Love going to the DI, they have everything you need and mire!

This is such a well maintained store. It is organized, neat, and extremely easy on the eyes. 😀 Been to many DI's and by far this is best.

I come here all of the time. It is one of my favorite stores in Burley. Pricing is really good on most things. I was told they’re going to be remodeling soon. So excited for a “Yard” section!

Love this store...always some "new to me" treasure to find. Best DI I have ever been to, and I have been to most throughout Utah and Idaho. This is the cleanest, best organized store. Those who work here are trained to be friendly and helpful. Matt is the friendliest manager they have. His excitement about what is happening at his store is evident, he shares all the positive things going on. I am super excited that the store is expanding and will soon have even more retail space.

They have really made this a great place to shop. Very clean and organized. Nice friendly helpful employees. The only drawback is I’ve noticed an increase in prices on clothing.

This is the best DI in all of Idaho and Utah. I’ve been to several DIs in Idaho and several in the Salt Lake area. The DI in Burley always has a great collection of items, is very clean and the employees are super friendly.

Good place to shop.....so much better than the Idaho Youth Ranch we have here....they snap are over priced...curling iron $7 to $13 noooooo people nooooo a shirt $7 and Walmart has the same one for $6 and for $4 you can get alot of nice ones at The DI....THE ONLY THRIFT STORE WORTH GOING TOO ♡♡♡ THE DESERET INDUSTRIES 😀

I enjoy going with my mom, we usually go every friday, you never know what you will find, the people are always so helpful and friendly, and the prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend that everybody give it a shot.

Not only do I visit my own local D.I. often, but no matter what city I visit, the D.I. is always a stop.

The staff and the manager are absolutely helpful and friendly! They are willing to help you in any way that they can. I wanted to look at something in a locked glass case and there was a gentleman there offering to help before i could even think to ask for help. The manager was very friendly and made sure the lines weren't long so check-out was fast and easy! The cashier was very friendly and helpful! The selection of products in the store is always amazing! I will certainly be back for more!

Great retail store for inexpensive items. The DI is a little nicer than most thrift stores. The inventory is rotated often so you won't always find the same things each time. Good place for nice, used clothes.

By far my favorite thrift store. There is always something new and unique each visit. You never know what you'll find! Plus shopping at the store helps fund programs to train people and put others to work.

I love looking for a good deal. The DI has a great variety of clothes and other items that I can buy for a good price. The employees are friendly. I enjoy shopping here.

We love going in usually.  My granddaughters love to try on the prom dresses and take pic.  Today my granddaughter had tried on a pair of pants and needed to switch back to hers. The lady yelled at her and told her the dressing rooms were locked.  Granted it was 6:30 but she just needed to change back to her own clothes.  It made her cry to be yelled at!  Maybe a short lesson on customer treatment would be nice!!!

People are friendly that work here and very helpful, get lots of nice things but they go fast, as alot of ebay & second hand dealers go alot so you have to move quickly when carts come out with new things

Somewhat clean, half of the employees seem like they are high on speed most of the time but the prices and quality of things there is def 3/5 stars. Not wonderful but could be much worse.

Household items are cheap while clothing is expensive, very confusing. I feel like it should be the other way around. Why would I come here and pay $4 for shirts that are $0.99 at Goodwill? But aside from that, the store is almost always clean and organized and the employees are nice. Their pricing just needs some work.

Fairly decent selection. Prices are higher and shelves are very disorganized. You may need to dig through 12 inch deep piles on the shelves to see what's available.

The store as always is very clean. It only gets 2 stars today for two specific reasons.

The first reason is dealing with what many call antiquers. These are the individuals who only go to thrift stores with intent to find items to resale. My daughter found an older my little pony on the shelf to which one of these people took it even though she had her hand on it.

This happens all the time with everything in store. They also trash the shelves when looking.

My second reason was employees refusing to move while looking at stuff on shelves. I thought they were working not browsing while talking about their sex lives with each other. Very non professional.

The employees were rude when I showed up 15 minutes before closing , I came to  look real fast for a shelf and I got approached rudely as I just entered the building and told I had 8 minutes not even customer serviced just told I had 8 minutes. Not a second later another customer came in and they told her she had 5 minutes and it wasn’t even 5 seconds after the employee approaching me. I was then followed around being told countless times how many minutes I had left even as one of their employees was yelling the count every minute down from close as she was complaining that she didn’t want to stay later. As soon as they closed I got told rudely to “leave , get out”with an arm swing to the door as they laughed and then they turned the lights off and said “we mean business” when I was still in the building literally as soon as the clocked turned 6. I did not feel comfortable inside their building at all. I haven’t been here in so long and now I remember why I stopped coming here. Their employees need more training on customer service and being nice to others.

I go in quite often and I’ve noticed the managers are not kind to the employees. The employee I talked with today said that she feels really disrespected by them. And based off the experiences I’ve had with all three of the managers, they aren’t very kind to the customers either. They also don’t price match- If an item is cheaper online, they don’t care.

The pricing at this specific store is much higher than thrift stores in surrounding areas.

When to try to get a couch for a client that I work with? Who is mentally disabled try to see if they've come? Down and prize because the couch was pretty beat up told the manager you and I both know that this couch is not worth $80 the manager literally. Told me it doesn't matter because people will pay.

I love shopping there, however price tags don't always stick and sometimes fall off and when you ask how much they treat you as a criminal, I do understand people do take them off but some people DON'T. Also my wife got hit in the head with a cart being pulled buy a employee way to fast, she wouldn't report it, she just wanted out of there not to draw attention to herself. (The employee ask if she was ok and asst. Manager Matt she just ask to slow down and she said a child ran out in front of her (so the key is hit the cart hitting my wife missing the child or hit the child missing my wife " or how about this simply slow the cart down for you have control of it that you dont hit anyone! Plain and simple !!)... Today was the kicker for her ..(Two movies)( both new )(both Disney) (same day)( &3.00 & &400) Training facility  ok got it called manger raised both movies to $ 4.00... seriously how do you take something back and raise it ... all the rest of them are $3.00 .. Greed will get them nowhere, that's sad she loved going with the  customers and they  enjoyed her too.. and she sure spent alot of money there.. how sad...
