Called here last week to donate items and they told me they were not taking anymore because they’re CLOSING 😢

Absolutely lovely items for sale at this adorable downtown boutique. The inventory constantly changes, the store is beautiful and comfortable, the artistry is gorgeous and it's all a great value and quite reasonably priced.

Very nice softly used furniture store (Consignment) and decor. If you have items to sell, you need to set an appointment ahead of time. Don't call last minute.  Very nice staff. Immaculate store, nice designed and staged furniture.  Stop here while in Highland. I did purchase a gorgeous necklace,  vintage salt shaker and star wars beer bottle opener.

Found the cutest dining table and 6 chairs.  Managed to drop off a few items even of my own even.   Good place to find quality used items.

Last year we discovered this store when I came out of the next door bookstore, my hubby all excited tells me, follow ,e, I found our dinning room set, hope you like it. Yes I did, yes there was a small defect, but worth every penny. Heavy solid wood, 3 leafs, eight chairs would have cost 3 times as much if it was brand new. This year, my 92 yr. old dad needed a dresser, and we brought him with us to get some fresh air, and when my hubby showed him the dresser, he said yes. Today when I went to visit him, he told me how happy he was with the dresser and he loved the store. He says, this is a good clean store.

I went in there recently and love their Jewelry section! I had a very nice handsome man assist me with my purchase, the staff have always been very friendly and this place in my book is decadent, simply decadent.

I absolutely love this place and their cause. My husband and I try to go every Thursday when they are open until 7 p.m. Great selection of items and furniture and I also send my stuff there for consignment. I love their staff. They are super friendly and greet met every time I come in. Kudos.

It's hit and miss with what you will find, but this is a great place to find vintage furniture in good shape at a reasonable price. If you're ready to upgrade from DIY furniture, definitely drop in here.

Just wanted to update, I really like this store, it's always been very clean and they have nice items. But the prices have become very expensive for used items.
That is why I dropped it from five stars to three stars. When you are a resale shop, you shouldn't be more expensive than buying things new online.
Very nice resale store. Like that they support mental health awareness.

Very nice place to shop. I did think the prices are a bit too high. Some of the items were priced at or just below retail. A couple of items I wanted, I was able to buy on EBay about 50% cheaper including shipping.  May I recommend that the manager do more research on pricing before tagging the item. Even on Ebay people could ask for whatever they want but if no one is buying, the adjust to the market. Taking 10% off an item that is already over priced is not what I'm looking for.  I chose this place because of the cause they are fighting for. I think what they are doing is wonderful.

Nice place but furniture a little pricey.

Out of all the stores like this in the area this one had some of the nicest furniture and dining room sets that I've seen. I appreciate the cause they go for but man oh man they are overpriced for a thrift store. Browse first and check out their sales because they aren't too bad during that.

I called the shop on 4/4 to check on my items on consignments. The shop told me they are closing permanently 4/5/25 and to pick up my items. Here I am on April 5th and the doors are locked with the lights off. Phone turned off and unable to contact shop owner. Hope to hear from them soon otherwise I'm submitting a police report for theft.

Though this store is closing I still felt a need to share my experience. It was a learning experience to share with other consumers who may utilize such services in the future.

I brought numerous items to this store which were accepted on consignment. A week or so later, I saw on FB the store was closing which was surprising being I had just dropped off items to sell. Nonetheless, I called to confirm my items were still there. Unfortunately, when I arrived, a portion of the original consignment was missing which they attempted to locate. Come to find out there was no record of them being sold or inventoried, though I watched the young lady unload the original box a week before.

After showing concern that my items were missing, I was nonchalantly told, “we’re human things happen” and basically I was out of luck. Little regard or care seemed to be offered other than “sorry”. I was asked what I’d like them to do about it, which I replied some sort of compensation for the items they lost. She lightly tossed $6 dollars onto the counter from a customer she was checking out.

After getting nowhere with the owner, I was kindly given an explanation (by another employee) that items like mine usually don’t sell anyway. So if that was the case then why did you take them in the first place?!?! Not to mention you accepted items with a thought you’d be closing a week later?!?! Why waste your time and mine?

It was clear they weren’t going to do much and didn’t care about coming to a fair agreement. After showing them online a replacement cost (which I never expected to get anyway) the associate did her math minus their 50%. Condescendingly the owner said, “wow a whole $12”. Nice

I had heard such positive feedback about this store. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case here.

I stood waiting to checkout- not acknowledged at all while TWO sales people looking up an item for a phone caller. They had NO sense for ONE of them to speak to the caller and look up whatever they needed on the computer. Not too bright. I walked out.

Hi Linda, thank you for expressing your concern on this matter. That is correct, when an item gets broken we would dispose of it, especially glass. For obvious safety reasons we would immediately clean up and dispose of the broken pieces so the customer and assisting staff member does not get cut or injured. And yes it is mentioned in our contract as we are a store open to the public- that items can get broken just like anywhere else since there are strollers, walkers, purses, canes etc that could knock something over in a retail setting, as accidents do happen. And of course we understand your concern as a broken item does not benefit the store nor the consignor, as neither makes a profit when such happens. 

I have been a co-signer of this place for a few years.  Recently I took some items in for the Christmas in July.  When I went to get my items that didn’t sell my list showed an item broken.  When I questioned it they said oh they probably threw it away.   Hmmm first of all maybe it stated that in the contract which is my bad but I have to say when I questioned the lady she seemed to disregard my concern.  Which rubbed me the wrong way.  No sorry no nothing.  The item was a Waterford Light Up Angel Ornament .  I don’t think I’ll return to this shop.  Just want others to be more careful then I was.
