The owner was very nice! I was walking down the street near the French Market when a man complimented my NASCAR hat and told me about his vintage shop around the corner. Obviously, I had to stop by, and I was wonderfully surprised by the selection and prices. There were hats, hoodies, pants, shorts, shirts, and everything else someone could expect/want from a vintage store. The prices were also very fair, so I was very happy to stop by and spend some money.

Absolutely obsessed with this place! The owners are incredible advocates for the French Quarter community and actively make the FQ a better place. I’ve come from across the country to visit NOLA and Swamp Rags several times since they’ve opened, and every single experience has been nothing short of delightful. I scored an amazing Garth Brooks vintage denim jacket in-store (thanks Chris!) and was able to work with Dante to find another Garth Brooks gem via ordering through their Instagram stories. Definitely follow them on Instagram to keep tabs on the awesome stuff they have in stock! Every community needs more business owners like Swamp Rags. Thank y’all for being so great!
