Best thrift store in Chicaoland with incredible selection of high quality furniture. The folks that procure the items obviously have a great eye.

This place is so big so much to look at so many great finds. Only downside is the service was not the best. The customer service person was selling an expensive table to a customer and since we were not buying an expensive table he was dismissive with us. But aside from that lots of great finds and options for anything you are looking for.

We made the trek out to Aurora to visit Thrift & Dollar on a weekend. It's definitely large and it's jam packed with some neat finds. The strip mall it was in was busy on a Saturday afternoon and most of the people seemed to be inside the thrift store. It was very busy inside, some aisles you had to wait your turn to walk down as there wasn't much space to move past others. There wasn't really anything here that I would consider "garbage". Everything was clean and looked usable. Even things like cookware and dinnerware looked good. The prices on most things were very reasonable as well. There aren't many clothes here, it's more of a housewares type thrift store. TONS of furniture, most of it in great condition. Lots of older, vintage, and antique furniture which had a ton of value if you compare prices to other thrift stores and used furniture stores in the area. I did see some appliances in the very back area as well but didn't go back there. If you're in the area, it's definitely worth a stop!

Love this place! It isn't in the safest area... just be aware of your surroundings at all times when walking into the store. It's a really fun spot and a must see for thrift lovers, staff are friendly.
