I LOVE Decades. Every time I go in I always see such an amazing selection of items. However; when I was there last, I had checked out and it was around closing time. I realized that I had gotten the wrong items and because I had used Apple Pay to pay for my items, I was able to text the person at the store and ask them if I needed to come back the next day because I understood they were closing. The person who was there texted me back immediately and told me that they would let me back in so I could get the clothing I wanted. (I had accidentally handed them the wrong items that I wanted). They were so sweet and so nice and let me back in so that I could get the appropriate items. It may have seemed like such a small thing, but it just showed such great customer service that I will of course be going back as a lifetime customer. The people are always so lovely, but this particular experience really made me so happy.

Such a great shop! In my hometown of Cedar Rapids🥰 Sarah was so awesome!🤩 they have really great prices on great items. Some extremely unique finds and all displayed so cute and cleverly💫 Just look at the nice canvas bag Sarah picked out to put my purchases in💞 Be sure to have cash or Venmo because they do not do the rest but it was a great experience ✨

ABSOLUTELY Beautiful pieces in the store! Sara, the owner, was very kind and such a helpful person. I will be returning here at least 1x a month. This place is trouble for me! Lol GREAT PIECES, GOOD PRICES!!
