Always so helpful I love all the ladies that work there and gentlemen and they always welcome me when I come in and remember the kind of stuff I buy and show me that if I got new stuff in so they're just wonderful

Not your average consignment shop. Better quality stuff. A lot of household variety. Worth stopping by if you have a little time in Carroll.

Was in town for bible camp found a pair of pants and a dress shirt. My card was not working. They were nice about it and someone that was working went above and beyond and paid it for me. They all where very nice there I would recommend this place wasn’t expensive at all

I'm always finding something fun here. I always stop when in town. Fun place to look around. Great bargains too.

This place always has a good selection for kids clothing. I also got a pair of kancan and maurices jeans for $10 each.

Great boutique crafts shop out in the country. Well worth the short drive off of Hwy 141.

Wonderful store to shop in. Huge variety of all things from furniture to tools and clothes. Very clean,neat and organized.This is not a thrift store, it is only consignment so better quality things, not JUNK!!

This is a great place to go buy name brand fashion clothes for a very affordable price, everytime. R2R has a great selection everytime I shop  If it's once a month or twice a week. They are top notch at keep their stock rotated.

Its a great place to visit if your in the area. There's so much stuff inside that id be surprised if you didnt walk out with something. The people are friendly and well mannered feeling like good friends you havent seen in a while.

They have a very clean store and very organized into sections. Prices are good for a 2nd hand store.. Can spend an hour easy with  looking at clothes/shoes, home decor/seasonal, books, furniture, antique, and small crafts. Magnets by the counter...So Cute. Go enjoy this place. I bet you leave with something for yourself.

My favorite consignment store in this town of surprisingly a TON of them. I never have any problems finding stuff for anyone my family, and while the prices are higher than the other stores, I'm a firm believer that you get what you pay for. I want my clothes clean, organized, free of stains and tears, and still in relevant fashion. I'm willing to pay extra for that :)

This store is clean and organized, always. Although many times when I have gone to the counter and paid, the conversation between employees continues. Yesterday an adult and two teens were working (and discussingtopics not work related). Money was received and clothes handed to me without any verbal exchange. Their conversation continued and I walked out, feeling invisible. Not a good teaching moment for that adult.

Very nice place, clean and well organized but sadly I have found a few employees to be careless with me or my cousin, as a latina I felt some kind of discrimination. I hope I am wrong about it even though I have felt like that in a few businesses around town.

Good store to shop at but the customer service is really unsettling when you drop items off. I have dropped items off here on multiple occasions and each time I have been treated rudely–almost like I am bothering them by bringing items in. The only exception is the gentleman, he is kind and courteous. Hopefully if you do drop items off he waits on you!

Way time expensive to be a thrift store..poshmart etc are a better choice. I won't return

I was checking out and i heard a lady say this was her first time in and no one said welcome, thanks for coming in as it was my first time and i heard no thank you after my transaction. You need to work on customer service. I will think twice about coming back and spending money there.

Visited the store yesterday with my mom and 2-year-old son. We were shopping for a bench for my entryway. While my mom looked at benches, I browsed the kids’ clothes and noticed they also sell toys. Naturally, my son was drawn to a ride-on toy and played with it for a bit—he wasn’t being disruptive or causing any harm.

Despite that, I started noticing a few glares, which made me uncomfortable. I ended up stepping out to my vehicle while my mom finished the purchase. To my surprise, the owner and another staff member (with black hair) were speaking very negatively about me right in front of my mom.

We spent over $100 in that store, and I deeply regret supporting a business that treated us so poorly. For a place that markets to families with kids, it certainly didn’t feel welcoming.

Disappointed is an understatement.

Won't let a child use the rest room. I do somewhat understand considering the circumstance. But sometimes children don't give you much in advance to get a restroom.

Wasn't treated very kindly by any of employees I'm assuming because it was a no makeup/comfy clothes type of day for me. Pricing was a little much. Things that were supposed to be sets, were priced individually making a small picture set of 3 over $20. Wasn't impressed with service or with prices. They sure are making riches off of their rags.

Nice selection of quality clothing for the whole family. Home goods & decor but very high priced on some items & sales staff seemed more interested in gossiping with each other than waiting on customers, will try again another day

They really hurt my feelings. This was Worst customer service I’ve ever expiernced in my life. I come here atleast 3 times a week and spend 20 bucks every time, because I support local buisnesses. So instead of treating me like a human they give my dirty looks and are really rude to me and they follow me ALL OF THE TIME. They even called the police on me and the officer had to search me cause they accused me of stealing. Coming Here was always my go to place when I’m feeling down but now I can’t even feel comfortable there. They just lost a loyal customer smh. There was only two lady’s nice to me but the rest of them are d**ks. Like they don’t even they recognize me and I come in a lot, I don’t know what I did wrong...
