Honestly we all know they are very rude but welcome to Indiana. I went there when I was 7 I went back when I was 19 still the same bs lol. If you're from Indiana we grew up on this Hatred.

I had a blast at J & J. I phoned first and the man gave me the parking directions and what to expect when I got there to sell him some coins. I walked in to the most eclectic store - beer steins, coins, stamps, vases, collectibles, jewelry. John went through my coins which I had organized with a written list so it was easy for him to see what I had. Meanwhile I talked with Jacob and another gentlemen and we told stories. I felt like I was one of the guys! I checked out my coins ahead of time online and there is a difference between seller value and buyer value - I got about what I expected and was happy to have them out of my house. I will definitely go back!

Great shop and great selection. These guys are very friendly and incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to coins.

Get all of my coins at J&J Coins!  All the coins I've ever sent in to PCGS to get graded and slabbed have always either been the same or even graded higher! It sure is nice getting a higher grade on a coin which makes it that much more valuable. I wouldn't buy anywhere else but there!

Called 1st (to make sure they buy/have said coins, gold, etc.), kind of got an answer if they accept what I had, but then put me on hold (literally just put the phone down as I could hear him talking to some other dude).
So can't say either way, never went there nor did I get a straight answer.

These people are so rude, insulting, and hateful that it is completely insulting. Everything is overpriced and they offer very little when buying coins. Whatever you do, do not take your kids in here of this guy will be all over you. They are the most hateful people you will ever meet. Be prepared to be insulted because that's what they do best. Skip these coins shops of today and just go straight to ebay. These coin shop owners think they are better than everybody and don't even deserve your time.

Dishonest owners beware. I made a purchase and was distracted purposely by owner so he didn't give me my change. I believe that he also pocketed the sales tax I paid. Been same for some time. Don't know how he stays in business.

Be prepared to pay 5x what a coin is worth.

The junk silver was overpriced and they offered hardly anything for my silver halves. Do not recommend, you would be better off going somewhere else.

There is a reason that this place is has the lowest reviews. But go ahead and find out for yourself.  No parking, dangerous location, angry staff.

Drive the extra distance to literally any other shop.

Went here on two occasions. Once to buy junk silver.  They wanted what amounts to 35 percent above spot!!! On common 90 percent silver halves, quarters, dimes! Ok, so they charge so much above spot, maybe they pay well, right? Wrong! Went there with an XF at least condition 1913 gold quarter eagle... regardless of what it grades as, there was 180 dollars worth of gold in it... offered me 143!!! Guys were nice enough, but they do try to rip you off!
Also I want to add when I asked how much they would pay if i sold them my pre 65 90% silver coins they said 9.40 per dollar face!! Current spot was at 13 per dollar face! I know they have to make some money on it but that's rediculously low especially considering how much they charge for pre 65 silver coins.

Selling him less than $350 of junk silver for $500. Don't go there and if you do don't trust them.

Was there today with a friend of mine the old man was rude and wanted to rip us off went somewhere else had my coins estimated got offered 4 times the amount he wanted to pay me. Really rude man hope he changes his attitude towards customers. I would definitely recommend going somewhere else.

Went to JJ coins today the young man behind the counter was very knowledgeable was going to go back tommorow till the older gentlemen there was mad when we decided to bring my coins back tommorow and not sell them today. He went on and said we should pay the younger man $20.00 dollars for giving us a quote on our current coin collection when it's suppose to be free then went on to say that the gentleman could  have been doing other work then helping us. When you own a bussiness customers always come first I know that from personal experience and I currently own 2 bussiness myself. I can tell you that my customers always come first.

These guys are surly old a - holes that was to charge you 30% more than Ebay prices on everything, won't even let you look at anything without acting like you're going to run off with it, and scoff at you when you refuse to buy something they have overpriced.  After getting pricing on 3 items and saying it was too much the old douche blew me off and said he had other people to deal with. Don't bother.

I could not agree more with Dan the Man.  I have had the same experience as he, on three occasions.  After the third time I said to myself, Never again.  These are rude, condescending people.  Stay away.

Went in there to buy some silver eagles because they wouldn't give me a price over the phone, and they wanted to charge me $5.75 over spot! I've never been so insulted in my life. The worst part about it was they were rude to me in the process!
