Just rude employees and not customers friendly or customers acknowledging environment

I went into this store to find clothes for my mom for Christmas. The employees did not greet me nor acknowledge me there until I approached them asking if they had any clothes for plus size women. They gave me a dirty look and mumbled something and I couldn’t hear them so I walked out.

Ordered a bathing suit a year ago,, received the top never the bottom. Well now they have a hold on my account because I didn’t return the bottoms that I never received?? Makes since, so I can’t place any order. And they are saying 72 buisness hours to resolve this

Sincerely one of the oddest customer service experiences of my life. I asked an employee if they had any of their lounge sets in stock, and she just stared blankly at me. So I said “your knitted lounge sets - do you have any of those here?” and she mouthed through her overly filled lips “I don’t know what those are…” in an idiotic valley girl accent. So I left, and I don’t think that I’ll ever enter another Free People store as long as I live.

Walked in to find something specific and as soon as I walked in I got rude looks from the employees, they didn’t ask if I needed help and they just stood there and talked to each other
