This is a very nice and clean store. A lot of older stuff. Junk, furniture, clothes and Blankets. The people in these comments that are complaining are just looking to whine about something.

I found the very best deals here. Clothes for my grandbabies, name brand shoes and snow boots, a whole new wardrobe for me. All for very fair prices. Plus, they had the medical equipment we needed for my mom after surgery.

I borrowed a toilet seat riser and a transfer tub bench for my recovery from hip replacement. It saved buying them for the three months that I needed them it is a wonderful service.

The Staff is very friendly and they are most helpful.  We can always find something that is vintage, or collectable.

I loved this shop. The employee we're kind and helpful. The shop is clean. Men's, women and children clothing are abundant. Household items, furniture, kitchen needs are all here. It is a fun place to shop.

Great prices that are actual "thrifty," vs the overpriced flat prices at other thrift shops. Anymore that's a rare occurrence. There is also a decent selection of items although the store feels a bit musty. The cashier's were kind, quick, and truly made the experience a joy. Thank you for being one of a kind

The workers were wonderful. Store is neat and clean. Very organized everything was easy to find. The ladies honored the quarter clothes day even though it was actually last week due to calender mistake. Quite enjoyable shopping stop.

What a fun treasure hunt! I could,  literally,  spend hours there.  Actually,  I do spend hours there since I work there,  but I don't usually get the chance to shop while working and frequently only see some of the best buys when someone else is already buying them.  I had so much fun going through the racks of shirts,  sweaters,  jackets,  and dresses.  Then there's the linens,  housewares,  collectables,  shoes, and sporting goods.  The list goes on and on.  So much to see and so little time with the best prices in town. You'll definitely want to check out this place.

This store is my favorite Thrift Store in Twin Falls. It is by far the cheapest and has what feels like a bigger selection. Kids clothes are 25 Cents up to 6T and as a Nanny of 3 (all under 4 years old), I love having somewhere I can get them clothes without breaking the bank. They have yarn which I also am always stalking up on and there last 25 Cents sale had me running to the store. I have yet to have one bad thing to say.
Actually, I take it back. They have no public restroom, just a port a potty out back. But they have signs all over informing you and there's at least a potty. I've yet to had to use it, so I have no words about it. But this, is definitely my favorite Thrift Store.

The people are friendly and helpful. The prices are great for those on a fixed income. One can find anything from infant to adult clothing and shoes. If your looking for household items they have a great selection of gently use items from furniture down to a spoon or fork. If you're needing help with food, they have food boxes, and may be able to help financially in some circumstances if qualified.

Most likely THE CHEAPEST THRIFT STORE ON THE PLANET!!!! They take cards but you must buy a minimum of $3.00, great selection of books and vinyl records. Lots of clothes and shoes. Mostly everything is a $1.

As far as second hand stores go it's about average.  Was picked up a vanity a friends had bought there.  It had been paid for already and when we were about to load it off off the employees pointed out some damage that my friends wasn't aware of.  The manager asked for a receipt and when furnished knocked an additional 20 bucks of the price.  So if nothing else they are honesty and accommodating.

This is a good place to buy used things but lots of the time they don't have much. They do have a large outside bin to get free clothes. Downside. I've never met anyone nice for staff. It's suppose to be religiously run but these people are not happy here.

I donated quite a few things and since I didn’t have any cardboard boxes to put the items in ,I asked the lady if I could have  just one of my plastic containers back ,she was very rude and not happy that she had to unload the one container I asked for back. I will not be donating there again. I have no tolerance for rude people.

Monday Oct 15th. I made a call to your store about 9:05 am. I stated that someone I knew had donated a Sony surround and I wanted to know if it was still at the store. I wanted to buy it and I lived out of town and didn't want to make a trip if it was not there. The gal on the phone was kurt and rude. She said it all depends on what comes into the store and what goes out. (really I'm not stupid). She said she hadn't been in the store since Thursday. I ask if someone could check on this or call me back? She said I could call back when the store opened at 10. The clerk clearly didn't want to be bothered

So usually I would say the mustard seed this is very nice and helpful place, but apparently even though they're open till 5:00 the lock the door at 4:30. When I asked the guy who had the key and was letting people out what time they locked the door he said whenever we want to go home. The guy was very rude and unprofessional. How long to bring donation products to them down to deseret industries on the other side of town

First of all some of the employees are extremely rude and xenophobic. Some are pretty nice. Second A lot of the things are either at the same price of a NEW one or overpriced. I thought the point of a thrift store was to have discounted items. Also I have bought puzzles from here multiple times ALL the time they were missing pieces and when I told an employee they said it could have been “a simple accident” yeah right like if I’m going to believe that. I will no longer be coming this store and I will tell my family and friends to stop coming here.

