This was a pretty cool place.  They have a tremendous amount of knives. The prices were better than I expected.  There is probably something for every budget.  They also have quite a bit of other stuff too. Shirts and hats. Cleaning and polishing supplies. Spices and rubs. I live about an hour and half away and went with my family on a Saturday and we all enjoyed the trip and thought it was worthwhile.

This place is for the knife collector wonderful atmosphere great knowledge ferries from inexpensive to very high quality expensive these people are very knowledgeable about their knives and the items they carry

So I finally got to see my husband be able to walk into a knife store and be able to have what he wants....since visiting a few other similar places, I must say that this is the TOPS!!!!!!!! Barely got a foot in the door and a chorus of welcome ins greeted our ears......In front of us was a glorious picture of perfection in our eyes.....Talk about kids in a candy store, not just my hubs but me too...I must say it was everything we were dreaming of as we crossed states to get there.....Joyce immediately took hubs to the displays of what he was looking for, gently and proudly displayed knife after knife with a beautiful smile and endless energy to let him look to his content.....we were well educated on some collector tips and tricks and when we realized that the set he wanted to buy was lacking one that had not come in,  she IMMEDIATELY resolved the problem and it will be here in a week or so at our home. This is a neat little place to go and visit especially if you are a fan of knives they have a huge selection. Of course it is the home of the world's largest folding working pocket knife it's really neat to see. And they have a museum inside with all kinds of antique knives in woodworking things I suggest it to anyone that visits the Hardin county area and is looking for something to do. It's also right next to the distillery so you can get a tour is there as well.

Stopped by to check out the World’s Largest Pocket Knife last week and was completely blown away with the huge selection of knives offered. Robin was absolutely amazing, extremely informative and equally enthusiastic. She answered all of my questions and showed my friends and I many different styles and explained their uses. I’ve learnt almost anything can be a knife 😂 James also did extremely well while showing us his favourite knife. I highly recommend stopping by!

AMAZING Customer Service from ROBIN!! I live in Virginia and placed an online order. She called me personally to let me know the item had just gone out of stock. She was extremely kind and patient. She then worked with me and found a different knife for me to purchase for my husband. He actually said he liked her choice better!  It was shipped promptly via UPS. I highly recommend this shop!!

I've always wanted to just stop by but never have. Finally did and I was fairly surprised by the contents within!  Now I won't go into too many details of every corner, nook and cranny but, I will say I was overwhelmed in a good way.

Knives are not the only thing here, but I think this is one of those hidden gems you pass by way too often.  You need to swing by.

Seriously. If you're driving by, stop in.  I bought myself a Buck 256 Decatur pocket clip knife. Had I had more on me I'd have gotten even more!

This is a great location with tons of options!! I'm a Case guy myself, and I love that they have so many choices. And they beat Case's website prices every time by a substantial amount. I have also ordered online from here in the past and delivery was quick. Staff is great, and very knowledgeable. Can't say enough positive, you just have to see it for yourself.

During a recent trip, my daughter was looking for a new pocket knife. She had something in mind but wasn’t sure which knife would fit her needs/wants.  We stopped at Red Hill and were immediately impressed.  We were given lots of help and attention to what she wanted, then shown many different knives so she could know all of the available options. She did purchase a knife that fit her hand, her comfort level and price point.  No need to go elsewhere.  They really know their products.

Ordered a Rose craft blade online, called later for ability... These folks are nice, polite, better priced knives, and when they say it will arrive Friday...that's exactly  when it will arrive!!

You are looking at the largest pocket knife in the World. Must have belonged to Paul Bunyan. It's listed in the Guinness Book of World's Records  weighing in at 6200 lbs with a 20 foot handle and 17.5 foot blade. They even have a knife museum and a very large selection of knives. I found a Joseph Rodgers gentleman's stockman pocket knife that is remarkable.

I stop by every couple of months to add to my collection. Always a good time. I really enjoy the large selection of knives and the staff makes it that much more enjoyable to browse, shop and buy, if you choose. Good people!

The customer service at Red Hill Cutlery is hard to beat. I had the Case come off my favorite and first knife and they guided me through the process of how to get it replaced.  They were extremely helpful.
Everyone I have encountered there has always been friendly and knowledgeable.   I enjoy going in a couple times a year and it never fails I always find something I can't live without.

I'll admit when I am wrong and I was definitely wrong when I lost faith in RHC customer service. There was a shipping issue that had resulted in myself leaving a significantly negative review.  My knife had been sent to the wrong address and I had to go get the package myself. My issue was being billed for shipping when it was an hour round-trip to recover my beloved Halloween knife. I felt it was only fair to have refunded the shipping when it was the company's mistake. I had spoken to a customer representative at RHC that was apologetic and owned up to the error, but that is where it had ended or so I thought. I then wrote a negative review and called it a day. Before I know it, the owner of the company reached out via phone to visit with me regarding my experience and my online review that had voiced my frustrations to the world. He let me know that he had respectfully responded to my online review and wanted to speak with me about fixing the shipping error. His first order of business was to refund the shipping and to let me know how important customers and good customer service is to RHC. We had good conversation and by the end of it, I was inquiring about purchasing another Halloween themed knife. Per our phone visit, they were able to pull luck number 13 from stock sell it to me asap. They didn't even charge me shipping this time! Like I said in the beginning, I'll admit when I am wrong and I was definitely wrong. They have wonderful customer service and I should have requested to speak with another company representative before I left a review that chastised the entire company. I have been ordering Halloween knives from them for years and I will continue to do so in the future. Lessons learned on my part and RHC is still an amazing company!

This is a great knife shop with a lot of variety. We stopped here to see the "World's largest pocket knife" and stayed for the knife selection! They carry just about any brand, style, etc you can think of. Also carries multi-tools, sharpeners, and other assorted products. The staff is very friendly, store is clean and decent prices. There is also a little side or seperate museum area that's cool to walk through. 5% military discount, many thanks for that!

Overall great experience. The only thing I would add is more information about the museum displays. I'm not up to speed on my knife history so I shamefully wasn't really sure what I was looking at most of the time.. Lol.

The World’s LARGEST Pocketknife is at Red Hill Cutlery, 92 Bourbon Trace, Radcliff, KY 40160. In 2018, Radcliff was named the Knife Capital of Kentucky. Red Hill Cutlery is also home to the Kentucky Museum of American Pocketknives which displays over 100 years of knife history.

I couldn’t help but visit this pocket knife museum. I loved the bourbon balls and the antler key chain ring I got here as a surprise gift too. They have a stellar collection and history of knives 🔪. Everything I really wanted were in the hundreds of dollars range. This place is worth a visit if you happen to go to the Boundary Oak Distillery on the Kentucky Bourbon Trail next door.

Friendly / not pushy staff. Very cool historical exhibits in the rear of the store. Huge selection of knives on display. A little disappointed to learn that there was nothing in inventory from local blacksmiths or knife cos...pretty much all the big brands you'd expect but I was hoping to find something more unique.

A great knife/cutlery store just on the corner of 31W and Joe Prather Highway in Radcliff. They're on the hill next door to Boundary Oak Distillery. Outside, you'll see the world's largest pocket knife that's listed in Guinness Book. Inside, you'll find a large selection of name brand knives and souvenirs. Their prices are comparable to similar stores. It's a neat place to visit and possibly find a gift for that hard to shop for person.

Great shop for knifes/cutlery - especially jackknifes.  They have quite a few old/antique jackknives for sale too.  The museum was a disappointment.  It's just a little room in the back and half the displays are too far away from the windows to see.
