The staff is courteous and receiving purchased items was quick and easy. However, I was unable to find information about their buyer fees on the their website. When I read a recent invoice I was surprised to find out the buyer's fee was a whopping 15%. That's 50% higher than some other local houses charge. Just beware. Take into account the added 15% when deciding how much to bid. Also, all online payments, over the phone payments, and credit card payments will be charged an extra 4%. That with sales tax at 6% means you may have to add 25% to your total bill. Make sure your items are actually worth it! One disappointing trend for me, is that a lot of auctions are full of what looks like Amazon returns. Mostly undesirable merchandise and waste of time for me to look through. I also see a lot of bids going well over what, in my opinion and Ebay's sold items lists, would be a reasonable price. Don't get emotionally involved in your bidding decisions.

Very rarely these days as a customer you are made to feel welcomed into the establishment you are visiting. Maybe I am old or or set in my ways but in my opinion customer service has gone down hill. This is not the case. Musik has a incredible top notch staff that are reliable, friendly, fast and their hospitality makes you feel at home. Now granted I was only looking for a laptop to replace my broken one. I wasn't sure exactly what I was looking for in a new laptop but I happened to run into the manager there... Mark I believe was his name... and the front desk lady.. sorry forgot name but what a sweetheart. sprang into action like a well oiled machine and found me exactly what I was looking for. Its crazy but Mark made you feel like family or a long lost friend and that service is hard to come by. Thank you Musik for all that you do and I will definitely come back to you for the real value is how you treat your customers.

Easy 5 star, the consigner gave them the wrong info on the rifle and they worked with me to refund the rifle and get me on my way.
