I came to this location to buy a Few Morgan Dollars. While the variety of years was picked over. I did score a beautiful 1896 Morgan and a 1922 Peace Dollar. The customer service was great and I didn’t mind the wait. I will be back to look at the Silver Quarters.

I stopped in here to see about selling some gold that we no longer wanted and it was just collecting dust.
Was met by a super nice lady who was very eager to talk to me about what I had and very upfront and honest about its value.
I ended up not selling to them, and I’m glad I did not as I went to another buyer who was actually not going to scrap the gold I had but was actually going to resell it and ended up giving me a third more money.  Please be clear I am not knocking them. They were helpful, honest, but they were only about scrapping, and there was actually value in design in my case.

Most foreign countries' coins don't have very many rare years because they have large populations of people, and therefore, they make tons and tons of coins. With the introduction of the Euro and changes in individual countries' currency systems, these coins are now demonetized. The historical value of the coins is interesting however, they are not in great demand. Reselling for yourself does reap the most benefit. We are always open to discussion. I stopped by PGS Schaumburg hoping to get more information and maybe a value on the foreign coins my grandfather saved from his tour in Germany during WW2. The woman I talked to was only interested in the coins' metal value and not interested in the coins' historical values. If you have scrap jewelry, I would say bring it here, but if you have anything collectible or of historical value, bring it elsewhere

During our appraisal the associate received a foot rub from a customer at her desk while we waited to continue our appraisal.  Very unprofessional staff that researches items on google then gets confused on prices. Do not waste your time!

Called to get some help and assistance and the employee was VERY rude. I called their store because it turned up in a google search. 60 seconds was all it took to let me know this is not a store I wanted to give my business.

The salesperson was eating during the sale and taking other calls. Her desk was full of garbage. After her eating and taking other calls she let me know they will charge me after the complementary 15 mins. It was a horrible experience.
