I had my chair upholstered, legs stained and new cushions at B & B Thomas Upholstery! What a job well done. My husband and I were very satisfied with the craftmanship and plan on having another chair reupholstered. Christian was very attentive and quick to deliver the swatches and the finished chair prior to the scheduled finished date! We would highly recommend them!

My name is Jackie, I submit most reviews under Nofigram, but decided to identify myself on this review. I have had several pieces of furniture re-upholstered by B&B Upholstery with the guidance of Christian. They are all beautiful. Christian helped pick out fabrics which were exactly what I had in mind, guided my choices on foam fillings and much more. Plus, the turn around time is crazy quick along with the careful handling of pick-up and delivery. I will definitely contact B&B again when my needs arise to re-upholster, their craftsmanship is top notch!

I was gifted this cloth covered sofa hide a bed 2 years ago. my problem was I couldn't get up from it. B&B made it so getting up from this sofa was as easy as pie. I recommend anyone who loves a piece of furniture really don't want to get rid of it haven't reupholstered and these guys know what they're doing. God bless

I have been a B & B Thomas Upholstery customer in Hammond, IN for the last 5 years. Christian has done several projects for me. 1. In 2018, Christian made my bedroom set go from a hodgepodge to a beautiful complete matching set. 2. I purchased a kitchen/dining table and chairs set in 1973 and in 1990 decided I was tired of it. So, I painted it; and I mean several layers of paint. In 2019 I decided to change it back to the original look. Christian had to strip the set and refinish it. He made some suggestions and now it looks better than the day I bought it. In 2019 our world changed when my husband was diagnosed with Dementia, Alzheimer’s, and Parkinsonism due to Agent Orange exposure (in the 70s). We had to make many changes. A new home in a different neighborhood closer to our son was one. All while making minimal changes to our furniture and colors. The paint colors were easy, but the furniture was challenging. I reached out to Christian, explained my situation and he came up with a plan. He refurbished our front room set using the same fabric. He pulled everything apart and used the same fabric to restore the full set (sofa, ottoman, and chair). Until Christine restored our set, I never realized how bad it was. Christian went above and beyond when he delivered the furniture to our new home and set everything up. While here, he made some suggestions for some bench-sitting pads and pillows for our window seating. He matched our set perfectly. The look on my husband’s face when he walked into our new home will forever be etched in my memory. Everything looks just like our old home. This made the move much easier. I just called Christian again to refinish and refurbish my mother’s rocking chair and an outside bench my father made for me when we bought our home 35 years ago. They mean a lot to me as my parents are both gone now. And I could only trust B & B Thomas Upholstery.

Nice people to do business with. They were on time and there pick up and delivery service is great. Wouldn't mind using them again in the future.

Representative Christian with B & B Thomas Upholstery company are so professional with their expertise. We got our couch and love seat re-upholstered. Everytime someone came to our home they love our couches thinking we got new furniture then we tell them it was re-upholstered, and they couldn't believe it. We are definitely Happy Customers.
