This business, The Village Blacksmith, is closed. To Note, when reading the reviews, it has been confused in the past with Branen Ornamental Iron, a Blacksmith, who is just across the street from this store.

Very nice to work with. I had him make me a barn door pull and he nailed it. He even meet me in Council Bluffs since I live in Omaha when finished.

I, my companion and niece was looking to purchase something for my daughters birthday. It needed to be horse related. Whats better than a blacksmith to find horse related items. Unfortunately the store owner was rude and made the statement. You don't have the money to buy what you might break. Basically telling us to get the he'll out of his store. We informed him we didn't intend to break anything. And if we did we would certainly pay for it. He starts grumbling...Don't give me any of that. We LEFT TAKING OUR BUSINESS UP THE ROAD AND GAVE THE NICE LADY OUR MONEY. Not a nice person at all.