Manager was extremely unpleasant. I called and asked a question and she was so rude. I will never ever shop or recommend. What ever happened to good customer service. I understand a bad day but honestly.

I used to go there all the time,but the staff are so judgemental and demeaning I don't go hardly at all now. I have a disability and sometimes I catch myself talking out loud. These horrible people who work there ACUALLY laughed and made fun of me. I've never been so hurt,
embarrassed and ridiculed. There are never any carts available on the .25 wed sales.Its like you are less than human if you don't wear your Sunday bonnet. And be careful of the free bins....I'd be ashamed to say if you work there. You should tell whoever runs the place to find a complete brand new staff. It hasn't just happened once....its EVERY TIME. EVERY STAFF MEMBER IS DEMEANING AND RUDE. BEYOND INCORRIGIBLE! Oh,and thank you for the clothing voucher when I needed warmer clothes for winter, as my storage flooded. AND FOR following me around the store and re racking the things I'd set aside. THE NICER ITEMS VANISHED INTO THIN AIR! AND TELLING ME THE BOOTS AND COAT I FINALLY FOUND IN MY SIZE( WHAT I NEEDED THE MOST) WERE OUT OF MY PRICE RANGE. You get so many items to choose as long as none of them are over a certain price.Amazing I wasn't told that when I was allotted the specific number of items and was asked what exactly i needed. An $8.00 pair of boots, a $7.00 blanket and a $20.00 coat weren't allowed. I was reprimanded like a child.AND in front of the entire store,  taken from me and put back. I ended up with a small throw blanket, a pair of PURPLE BOOTS, a size too small and no coat. I did finally find the black sweater AGAIN. I was so upset by all this, it threw me into a panic attack. A customer handed it to me after taking IT BACK off the rack to purchase it herself. She apologized. Said she saw them put it back on the rack from a chair (I PLACED SEVERAL THINGS IN TO TRY ON)and had no idea someone has picked it out.AGAIN NO CARTS AVAILABLE. After THEY thoroughly picked through my final choices at the counter and conviently ran out of sacks, I offered a box I had in the car but let them know it would be too difficult for me to get the box to my car across the street. THEY TOLD ME TO GO AROUND TO THE ALLEY DOOR AND KNOCK TO GET HELP WITH LOADING THE BOX. I KNOCKED ON BOTH DOORS FOR A GOOD 15 MINS THEN THE TALL LADY FINALLY CAME TOLD ME EVERYONE WAS TOO BUSY TO HELP ME ID JUST HAVE TO WAIT AND THAT BASICALLY I WAS RUDE AND STUPID FOR KNOCKING TOO MUCH AND ON THE WRONG DOOR. WHEN SHE FINALLY CAME BACK SHE DROPPED MY THINGS ON THE STEP TURNED AND SLAMMED THE DOOR IN MY FACE AND DIDNT SAY A WORD.I PICKED MY THINGS UP, PUT IN THE BOX AND GOT THE BOX TO THE CAR. I WAS SO FLABERGASTED AND IN TEARS, I COULDNT EVEN DRIVE UNTIL I COMPOSED MYSELF. ITS HARD ENOUGH ASKING FOR HELP, BUT TO BE TREATED LIKE THE SCUM OF THE EARTH IS TOO MUCH FOR ANYONE TO HANDLE. A MAN ACTUALLY ASKED ME WHILE I WAS IN THE STORE "YOU'RE NOT ON DRUGS ARE YOU?" I SAID "YES, SIR. I AM! EXACTLY THE ONES PERSCRIBED TO ME BY MY DOCTOR!"  THIS ALL TOOK PLACE ABOUT A YR AGO. I HAVEN'T SINCE AND WILL NEVER ASK FOR THEIR HELP AGAIN...EVER! Please forgive me Lord for speaking ill of those who help. I speak the truth and people need to be aware of what I was subjected to. I pray this harsh statement helps others to not go through what I did at The Mustard Seed Thrift Store. This in no way reflects on the Wellness Tree!
