This thrift store truly is a diamond in the rough - when you first walk in, the sheer size of the space is impressive, but otherwise looks kinda drab. Clean and well lit, but boring. Once you start looking around, however... I have found treasures and surprises beyond count! Kids stuff, furniture, housewares and electronics, you name it, it's there. Prices are pretty good, plus they always have 30% and 50% off tag color of the week. Plus they have a rewards points system for more discounts and THEY ACCEPT RETURNS! Staff have always been super friendly and helpful. Checking out can sometimes be a bit of a wait, but certainly no worse than a typical WalMart wait time.

We lost something at America's thrift and realized once we got home. We called the store and Pam picked up. We are very lucky Pam picked up! She immediately gave us her cell phone number and walked around the store to find it. She went out of her way during her busy day to help us recover from our mistake. People like Pam are need it in this world! Thanks again Pam

Formal gown I had ordered from a department store for a 12/3 wedding was canceled by that store yesterday! Scrambling to replace it . . . replaced that $100 outfit with a stunning Ronni Nicole (dress & bolero jacket) $6.99. Also bought 2 purses and gloves . . . total bill $15.86. Consider changing your shopping habits, this place benefits Children's Healthcare.

Out of all the thrift stores around, America's Thrift is my favorite. However you do need to watch their prices, some items are not much cheaper than brand new items at a retail store. You can find everything you need for your home there along with a new wardrobe. I like how the clothes racks are sorted by size, that way you can go right to the racks you need. I could spend hours in there depending on the temperature in the store. Either their HVAC doesn't work, or they are not allowed to use it. They have fans going in the store, but it's never enough. I have had to leave before just for the fact that my children were sweating. They make plenty of money, it wouldn't kill them to have the AC going. I feel for the poor employees.

I never know what I may find here! Such a treasure hunt of name brand cute clothes! Also paintings and furniture. The employees are all friendly and helpful. Yesterday a young woman Katie was busy hanging clothes and was so sweet showing me the discount colors! Definitely worth a visit!

I have been going to American thrift since they where in the smaller location down the street. My favorite thrift store. Looks like they got an upgrade and it's brighter inside.
