I have been coming here for years! I have found the best clothes at a killer price! I have moved to Wisconsin so I don't visit like I used to but I make the drive when I need a new wardrobe! Definitely recommended checking this place out!

Treasures Galore is exactly what the name implies.  Everything here is just like new without that 'new price'. What a great place .

1st experience here. Clean and welcoming.  Nice assortment of low cost 2nd hand things that were in  excellent condition.

I will always come here to both sell my stuff and go shopping. They are very organized, clean, kind, and I have found some amazing pieces for very little money! If you haven't thrifted here before, please stop in and have a look around.

This is a nicely used clothing store. I've never wanted to use second-hand clothes. But now that I'm retired from work I decided to try it and surprisingly I liked it. If you have to cloth your young children and live on a fixed income like me. You'll like this store! The staff is great! 👍

I really like that Treasures Galore has friendly customer service personnel, a really nice selection of face masks (from whimsy to dressy), face shields, dressy headwraps and their prices are very reasonable.

Very clean & organized thrift store. Although this is mostly a clothing & accessory store, the items here are very nice and I found quite a few items that were brand new with tags. Finding good quality clothing at a thrift store, without the prices being near retail is getting harder and harder, this place is my new go-to.  Not only is the clothing in very good condition, but the prices are very fair and well below other big chain thrift store prices. They also had a clearance section where all the clothing was only $1. Staff was very friendly to my daughter and I during checkout, overall recommend and I will be returning.

Wish it stayed open a little later. Great store. Fair prices! Cute atmosphere and some very unique items!! I will most definitely be back!

Always enjoy checking. More upscale items. Very good prices. Many new, endlot, discounted, or like new items. Great for casual, dressy casual and general work clothes. Plus household and kitchen goods. A cut above second hand shops.

This is my little secret but I'll share. They have the cutest little items and excellent prices. The staff is a family of sweet, helpful and professional women. It's always a treat for me to go.

Great upscale resale store. Good selection and good prices without digging through all the junky stuff like other places.

I took my daughters here to look for clothes. It was ok. They didn’t find anything, but that’s the luck of the draw. It was clean and easy to navigate.

They are not open after 5:00 PM during the work week but I have to arrange my schedule to shop on the weekend.  I have brought things in to sell and that experience has some rules attached that are similar to other consignment/resale shops.  They are pretty picky about what they except and they don't pay out much per item (like $0.50-$2 for most things).  The staff do not seem to warm up to you quick but I think they are just very busy.  I've been coming here for years.  I can usually find some unique and fun stuff for a fair price.  Clothes, jewelry, accessories, and household items are typically what I buy here.  My only wish is to have them open a little later during the week.

I always find nice work clothes here at a reasonable price. The young staff member that wears a lot of bronzer could use a customer service class though.  I've gotten poor service from her a few times now 😣

Good place to bargain shop...Last couple times I have been in there they have had the same stuff, not much new... Tons of great jewelry...

I haven't left a review since they opened at their new location. Much better location now. One of the more organized thrift shops I've been in and no weird odors.

Wish you opened earlier on Sunday. Went to Plato’s closet instead , they have tons of stuff. Sad to say I probably won’t be back for a few months bc it’ll take me forever to shop through their inventory

Interesting collection of merchandise, has a very nice and unusual selection of face masks.  Apparently staff does not believe in assisting their coworkers or customers.  Several staff members were behind the counter chatting with only one sales associate assisting the customers that were waiting unnecessarily in a long line.

I go there alot got alot of nice things unfortunately I never find anything in my size. They are moving soon to S. Alpine Looks like better parking.

I really like the store they have some nice things and it’s very well organized BUT the customer service is very poor I was basically ignored while the employees had their conversation and I tried to ask questions but once again I was ignored. My visit was on 03/04/20 around 2pm. I will not be returning.

I like treasures.
But when u walk in the door to a business staff should be friendly and greet you. They should not be having conversations with other staff members about who did what and who went where.
The customer should be the priority. It happens every single time we come through the door. I have to beg someone to say hello to me.

I took items in to sell to them. Had them folded in basket and couple things on hangers.when got them back it was a mess! Outfits separated. They don't show you what they buy , otherwise I would have NEVER left without all I had taken in! I know they need to make money but ripping people off in process is disgusting! Will never go there to purchase or resell

I would never take anything to that store to sell they pay you barley  anything ...But they are quick to take the cloths they don't want to buy ...never again

I just tried taking clothes in and will never again. I brought brand new steel toe non skid boots still in the box purchased from Farm and Fleet a few years ago and was given 6 dollars for those and a Columbia Sweatshirt.  I was told that brand new jeans had holes in them, which they did not, and shirts had stains, which they did not.  This place does not even deserve one star but I had to in order to post.

So I’m thinking with the reviews I just seen I’ll just keep my very newer clothing and not even deal with this place! Customer service was never great to me anyways!! Thanks for the reviews!!

