Some neat stuff but the old lady working (perhaps owner) was rude so I didn’t buy anything. 🙂

IMO, spare yourself the time. First review I've ever written about a business. Feel it's important to potentially help others. My wife and I antique shop as a hobby and have been doing so for a couple decades. This store is owned and managed by a woman to whom customer service and respect are unfamiliar concepts. If she weren't the owner, I suspect she'd have been removed long ago. This woman alone is the reason for my 1-star review. We stopped in yesterday to look for wine decanters. I saw one and touched the stopper, only to be immediately scolded by the owner for touching something without asking permission. Museum or retail shop? There was no sign saying don't touch the goods, but there is one stating that your children aren't welcome. She said I was making her "nervous" by touching something that was literally at my eye level. In other words, easily accessible. For her, however, it would have involved a reach. I'm an able-bodied male in my mid-50s. She's about 20 years older and inches shorter. I would have been happy to bring it down for her, had she asked. She then stated her confidence that I would pay for anything I broke. A not-so-subtle hint. But in truth, I would have. She just needed to treat me like an adult and let me shop without her condescension. We left the store after she voiced her opinion that I should just "buy it" if I have the money. My satisfaction with the purchasing experience was clearly a non-factor to her. As we departed, her last rant was to proudly declare that she was the owner. A self-congratulatory pat on the back, I suppose, but an unfortunate circumstance for her clients who place items on consignment (and would like them to sell), and ultimately for unwary shoppers. Contents and pricing - some nice items, with a lot of plateware and glassware. Overpriced for what they are though. Can you find something you like here on occasion? Certainly. You just have to decide whether the overall experience is worth it. We didn't think so and won't be back.

ATTENTION PARENTS!! Drove an hour and a half to get here just to find out I couldn’t bring my 6 year old daughter in with me. Extremely disappointing that their website says nothing about children not being allowed in because it could have saved me a trip.

I've come three separate times, and this place is never open. There are even signs outside the building right now that say "Paris Market Antiques Open Today." Waste of time. Do not bother.

Lady discriminated against my cousin in a wheelchair, claiming that parents needed to be present, regardless of the fact he’s an adult. Delusional, sad ownership
