I love this store, I’m from Texas work in Louisiana and it’s my favorite shopping store. For my small resell business and personal wear. Love love . Yes it has it not ok like the fitting room over pack but regardless of this good price if you look for them. And good brands .

I always find something to take home. Staff is friendly! Store is kept up well stocked and organized.

Hadn't been to RWB for a few years. Went yesterday and was pleasantly surprised. Very clean and organized. They now take credit cards.

This store has everything and then some!  Place was clean and organized and Security guard was present.  Seriously has anything you could want in there.  Will return to this store!

I got a great deal on a rolling walker in great shape at Red White Blue Thrift Store. I paid only $19.99! My 95 year old mom loves her “new” walker! I also found some great clothing buys for her.

I drive a hr to come to The Red a few times a month and find so many goodies from clothing, shoes, music and movies and housewares. I love his place. People are friendly service is great.

The most amazing little shop that we have ever gone to. They have the largest selection in the area and across the whole US of a for our thought.  The people were all very extremely nice from the guests all the way to the staff. We found everything we wanted or needed and then more. Thanks to our friends showing us this place, we now have a new home for our thrift shopping in your city. We loved it and will be back when out this way for sure without a doubt! Amazing job yall!

Sorry to see Miss Peggy gone from the place I loved to go see every week so much.  5 stars because Vedra is another employee with a great attitude and always helpful. Her section is always neat and ready for looking through stuff. She also has ideas to make out better but adding mirrors in her station to allow customers to view clothes without having to go across the store.

Excellent, love the deals that u find. Some things i feel are high for being used, but if u watch the tags for 50% off you can get some great deals. I love shoping there.  Thanks red white & blue. I find the employees are very nice.

I visited the red white and blue on Laplaco Blvd and I must be honest I've been coming to this store for years I've meet good people but I have to point out the young lady by the name of Destiny! Kind of heavy set lady with glasses, She must be commended on her customer service skills and also he very kind and helpful ways! Not too often you meet someone in the store or at their job that brightens you up because they have such a positive and graceful attitude! I even tried to tip her but she gracefully refused and explained that it was her job! She wasn't my original cashier! She was called over to assist me by another young lady that was originally handling my transaction. I'm guessing she is a manager! If she isn't than that store needs to know to promote her and if she is keep up the excellent work! I usually never wrote a review but because of her I will be returning! Thank you Destiny

Great place to find odd stuff, and vintage stuff. But there pricing has got so high its not as much fun to shop here anymore..loved the store when they where all about selling and pricing

One of my favorite thrift stores! But prices can be high for certain things.

Today I felt like visiting a thrift store.& it was full of people,but the lines were moving. Name brands, designer tags, clothes & shoes .Everything was on sale except yellow tags.  There certainly was variety. Johnette the  cashier, was so pleasant  kudos  to her !the floor staff was  nice,friendly & helpful  ,constantly putting new  things out .BC  I  don't  impulse buy ,usually i shop for specifics like rain boots , but I really enjoyed my day! Check them out for yourself.

9/16/24 I  ❤️ thrift stores  & I had a great shopping experience .The store is clean &  well  organized w people constantly  putting  items back in place .Yellow,White & Blue tags were on sale yesterday  & I found  some  "great  name brand bargains.""""  Some items were brand new w tags on them. The waiting line  moved smoothly. & I highly recommend  a visit to the store. ❤️ 😍

Yes been there 3 times. But everything is a donation.and they have the prices so jacked up high.  No mater what it is.  Some stuff you can get new cheaper. Someone’s making money off poor people.

The selection is good, the workers are great, but the prices are too high. I've been going there for awhile now and I have never seen the prices so high.

Large volume of merchandise of various types in very good condition at moderate to low prices. Lines can get long but they do move quickly. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Always a treasure trove of miscellany. I buy things for our yard and garden frequently or things that I intend to up cycle  or repurpose.

As usual, in shambles, but , if you like to treasure hunt, this is the store for you. Vera Bradley purses, in beautiful shape, for only $9.00 !! Amazing !! My grandson bought the collection of The Simpsons for $3.00. As I said, a treasure hunter's delight. Enjoy.

Huge selection of used clothing, knickknacks, books, pots & pans, small appliances BUT sometimes the lines to cashier are just too long i.e. Saturday afternoons. I always find a good book or two so it depends how much you like to scavenge & how patent you are. I "hear" sometimes small crowds? Me? I have non fiction & tech manuals that made it worthwhile. Go when the crowds aren't there ..mid day mid week maybe?...free parking, small restroom (ask for key)& access entrance via main door but aisles too narrow & crowded for wheel chairs ☹️ sometimes frantic but staff is pleasant...Selection of things vary day to day from amazing finds and a lot of not amazing.. so random luck & patience if you love bargains & scavenging for things ..this thrift store maybe your thing or not 😎

Great place to ship especially for house and children. Must use cash only. ATM available. Wednesday senior day. Saturday everything half price except green tags which is most things.  Adult clothing a bit pricey. Great prices and selection in sheets and towels. All in all great place to shop

Lots of great merchandise! But, this store is cash only. You don't know this unless you are a regular shopper. There are signs on the register, but none that I noticed at the entrance. They do have an ATM with a $2.95 fee.

