Kendall at Couch Capital LLC was extremely pleasant to work with. He responds in a timely and respectful manor, and he’s very knowledgeable on his products and services. My apartment has a very undesirable entryway that makes fitting couches larger than a loveseat almost impossible to fit through. Kendall was able to take measurements of the entryway and couch to make sure the sectional we got would fit, and it DID!!! We were so lucky to stumble upon this company! We were planning on spending well over $1500 to get a nice new couch delivered to our house. We ended up stopping here to check it out on our way to one of our chain furniture stores and found the perfect couch. It was clean, comfortable and had barely any visible wear and tear. We have loved our couches from here! The customer service is top notch. We loved our first couch, but ended up finding black mold in our apartment and had to throw out the couch when we moved to a new place because the mold from the apartment got on the couch. When we went to replace it, we told Kendall what had happened and he was so kind and understanding and even delivered the couch on his day off so that we would have a clean couch to move to our new place. They were very helpful. Free delivery service is awesome, and they brought everything up to my second story apartment. Product was in really good shape, exactly like the pictures. Very good communication experience every step of the way. When I went to check out the couch they were very helpful with answering all my questions. Would definitely recommend getting a couch from them if you’re on a budget but are still looking for something nice.

Purchased an amazing couch from these guys. Kendall was quick to reply with any answers to my questions or when we were organizing the free delivery he provides. Honestly so happy that they were able to drop off the couch same day and set it up in my living room. This was a god send, especially since breaking my leg and not being able to move around much. Now I can prop my leg up comfortably on my new couch while it heals.

Hey Amanda, so sorry to hear about your experience. We are of course more than happy to help resolve this concern. We make sure to inspect our couches pretty throughly especially for strong pet smells. When this couch was delivered no such strong pet smells were observed. With that said it is clear that additional cleaning was missed on this couch. It looks like for some reason when you contacted us about the problem all we received was a short 6  second video of you with an upholstery cleaning tool. It wasn’t till today that we also received the additional message that you originally sent with the video explaining everything in greater detail. We have since reached out to you again to offer further additional remediation as we are now aware of the whole situation. We delivered this couch to the mountain home military base from our main location in Nampa ID which is an 1 hour and 15 minute drive. Which is why we asked for the additional delivery fee the description states that we deliver for free within 30 minutes of our downtown Nampa Location. You were asked if you would like to help carry the old couch out and the new couch in but that we had a furniture dolly so your help wasn’t necessary. To which you replied that you would be happy to help. Once again sorry for any miscommunication and we are working to resolve this matter. 

Honestly disappointed. I was very excited for this sectional and the communication was great, and he could deliver the very next day.

The biggest issue is the condition the couch is in. I asked before I bought it if these are cleaned. I was told yes. Once I got it in my house, I realized how filthy it was and that it has several spots with what smells like cat urine. I spent 2 hours with my own upholstery cleaner and it still reeks. I’m having it professionally cleaned and I hope that fixes it, because otherwise this was a total loss.

The amount of dirt and hair I got off this couch was impressive. Not clean at all. Additionally, he messaged that “tips are not expected but appreciated”. Not sure why I’m tipping if I’m paying $550 for a dirty couch, plus another $175 for delivery and to take my old one away AND I had to help move the couches!! I helped do part of the job.

I did message the owner with my concerns and was offered a $20 partial refund, so at least there’s that? But it’s going to cost more than $20 to fix this couch, if it’s even possible to get the smells out.

Hey Amanda, so sorry to hear about your experience. We just left you a voicemail letting you know that we’re more than happy to rectify this situation. It seems like there may have been a miscommunication. No coercion here whatsoever. I remember after we realize that the couch wasn’t gonna fit. We already carried down your couch and carried up the new couch as well plus already had driven all the way out there and use quite a bit of gas to do so. So at which point I had asked if it was OK to keep some of the money in order to, make up for all that time and gas that we had spent. At no point where we trying to you into doing anything you didn’t want to do. Once again more than happy to help you out and rectify this situation. Just give us a call back. Also many times we do ask you if you would be OK typing up a Google review that you can submit once we have the couch in place our expectation is never to have you leave a review before we get the couch inside once again sorry for the miscommunication. Our reasoning for doing that is a lot of times. People have a great experience, but then life will get super busy and they will never, feel like they have time to leave a review 🙂

The couch I purchased didn’t fit my space which was just an unfortunate situation. However, know that when you get your item delivered, you will be doing the moving. Also, since my purchase couldn’t be completed, I was charged for (double the normal) delivery charge plus the tip I had prepaid. Kendall, the business owner, also asks you to do a Google review before he will complete the delivery, which is why he has so many glowing reviews. It feels like coercion.
I paid $120 to help him move a couch up and down stairs and then didn’t get the couch. He seemed quite upset about not getting to complete our purchase but extorted my money and had he measured the space before we started moving, we could have avoided a lot of work and stress.
I would not do business with him ever again. He will exploit you for money.
