This is a small but nice consignment shop.  The people are friendly, helpful and informed.  They carry clothing, shoes, hats, jewelry and some home decor.  Affordable.

Can you please move the manikin from the back noor it waved at me. I am very upset about this out of my 58 years of life. I have never experienced something so scary.

Personal Note: I was able to take my daughter there for a new set of work appropriate clothing, without breaking the pocketbook!

Cons: I wish thier store was larger, to accommodate more merchandise, i.e. infant clothing and accessories, children's clothing, men's clothing and plus size clothing.
** years ago, they had a building across the street for Infant, Children's and Plus Size.
I so wish they were able to open it again!

We visited while on a weekday getaway from Illinois.  Wide selection of sizes and name brand clothing.  I purchased a really nice pair of converse shoes and 4 gently used shirts.  I would visit again when in town.

What a spectacular place to shop. Customer Service is top notch and the place and items to purchase are clean. The prices are extremely reasonable.

I went for the first time yesterday and walked out with 14 items,  child and adult women's clothes,  for about $100.
Money well spent on really nice clothes.  There is 2 large fitting rooms which is very nice but the place is a little small to hold all their inventory and the amount of people that showed up for their sale. The

Great prices, name brand clothing.  Very friendly staff.  Awesome purses!

They have super reasonable prices for the very gently used and sometimes unused/new items of clothing and shoes they have there. Just make sue to save yourself sometime to look and either be sure to try on what you pick out or be absolutely sure of the sizes you need...there are no returns.

Love this place! Reasonable prices, and their merchandise is clean. Just bought a dress there that was on sale for $1 and a pair of wedges to go with it for $10. So happy.

Filled with nice clothing and accesories. There's a men's section. They do have sales. Parking is in the back.

The clothes are in almost perfect conditions and it seems like there is always a sale.

This is a great little consignment/second hand shop that has lots of name brand clothes for a fraction of what they would normally cost.  Staff is friendly and the location is easy to find.

If u want nice high quality of clothing and purses this is the store to go to very reasonable prices one of my favorite resale store

I am always impressed with Ritzi Reruns. The employees in the store are very helpful and friendly, the items are good quality, the sale prices are great, and they usually have a sale going on. Ritzi Reruns is a extremely fine shopping experience. I have shopped Ritzis for years, and always go there first for everything. Our family always has had a wonderful, friendly visit each time and I wish to thank Ritzis for their amazing customer service.

Costumer service is amazing by far. Best resale shop you can find in Iowa. I would recommend everyone to stop by and see them once. Trust me, you will get addicted to shopping :D lol I do most of my shopping over at Ritzis because of their brand name and quality products in a great condition. What a selection!!! Got a genuine Coach purse here and I just LOVE it!

Been coming here a little over 14 years, started shopping here when I couldn’t afford maternity clothes- the workers shopped for me and found so many items that worked for me, it was so sweet. Now I sell my stuff here and my daughters stuff whom I was pregnant with! Always a go to- I recommend this store to everyone, clients, kids classmates parents, newcomers to the area, and so many more. I only gave 4 starts because no matter how much I sell which is typically $700 to $1,000 worth of stuff I always get $100 back. lol which is fine. It just goes back to my daughter to save for a car and I know some other gals out there are getting good use out of some cute clothes.

I've been trying to check out Ritzi Reruns for almost a year. Located on Locust at 5 points (Division, Locust, Hickory Grove)
The entire store was 50%off the marked prices. Clean store, bubbly staff, well organized clothing mostly for women. Men's clothing ran the length of the building, offering nice selection of jeans, shirts and shoes.
Prices were typical of a consignment store.
The only negative or cons were the lack of a large selection of women's shoes and the parking behind the building was difficult to figure out.
Definitely will be back.

one drawback is all sales final. i had forgotten about this. again. and i secind guessed a couple dress purchases  it would be better if refunds could be given  😥

Very nice store, great prices and friendly people.

This place will turn you down faster than you can blink an eye. I don't understand how they can stay open the way they do business.  I've been there once, but I'd recommend avoiding it. It didn't look that organized, clean, or stocking good quality stuff. Look somewhere else to buy your nice clothes and get what you deserve, not an immediate no after a glance.

Hi Danielle, sorry to hear you had a bad experience at the store.  I am the owner and wasn't here when you came in.  I asked the manager and she said she made you the offer and you agreed.  The shoes were bought cheaper then usual as they are a size 5 and had some stains.  I still have them if you want them back.  We never take something and not pay for it.  I've been in business for 24 years and I don't consider  my store a joke.  Actually I feel we are very honest but also realize we can't please everyone especially when buying outright.  Your shoes are still here and like I said you can have them back if your that upset about it.  Thanks
 

I sold them a few pieces of clothing and a sterling silver charm and had a pair of $80 pair of shoes that was in it and never received them back, The owner said that she mentioned buying them over the phone, but she didn't.. know why would I take $15 dollars for everything, including the shoe's. This place is a joke. Make sure you check your items right away before leaving this store cause you might have something missing!
