Specialised, but I'm always able to find something nice. Almost everything is mint condition.

I took my Schatz ship's clock in for cleaning and oiling. It ran fine, but occasionally (every 2 or 3 weeks) stopped, and I'd rewind it, and it was fine. (A sure sign it needs a good cleaning). I dropped the clock off in August. I called several times only to hear the repair guy (Scott) was still working on it. At one point, he told me it needed a new bushing for the winding mechanism. A couple of months later, he told me the escapment shaft was bent. Finally, he called me to say the escapment shaft was broken, and he couldn't find a replacement. So I should just pick it up. He gave it to me unassembled in a plastic bag. Overall, he had it for 6 months, and all I got was a bag of parts. No way I could recommend this outfit to fix a clock.
