I had a great experience here. I'd been planning a proposal for later in the fall, but was going with my girlfriend on a long vacation to the beach and thought it would be better to surprise her when she least expected it. I reached out via email to multiple local jewelers, but the staff with Jewelry Consignment Network was the best in their response times and flexibility. I'd told them about my timeline (only 4 weeks) to make everything happen and was pretty lucky in that they were able to pull off everything perfectly! They were straightforward about pricing and it was convenient for me to be able to text in about once a week to check the status of everything, which they never seemed to mind. The quality of the ring and the pricing was great. I sincerely appreciate the help and consistent communication. This was very important to me, as I work in the healthcare field and sometimes sending a quick text/email is easier than stepping away to make a 5-10 minute phone call. There was never a single problem with communication, delays, expectations, or anything else. I can't thank you all enough for helping me pull off the perfect proposal to my now fiance!
