I have bought multiple pieces of furniture from here and they are wonderful. The employees are so kind and the pieces are very clean, in good condition and polished. The store is lovely and I enjoy coming here often to see what else I can find! Prices are excellent for high quality pieces.

Really cool place to go to and look at the furniture pieces for sale.  I've purchased a few items that fit perfect in my home.  All their choices are in great condition and priced to sale.  Do your self a favor, save some money, and check out what they have.  Inventory is always changing, so don't give up on finding what you are looking for.

Revival is one of my favorite places to furniture shop - they have a wonderful mix of new and consignment pieces at fantastic prices, and you never know what gems you will find! I got my bed here in 2008 and over 10 years later found 2 dressers (from completely different consigners) that matched one another and my bed! This was quite a feat as my bed is a unique red stain. The staff are friendly and the owner is phenomenal. I really can't recommend Revival enough!

New Consignment Store with a Great Variety of tables, chairs, curios, tasteful vases and flowers, pictures and some vintage items, all with Reasonable prices.  No bedding nor appliances. We have been going to Revival for at least 15 years. We have bought so many wonderful things from patio furniture, to living room, to kitchen, to bedroom. They are so great at taking care of the things they bring in to sell! We have also used them to sell our used things, and they manage to sell all we bring.  It's so wonderful to be able to use both aspects of a wonderfully run KC based store.  We LOVE this place!!!

The prices are pretty reasonable and in line with the quality of furniture, which runs the gamut from distressed to NWT... I'd recommend making this store your first stop when you're in the market for new furniture.

Got a 3-leaf wood dining table and 4 beautiful chairs for under 90 dollars. Very nice store with friendly and helpful staff who are always ready to help. Lots to choose from, and inventory changes as they get new things. Some very unique pieces; plenty for any price range. I try to visit once a month to keep an eye on new arrivals or price drops. Wonderful location!!

I purchased an iron sleigh bed from them when they were at the Metcalf location. I have been to the new location several times but just to browse.  I am not in the market for anything at this time. When ever I do need furniture, Revival will be my first stop.

Unbelievable deals! They made an exception for me because I bought a tall narrow book case, but it wouldn't fit my business catalogs...so they allowed me to return it the same day and exchange for better book case. THEN!when I walked in 45 minutes from original purchase and found 2 matching chairs that would go PERFECT in my living room!! They are right...if you don't buy it then, it may not be there later...AND if you go back later, you find stuff that wasn't there 45 minutes ago!!! LOVE Revival! -Vicki Stuessi

There are interesting items, like you may find in a thrift shop, but without the smell. They clean the items, fix them, paint as necessary. This belps to update many pieces. The prices are reasonable. I was fortunate enough to get a five-piece sectional for $150, in perfect condition. The new location is nice, but it doesn't appear to be as big.

We had another one of those wonderful Revival moments this week, we are within two minutes of walking into the store we had found the perfect piece of consignment furniture for our house!

Great selection and very good prices. The staff is friendly and helpful. We have bought several items from their old location and now purchased a chair from this new location. They will always be our first stop.

Spent the last two days shopping all the consignment stores in the area and this one is by far the best. Yes, they have new pieces mixed in with the consignment stuff, but each type is fairly priced for what it is. Put this store at the top of your list.

This is a nice furniture shop, one of my favorite places to check out from time to time. It is great to see them in this new location. Great mix of consignment and new furniture. Seems like they may have a larger selection of new furniture than before with a number of nice pieces from Lane and some interesting stuff from The Bramble Company.

Wonderful. The staff is lovely and helpful and the product rotates almost daily. There is so much stuff to look at and potentially buy. A bit higher end prices but all sturdy and great quality.

Really nice consigned pieces of furniture. Very clean and pieces are clearly priced.  The prices are fair and there is a great selection. 1 star off bc it reeked of cigarette smoke and gave me a headache.

Lots of interesting finds. I didnt find the bookshelf I needed but still had a good time looking at was there.

Decent selection. A little unclear how to buy/check out at first and the woman at the counter sort of assumes you know what to do.

Great refurb furniture and fun knick knacks. Staff is not so friendly or kind unfortunately.  They have started carrying non refurb items as well.

A solid place to sell your furniture.  Very transparent about what you'll get and they make it easy to drop everything off.  Their staff is generally helpful and they have lots of furniture to choose from if you are a buyer.

Hi there, I went to Revival Home Furnishings 3 weeks ago and I didn't take any photos when I was at this business, but I do recommend that you do visit this business when you're able to travel to Shawnee Mission, KS in the future. My mom and I were looking for a used 3-shelved book rack for my mom's house in Kansas City, MO. We were able to find about 3 options for her house in Kansas City. I really hope that we'll return to this business in the future. :)

I like what they have in stock and they are flexible with some of their prices. Sometimes I get a weird vibe from the floor staff, but their "dock" loading guys are awesome.

Still a nice place but since they moved into an upscale building closer to Downtown Overland Park, the quality of furniture has gone up along with the prices.

This used to be one of our favorite stores but since they relocated they don't have the verity and the staff doesn't go out of their way to help you. A little overpriced.  Poor customer service which leads to poor customer experience.

Have only been to the new location a couple of times because it's a very awkward parking situation and really not close to anywhere I go. This after visiting often on for many years in both previous locations. I have purchased in the past but started noticing with each visit their prices have gotten higher and higher. On the last trip recently I looked at many things and observed prices as much or more than something new. Of course they do have new furniture in there, so I'm not talking about that.

So sorry you had a bad experience today. We never knowingly sell damaged merchandise in 18 years of business under the same ownership. That being said, we cannot be responsible for damaged incurred after leaving the store. If you feel that was not the case, I would be happy to discuss it with you further.

Truly the worst place to purchase furniture in Kansas City. It was, in their previous location, a great place to shop. Now, the majority of their inventory is dirty and damaged. In a rare occurrence, I found a worthwhile item to purchase today — only to discover when I loaded it in my car that it was damaged. When I took the piece back inside, I was told they could do nothing about a piece after it left their store. I would highly recommend shopping for furniture elsewhere. I would suggest Couches to Curios or Glenwood Antique Mall at 91st and Metcalf. So sad to see this once fun store become a complete waste of time and money.