There are some really nice clothing and home items here. However, the prices are way too high. Higher than Goodwill and other thrift stores I’ve been to.  If you’re shopping to resell, you’ll have a hard time here.

3.5 honestly. Good spot where you can find a deal if the right tag color is on sale. Otherwise it can be pretty hit or miss. I'd say half of the stuff is overpriced for a thrift store, but again tag colors can make all the difference.

Store was hot, 99% of the items had blue tags but the sale was on every other color tag, so really no sales at all. Some of the other items I can buy in a name brand store at a lower price brand new. I've been shopping less there because of these things.

This place has great things here, but select staff needs to work on their customer service skills. It took the cashier that "helped" me very last bit of energy to ring me up. Some pricing issues, as well.

Yesterday I went into the store for find some casual bottoms for work. I had found about 3 pairs so I had them in my left hand and I was using my other hand to slide the clothes down the rack. The racks are full so to look at one item you essentially need to push it right next to the item next to it. I was getting excited about my finds when I heard a voice behind me tell me “Mam you need to be gentle with the clothes”  At first I ignored it because I was shopping, not playing football with the items. When she realized I wasn’t responding, she repeated herself. I turned around and didn’t see anyone. She then said “ I am right here.” I looked at here confused and she proceeded to ask my “how are you doing” in a strangely passive aggressive tone because if she was truly interested in how I was doing she would have asked that first. I responded “I am fine” but she had completely ruined a near perfect thrift shopping experience for me because the store is great and organized well. I placed my items on back on the rack and walked out of the store. The lady had a very short blonde fade haircut, almost bald. I will not be returning to this location.

Me and my friend were only LOOKING at a sweater we really liked which was on a yellow rack which apparently means you can’t even look at, touch, or purchase the item. While we are looking at the sweater a worker yelled at us and said we couldnt purchase that item. We then told her we were only looking at it and she responds by roughly grabbing the sweater and pushing it away from us!! We would’ve bought the item!

Excellent hidden treasures! Unfortunately unprofessional rude and nasty customer service results in poor management! At the Lapalco location! Owner needs to clean house starting with a whole new crew front and back of the house. Things would run so smoothly and a joy to shop their replacing the negative entergy with positive! Hopefully this review falls in the right hands to expect change for the better.

If you like being a gladiator fighting in a pit of lions then this is the place for you. You'll need nerves of steel to make it from one side of the store to the other as you elbow past other shoppers. However when you find what you want you probably won't be willing to pay what they want for it. So you roam around looking for some sort of bargain you can get behind all while becoming more and more anxious as each moment passes. Then if you find something you're willing to buy you can stand in line for 30 minutes, argue about the price, and possibly give up on your purchase altogether. Ive been here 3 or 4 times now and o nly purchased somethung once, and regretted it. Good luck and happy hunting.

I have noticed that the red white and blue has gone up on their prices dramatically especially the one on Lapalco. The lady at the counter would not take my change I have been going to the store for years and always paid in quarters. They said they would not take my loose change that I had to have it rolled the last time I had it rolled they busted it to make sure that it was all there. Now they're telling me that they will only take it rolled and a kind of set me because I've always been nice and I've always stacked my coins up and the lady was very short with me so I had to go to the ATM to pull it out which cost me an extra 2.50 probably going to cost me an even more because of my card is finicky about what ATM i use. Thank you red white and blue for NOT being the awesome red white and blue I Used to Know.

While the merchandise often provides a variety of options; the customer service is more often than not sub par! On more than one occasion I've checked out and not been given all of the items I've paid for.  When brought to the attention of the cashier, I've been met with a negative attitudes and flippant responses.

Can’t believe they have these minimum wage workers trained to yell at customers for purchasing clothes off of racks that they bring out of the back. First of all, bro you really defending these corporate executives also, how are you trying to tell me I can’t purchase clothes from you, that’s the whole point of coming here

I have been coming to this store since it opened ,the SPANISH speaking people are horrible, they loose there children while shopping,  and announcements have to be made, they act like its  the first place they have ever been, they steal out of the store, hide merchandise, steal out of others carts. They talk loud and make a complete mess of the store, There Children run around the store unattended, and the make the employees work harder, I have no choices but to vote Republicans  this has to stop,and the sad part it's everywhere you go.

