This store have such good selection and we got lucky because they was having a discount, they have deals like $5 a piece, so I found a 100% cashmere sweater in excellent condition for $5!
Also a pair of heels brand new and cute.
It was fun and the lady was very nice 😊.

Covet is the best of the best — I typically shop at the Newbury & Southie location. The clothes are beautifully curated & there is truly something for everyone, the staff is wonderful, the prices are fair, and the shops themselves are such a fun vibe to be in. I have always had success consigning there & I appreciate how hard those girls work with the amount of consignment they get. The consignor specialists are communicative & efficient and really know their stuff! 10/10 across the board — for shopping & consigning ❤️

I will come back to purchase over and over again! They are great with customer service and will answer your questions before purchasing! They take great photos in great lighting, unlike other consigners! Ask away as many questions as you may have, and they will gladly assist! The LV neverfull wristlet I purchased was in fantastic condition, as noted on their Instagram!!!

This store is a hidden gem in my world. Everything is always organized, clean and there’s always an amazing find. Staff is super sweet and knowledgeable

Came in looking for a cute birthday outfit and Hannah was SO helpful and made sure I looked and felt great! She found sooo many cute options for me it was hard to choose what to take home.  Great personal service and amazing selection, can’t wait to go back!

Stopped at the Covet Back Bay location today and had a wonderful shopping/consignment experience! All of the items are reasonably priced and the store is so clean. Amber, Lynn and Micaela were particularly helpful during the consignment process!

If you ever have the chance to visit this store, ask for Lynn Nguyen. You wont regret it! This girl is on top of it! Not only does she know her brands but she's also very stylish as well. She was able to put an outfit for me in under 20 minutes which I feel in love with. I will for sure be going back there! 20/10 !!!! :)

I absolutely love covet back bay! This is my favorite consignment shop in all of Boston. Great inventory, helpful staff, and a great spot to give some of your high end goodies more life when you’re done with them!

Absolutely love Covet! I've hosted private shopping parties there with friends, and Lynn, the manager, always goes above and beyond by providing snacks and beverages for us while we shop. Additionally, I've had a fantastic experience bringing in some designer bags to co-sign with them. Covet truly offers a top-notch shopping experience with their attentive service and great selection of items. I love their weekly Instagram posts, always new bags and clothes!

So impressed! Today was literally shopping mayhem in Boston. Holiday weekend, everything was packed. Like most stores on Newbury they’d reached capacity and there was a wait to get it.
So I finally get in, found a TON of stuff at great prices- and was helped or greeted warmly by 4 different employees. I don’t know how they can be that nice through all the mayhem. Such grace under pressure. You don’t get service like that at Zara or similar.
The credit card processor was also down. I own a retail shop (home decor not clothes) so I know exactly how stressful that can be. Yet they were nice and calm and helpful.
Fun fact - I bought my first LV bag at their southie shop.
I try to visit at least two of their locations every time I come to Boston.

Came in from NYC to check this spot out and I loved it! They were friendly to my puppy and had treats for him but also the store was clean, they had great brands and lots of selection. I walked away with a brand new wool sweater with tags still on it and at a great price.

A great shop! They always have the cutest pieces at great prices. I have also had great experiences consigning here - the staff is so friendly!

Covet is my one stop shop for EVERYTHING.

CONSIGNMENT- I’ve consigned with covet for over a year now (summer and winter wardrobes) and always make more money than I expect!! It’s the easiest consignment experience and I trust that the buyers will pick quality items. This newbury location is especially efficient.

SHOPPING- this store is SO well curated. I’ve found everything that I need at covet from wedding guest dresses to sweaters and jeans. The pricing is reasonable and the store is well organized. I can wander into the shop and be surprised by something new or go in on a mission to find something specific and almost always walk out with a success. I’ve also bought gifts for friends from covet’s cute collection of jewelry, hair clips, and other accessories!

One other thing that I love about covet is the customer service. I feel like I’m shopping with friends- they give me good feedback when I’m trying on clothes but aren’t pushy while I’m exploring the store.

Highly recommend you do some shopping at covet this holiday season!

This being covet’s latest location, it’s on the busiest street in Boston and attracts a lot of locals and tourists, the store is always clean and running fast, I feel like the lines move quick and the consignment process is really easy! And the selection of bags is amazing!

Well what to say about this wonderful store…I got lost in it and left with so many new clothing items and a few bags. This is one of the best vintage / pre-loved stores I‘ve been to and the selection is simply overwhelming.

Regardless of your individual taste, be sure to find something in here.

Covet staff are absolutely amazing ! They are always so kind and professional. Not to mention, they are pet friendly !! Love this place.

I had the most wonderful experience at Covet’s Newbury Street location - I came in with my daughter in a stroller (which everyone knows can be tough on cobblestone streets!). The Covet employees were all lovely, but one in particular was incredibly warm and welcoming, and told me about her own daughter. When I needed a fitting room, they helped me fit the stroller in the fitting room! I felt incredibly seen and helped - not to mention they have a phenomenal inventory. I got 4 gorgeous dresses! It’s a must-visit in Back Bay.

Excellent experience every time: consigning, using online consignment tracking tools, shopping, browsing without buying, and asking questions live or over the phone. The staff are friendly, polite, and professional, even in way they return items they won’t take for consigning… so different from many other consignment stores. I’m always impressed with the staff!

Lovely store, helpful staff. Fair prices. Small size selection in clothing and shoes. I recognize a consignment store only gets what they get but some intentionality in sourcing would be really nice.

This place was cute and had some nice things but nothing caught my eye.

I’ve been with Covet since they started with only store at Beacon hill, sold some Chanel, Saint Laurent and other big brands with them in the past. Walked in today to this back bay store with 3 almost new Kate Spade bags + wallets that someone gifted me, and they didn’t even take them?! I am shocked because Kate isn’t some fast fashion brand like Zara or HM, it is comparable good quality. Anyway, couldn’t make it to the 7pm store closing hour so possibly it’s for donation later which sounds even more ridiculous. I would not be surprised if in future I walk in with Gucci and they tell me No at the end.

Updated: Owner reached out to me and explained the situation and hold my items for more than a week, unfortunately was out of town. But in general, impressive customer service.

Mid level brands with a tiny selection of high end designers.

Good selection of brands of various price points and neatly organized by size.

I can't say too much about the service since it felt like the employees made a point to completely avoid eye contact with me despite being one of two customers in the store.

I do not recommend consigning with Covet. You’ll end up bringing a haul of perfectly great clothes, wait around for hours for the staff to go through them, only for them to select 2 out of your 25+ items to consign and you’ll only see a small fraction of that sale. They’ll only take brand new designer, despite it supposedly being a secondhand shop.

Complete waste of time. I brought basically new clothes . A whole bag full of things from Bloomingdales, zara, all saints, brand new faux fur boots in the box,  Michael kors. The process took 3 hours and they took nothing. Absolutely ridiculous

Horrible service. If you want to buy something off of the Instagram, they won’t respond until after it’s gone. They said a piece was available, I asked to buy and they didn’t respond for days until after it sold.

Dont recommend for consigning. They give you a price and then will mark it way down, and have "sale" weekends, leaving you with significantly less than you could get elsewhere if you just sell your items online. Dont give up your nice things to this place.