I decided to leave a review after shopping here for years.i normally only leave reviews if I've had a great experience or a bad one. I've been coming here since the old location and have never been greated when I walked through the door, ever. It's always seem like your interrupting the conversation of the employees. Today I went to sell my clothes for the very first time, I brought 1 basket and 2 bags. They said they do not take bags because the clothes may be wrinkly, okay well I called the day before asking what hours they take clothes and no one ever mentioned anything like that, clearly i was a new "seller" on the phone. So waisted my time just for me to give them a basket full of miss me jeans and nice clothes, not one rip or stain. I showed up around 3:30 and it just simply seemed like they didn't want to put in the time or effort to go through the clothes at all. When they were done going through my basket they went from folded nice to thrown in the basket looking a MESS and they said 'sorry didn't find anything today' honestly a shame, they wouldnt look at my FOLDED CLOTHES but made a disaster mess for me to have to clean up. I drove all the way across town they should've been much more informative on the phone. They have no motivation at all and you can tell from the moment you walk in. I do love shopping here but the customer service is just not at all where it should be.

If i could put 0 stars i would. I went to sell a box full of baby clothes with matching sets and name brands, two days later we go to pick up the stuff they didn’t want and they took everything as a donation!! Im sorry but that is scam. i never agreed to donate my stuff!! I called for compensation and they declined any compensation for my items. Im very upset and I will not be coming back at all. They're thieves for profit.

To shop here is okay, but to sell items .. not! The clothes I brought in were clean, folded and mostly newer. They picked four and offered $8 total. Not worth my time or effort and these were quality goods. One pair of shoes was like new and designer. ($2.) Another was Carhardt jean bibs, like new. ($2.) They left the others in a mangled ball and wouldn't budge on their low offer. I'm sure others feel the same- taken advantage of. Definitely won't get my business again.

I would have left Zero stars but To post my experience I had to mark one. I have had the most terrible awful experience ever in the history of shopping at any stores EVER. I purchased a jacket and the employee didn’t remove the sensor , I returned to the store s few days later to get it removed only to have the item stollen unless I showed proof of purchase. To make a long terrible experience short I left the store without my item because they refused to give it back only to be called the next day and to say sorry and they found my proof of purchase and I could get my jacket back . I would not recommend supporting a business that will take a item away from you and make you feel like a thief even though you purchased the item legitimately . Go anywhere except here if you want a positive experience  @#shady business# no shame # scammers

They stole my stuff! They put it out for sale before even paying me for it! Terrible way to
run a buisiness!! I have sold to many consignment stores and they all show you what they take and definitely don't put it up for sale before paying you!!

Waited a half hour for a dressing room. Didnt even buy anything cause I couldn't try anything on.people were in there trying a million things on. Just ridiculous service. You shouldn't be able to take that many things in to try on especially since they only have two dressing rooms. Poor service won't shop here again.

Typicaly I would give 5 stars I love Treasures Galore! Today I came to the smoke shop next door, I looked into the window and saw a clock I absolutely loved. Looking at the time I saw they closed in only 10 minutes. So I wanted to ask how much it was and if they would hold it until the morning. I was parked outside the drop off door and walked up to the door. I then saw drop off closes at 5:30 and the employee inside pointed me to the other door (main entrance) I said in ASL (American Sign Language) thank you and hurried to the front door. Mind you it is still 5 minutes to close. I understand closing up takes time, I've worked customer service and wanted to be done and out on time, all I wanted was to ask a question. This older employee  was very rude, her body language was very demeaning. Again resorting to ASL I said I only have a question. Rudley she didnt even come to the door and use a proper customer service attitude. I was very set back, and appalled. Never have I had a bad experience at Treasures Galore. Usually the employees are on point with customer satisfaction. They are friendly, nice, and very helpful. Today was just really bad, I hope the employee sees this, and reflects, then can grow from this review. Best wishes to you, and as for the rest of you lovely ladies, keep you amazing attitudes! You guys are fantastic!

Someone adviced me to drop off some really, really nice clothes but they wer poor in customer service  and turned away some really nice children's  clothing  ( like children's size 14 jeans by guess) because I  didn't  look how they wanted me to look.

I think the staff there is very rude, the one older lady never speaks given that she is the first point of contact once you walk into the door, that's not good...i wish i knew their names because i would mention them... I go there only because the clothes are reasonably priced for my little one...however, if Once upon a child store was cheaper..I would definitely shop there.

Not friendly nor welcoming. I went there years ago when they just opened and their consignment was very reasonable. They paid good money for your things.  I was recently there and brought clothes for consignment name brand clothes and shoes and some off brand with other great condition items and I was VERY DISAPPOINTED!! THEY GAVE ME $22.50 FOR 2 BASKETS OF ITEMS! Twenty CENTS PER ITEM!  I DEFINITELY WILL BE DOING A GARAGE SALE THIS SUMMER.
