Mr Park ia the friendly, knowledgeable, and honestly fair owner operator of JP Resale. His goods and services are fairly priced "bargains". He is an honest Korean re-sale businessman, and a "Jack of All Trades" repairman. JP Resale could correctly be called JP Resale AND Repair; he can recondition, re-purpose AND fix anything smaller than your car! Don't worry, this native Korean has a great command of Business English. Think GREEN. Most of the stuff we leave on our curbs, for the scrappers, goes straight to a landfill, or worse, into our oceans. I will never toss out my used (or broken) bikes, toys, toasters, roasters, mixers, appliances, computers, electronics, etc, etc, until I consult with Mr Park FIRST! JP Resale (AND REPAIR) is truly one of Schaumburg's best secret businesses.

Looks like a hoarders garage. Might find something you like, most likely not.

I regret to say that my encounter with JP Resales and its owner left me with an overwhelmingly negative impression. The experiences I had with the company's owner were particularly disheartening, and I feel compelled to share my dissatisfaction. First and foremost, the owner of JP Resales demonstrated a lack of professionalism and respect throughout our interactions. Their demeanor was consistently dismissive and condescending, making it challenging to establish any meaningful communication. It felt as though my concerns were trivialized, and my questions were met with impatience. This disrespectful attitude created an uncomfortable and unwelcoming atmosphere. Furthermore, the owner displayed a distinct lack of integrity and transparency. Promises were made during our initial discussions that were later conveniently forgotten or conveniently modified to suit their agenda. This bait-and-switch approach left me feeling deceived and betrayed, eroding any trust I had initially placed in the company and its owner. In addition to the owner's unprofessional behavior, their decision-making and problem-solving skills were sorely lacking. When faced with challenges or setbacks, the owner appeared unprepared and unwilling to take responsibility. Rather than finding viable solutions, they shifted blame onto others or simply brushed aside the issues altogether. This lack of accountability only exacerbated the problems and left me feeling frustrated and unsupported. Overall, my experiences with the owner of JP Resales were deeply disappointing. Their disrespectful attitude, lack of integrity, and inability to handle difficulties effectively made the entire experience incredibly disheartening. I would strongly caution anyone considering working with this company to carefully evaluate their options and seek alternatives that prioritize professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Don’t ever shop here, the items sold here don’t work, he will start the item up for you and they won’t work days later, if you shop here and loose your money, it will be your own fault, you have been warned.

The owner is nice but he sells junk that doesn’t work. I bought a weed wacker. It worked for day. I bought a safe and it fell apart after i used it once.
