cards giving him store credit and then spent more additional time with him helping to find the cards he wanted to spend his credit on. 10/10 would recommend.

Went to see if they would buy some of my cards for fair value and they went above and beyond my expectations. I received fair value for all of them, as well as fantastic consideration for my time. They also were kind and considerate, especially about one card that had some minor defects that while I could have gotten a decent amount for, I was fond of, and they recommended hanging on to that card instead of pushing me to sell. Highly recommend selling with and buying from them. I plan to go back for both in the future.

Cool space and great graded selection to choose from for Pokemon graded cards. Friendly staff greeted us when we walked in and super helpful with helping us find what we are looking for.

Very easy to find what you need and has a great selection of retro games and MTG, Pokemon and Yugioh.

Kiosks are also great for finding the singles you need.

Wasteland will always have a special place in my heart. They are the first shop I played magic the gathering at and were very helpful with the start of my adventure. Learning to play was easy and very fun.

Store is spacious and very organized.

It had been about 3 years since I'd been to the shop and decided to step in since I was driving through the area. Love the new location! Always awesome when I come in. Used to play Magic and Weiss Schwartz at the old location years ago, so it was nice to see the new area and layout. Grabbed a couple Pokemon booster packs and me and my wife's favorite Eeveelutions. Highly recommend it for a chill, clean gaming experience!

One of the best places to come get Trading Card products! I've been coming here for years and watched the store evolve into what it is today. The current store is very clean and well organized. They sell and buy product of various trading card games including pokemon, magic the gathering, yugioh and more! Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area!

Cool little spot not any kind of sports anything to speak of That's the only thing keeping it from five stars lots of pokémon  I'll tell you that much-and definitely wide variety from the cheaper ones to the super nice graded

Pretty decent setup with a website you can order things from and have them ready for pickup. Prices felt okay though slabs were mostly vintage and not too much of a variety.

Might be a personal gripe but I immediately got turned off when I saw they had Prismatic Evolution ETBs for $150, especially when the market was around $120. I'm assuming they got them at distribution prices so even upcharging to $100 could've been a good in-between in the current market? Just would be nice to have a LGS looking out for the consumers.

Also the employees and the graded stuff are on opposite sides of the room and I didn't have a single employee interacting during my visit.

Overall it was pretty mid and it can be a good store if the vibe is your scene but it didn't feel like somewhere I'd want to visit again, especially since it was a bit of a drive to begin with.

They give you ok good deals but I’m not sure if there all this way but the staff member who checked out my cards just bashed most of them I had. He also told me that my cards were bad and only bought one out of all the cards in the photo.

went today to sell some base set pokemon cards after using their buy list prices and comparing the condition of the cards to the guide they have online and i was disappointed. i did end up selling some cards since i was already there and i dont mind some store credit but what they offered me in person was completely off, from the buy list and card condition guide. im not going to lie and say the cards were near mint but definitely not what i was told. i suggest updating the card condition guide

There is a man who wears glasses and buys cards that is very rude. I don’t think their replies to reviews are an excuse for a box for 10 packs of cards being twice as much as msrp

Came to sell some Pokemon booster bundles. I was maybe expecting to get 5-10 dollars below market value but to get below msrp was just a slap to the face when they’re selling them for 2-3x above msrp. Wouldn’t recommend selling to them. You’re better off selling off market place.

Went here looking for the newest set of pokemon for my 11 year old. They had them and a lot of them! Kid got excited then I saw they were selling them for $140!! Asked the employee why it was so expensive and he said “ we can’t afford to sell at MSRP”.  I have never been to a card shop that scalps new product. Horrible business. Wish I could 0 star

Engages in reselling stolen pokemon cards. Look elsewhere.

Edit: the card's rightful owner has reported that it is on its way back to them. Still, I would be wary given how this company initially handled the situation.

Buyer beware, this business is knowingly selling stolen card slabs. If you are a collector and you buy slabs here you are risking the potential hassle of owning stolen property. The Wasteland Gaming is a top card seller on EBay and TCGplayer. This is a shameful practice. Do better for your community.

Shop at literally any other card shop than this place. They willingly sell stolen goods. No price should be good enough to warrant giving these people business.

Knowingly resells stollen cards, it's one thing when you accidentally buy a stolen card it's a whole nother thing when you know the card is stolen and you still are trying to make money off it and it's even worse to hold it ransom from the actual legal owner of the card. Just another example of how greedy these shop owners have gotten lately, this hobby dosent need this kind of shady stuff right now especially from people we are supposed to be able to trust.

Hey Cuong, we're sorry you didn't make it into our Gundam event. Bandai limited us to 8 kits only, so they filled up extraordinarily fast. We've recently been working on solutions to decrease our response time to emails.  Our buylist is listed on our website and we're very transparent with what we pay for everything we purchase. The prices themselves are based on a variety of factors like the market, our current stock, and our overall outlook of the product.

Staff has no idea what is happening outside of buying and selling, and major events. Response to emails are notoriously slow. Communications on social are vague, and don't expect to qualify for exclusive high-profile events if you're not part of their tight groups. Offers for cards are low compared to others. Buy cheap from them, or avoid all together.

Edit: Transparency for consumers need to be at the store level and online. None were provided, and none were offered. I was scoffed at for denying the offer. Made 20% additional by going 5 miles to a competitor.

RE: Bandai. Your slots filled up fast because you opened them before the organized time by Bandai. Take it from me who waited outside for you to open shop on sign up day.

Our employee politely asked you to leave because you were selling items in our store. We do not permit individuals to operate their business within our business. 

A small man with glasses and a beard treated me unkindly. I have never experienced such a reaction in all my visits to card shops around the world. The cards in the store are also overpriced and they take advantage of me. I will never visit Atlanta again. CardsHQ was the best store.

Generally speaking most of our prices are higher than our competitors. The prices themselves are based on a variety of factors like the market, our current stock, and our overall outlook of the product.

Don't sell cards to them. They are notoriously undercutting prices compared to other local TCGs. Staff will be aggressively saying that they don't. Shop around, don't settle. Take your product and call around and ask.

Use to come here often but wouldn’t anymore ever since my partner Purchased an Pokémon Squishy Collection that was $120 but on TGC it’s only $81 . When we opened the cards we noticed that it had been resealed and damaged.

Would not recommend for selling trading cards. Went in with rare cards the guy removed them from the hard casing which is fine but then he removed from the soft plastic and began bending cards while examing them. Gave a low price also fine but when declining the offer he just gave everything back without even putting them back the way it was given. Would not recommend to anyone trading cards. Your things will not be handled with care. Secondly he was a rude arrogant short white guy wish I had his name!
