I stop by Watch & Clock Junction about once a month to drop off or show off recent vintage watch purchases. I seem to constantly find rare vintage watches with unique issues requiring servicing and I've been yet to stump them. The entire team is always courteous, friendly, respectful, informative, and helpful. I purposely used the term "always" because its true. You can instantly tell the entire team shares the same passion for horology and watchmaking which is important when you're trusting them with very rare vintage watches to work on. They have well curated selection of newly released watches from brands you can trust and vintage watches that even the "watch nerd" community would approve of. The team has spent the time to learn my preferences in watch collecting and always has something in mind to show me a vintage watch or discuss watches they know I'd be interested in while I'm waiting on service or consultation. Regarding their watch servicing and repairs, they always attempt to seek the least expensive solution to repair your watch and always have a really good explanation and estimate of cost before recommending servicing or overhauling your watch. They even ask your preferences on polishing and replacement of original parts when servicing. This is not common practice. In short, they treat their customers like "watch family". Skip the mall and chain jewelry stores for your watch purchases and skip mailing out your watch for a 6 months wait for servicing and do your watch collecting business and servicing with the actual local watch experts!

For over a year I’ve been hearing positive comments from people about Watch and Clock Junction—I stopped last week and had a super experience having a battery installed into a very special watch I wil now wear. beautiful shop, very clean, orderly and super friendly employees. I needed a battery for my husband’s watch and while there talked about a non-functional grandfather clock. The gentlemen who helped me were so knowledgeable and gave me the items I needed to fix our problem. A house call was also offered. Wonderful service and great asset to our community!

My wife went to these guys to get my Dad’s old watch repaired and refitted to my wrist. They did a perfect job picking out new links, plus I understand they replaced the inner workings as well. It all came back for a much lower price than I expected. This is one of those places where it seems like you need them when you need them. And when you do, I wouldn’t go anywhere else but here.

New to the city. Had a retirement watch that had the hands a bit off of telling the time correctly. Dropped it off and got a quote right away. Very reasonably priced. 36 hours later, watch was fixed. Tech explained what he did and a couple of extras he did to insure a long life. Bill was the initial quote plus tax. Will be my go-to place for watch repair. And when the time comes for the grandfather clock we have, they'll be making the house call. Glad to have made new friends with them.

I have a very old Seiko kinetic watch that was beginning to have issues. Seiko no longer makes kinetic watches anymore and the parts mine needed are showing back ordered. Tried several shops but to no avail. Came here by recommendation and found the staff to be courteous and knowledgeable. I eventually traded in my Seiko for a Citizen. Would definitely recommend anyone to come here first for repairs or to get another watch.

We had a house call from Liam to repair two grandfather clocks. He was very professional and got both of them running like Swiss watches! These folks are busy, but it is well worth the wait… Highly recommend!

I love this store! I have been there several times for various watch-related issues, and they fixed each one quickly. No more visiting jewelry stores, where I couldn't always obtain help. I highly recommend Watch & Clock Junction.

Just replaced a watch battery but the customer service was excellent!

I have a 110 year old Seth Thomas Crystal Cathedral clock that was given to my father on his day of birth. (You'll know it has the lion on top!) After the 2024 cleaning and tune up I have it now accurately reproducing 2-3 SECOND accuracy! REALLY! Absolutely amazing and consistent chime synchronization. I can't say enough good things about those folks in maintaining a 110 year old timepiece. Thank you for your outstanding care. Dave Brown-Granger