I shop this site all of the time and have gotten many family members to shop here. However today they were completely out of line and extremely rude to me. Hey, lady was looking at jewelry in the jewelry counter and a person was showing her things. I waited my turn and asked to see a ring. After the lady showed the other customer thing, she sat down and ignored me. Politely to see the ring. I was told I needed to go in line to a cash register, and the person at the cash register would have to show me. Grant you no one was in line and I was not ready to check out. I was like really I have to go in line. I’m not ready to check out I just wanna see something. Again was rude and told me you gotta go get a cash registered person to bring you to see it. I proceeded to go online into the cash register, and the guy tells me I need to go to an empty register number five or no one is. I said all I wanted to do was see some jewelry. I’m not ready to check out. There are about five people back there and it is a little before 4 o’clock. I told the guy there’s no one at that register I just want to see jewelry. Everyone then proceeds oh, you go show her the jewelry and then they said no to each other. Then they say well I’m going on break I’m going on break too. No one wanted to show me the jewelry. At this point I’m very upset. The guy from the cash register comes over says I’m at register that’s why I was telling you go to five.  The person starts to go to the jewelry counter. They say oh we were just playing with you. I said, no y’all were rude. I asked them to just show me what I want to see. Another person says, I’ll take her over. You go to the cash register. The experience was horrible. I can not find a corporate number to report them. By the time I left I was shaking, mad and almost in tears. Never before have I been treated like this before. Seems like it could have been a racial thing, but one can’t know for sure.

Wow, this is the Worst Thift store in Nola. Not only are they over priced but they are well known for changing tags when a new colors come out. Management is rude and just don’t care. They sell Nike shoes for $300+, knock off Coach purse for $300+. Only store in Louisiana has no idea what they are doing and they don’t care. Also, selling Pokémon cards for $25 for a box of element cards. Over priced and hell to deal with, management often changes staff.

Saturday was half off everything but one color. I don't know if Lapalco store is under new management, the hold store had the same color, the color that was not a discount. It is impossible for everything to be the same color. Don't waste your time going, there's nothing on discount.

Wednesday is senior  day. But they change stuff so I would ask first.. different colors on half price. The best stuff is high price n not on sale.. They get this stuff free n prices are very high..

These people are out of their minds! Prices are extremely high. Dollar tree items marked $5? Are you kidding me? Board games marked $15. Crock pots for $25. Beat up toasters for $20? Walmart jeans for $15? No thanks. I go to thrift stores to save money, not spend more than brand new retail for beat up stained junk.

Upon walking in you will be greeted with the smell of feces. The clothing is overpriced for what it is. Used Donated stuff. Things like forever 21, old navy, Charlotte Russe... all of this cheap clothes is marked for higher at RWB  than you can get it brand new at the mall. I’m usually ok with hunting for bargains, but today the rudeness of the employees was to much for me to take. I found a dress that I liked but noticed it didn’t have a price tag, I asked the nearest employee to me how much is it? She responds: ‘Oh let me see that’, this takes it out of my hand and throws it over her shoulder and tells me  ‘it will be back on the sales floor tmrw it needs a price, and the prices left for the day’ Rude!! Don’t take things out of my hand and then tell me come back tmrw and hunt for it. I’m not a child and I don’t need your smelly overpriced clothes enough to put up with rude lazy employees. I told her she can have the rest of the the things that were in my basket and I left RWB for the last time.  I went to USA thrift on terry parkway. They have friendly staff, cleaned place, and they take returns. All of which RWB can not compete with. The sad thing is when did we start to feel it was acceptable to treat people poorly? It’s because there are no consequences to our actions. Management needs to take action over rude, lazy employees.

Also a warning to the public: I encourage you to drive to the back of red white and Blue to see where they accept donations. EVERYTHING IS IN A PILE IN THE RAIN. Most things have to get thrown away because of the water damage.

While attempting to enjoy an afternoon costume shopping and thrifting, amongst other errands with my Fiance', we were amazed to see the amount of people in the store. They came over the loudspeaker and advertised a 50% off sale for everything in the store except for, what sounded like, Wreaths. So we shopped. To our dismay as we checked out we found out that Red tagged items werent 50% off......90% of the store had a RED TAG.......total bait and switch

HORRIBLE experience for the items I bought and amount of money spent customer service was sooo TERRIBLE... it makes it hard to shop there! I will not be returning you will do better going to Goodwill or some other consignment store! And when it's time for closing they threaten you saying if you pick up something else the have cameras and won't allow you to check OUT!!! If you want to shop comfortably please DON'T SHOP HERE!!

Some great vintage clothes can be found here but the customer service is terrible!! Never go near closing because the workers get extremely rude to everyone. I've been twice and it was the same each time. I will probably continue to go for vintage levis but would never donate anything here.
