There is great stuff to be found here, just have to negotiate with the sellers. Unfortunately part of the lower building has been flooded so they have moved upstairs but still plenty of vendors. Good fun just to browse around.

If you love rummaging and finding treasure, this place is for you. Watch the hours and expect to be there for a few hours. I feel like I've been transported back in time..something for everyone..free admission good parking eat before you go..no food counter, bathrooms ..yes!

I moved out of New England 10 years ago and have been back to the area for 7 out of those 10 years and every time I'm in the area, I visit this flea market! Amazing deals and they are willing to work with you on prices esp if you get a lot of stuff. Definitely one of the best gems in New England for junkers like myself!

Like an indoor flea market during the off season. Many individual stores/businesses.with plenty of items an all on 3 floors. Great thing to do on any weekend.

If you are into flea markets then this place is a must. Is basically a 3 floor maze of vendors and items. Amazing collections and the kitchen is absolutely delicious home cooked food. Plenty of parking. No entry fees. I was surprised of the size and amount of goods

Needs renovation badly. Parking is a nightmare. Has potential, but definitely not there yet.

Great Variety of many products and stores.The shop owners are all very pleasant  2 floors full of hidden treasures. Old parts and pieces one might not be able to find elsewhere. Vintage and new items also, can be found. Furniture, jewelry, electronics, food homemade, records, star wars, clothing, shoes, household items etc. To many to mention.  See you there!

First off, this place is great to support a local business and not those Salvation Army and Good Will Stores. More packed here than any of those other places.

I was (and still am) a bit confused... I guess the whole building is known as "Tilton & Cook Market Place" but each floor is a different owner.. or rather it's a business that rents out space to vintage/thrift stores.
On the first floor I was told there were 5 different owners, but it's really hard to figure out whose stuff is whose and if you're entering another "store". Just remember where you got stuff.

There is also a place to eat and relax on the first floor which is pretty cute, but I didn't look at the menu cause I wasn't hungry.

People there were pretty nice. You really have to go digging around here (or in some areas).

I was only able to get to the second floor... I think I was there for about 2hrs... there is just so much stuff! (I didn't even finish the second floor).

From my understanding, each floor is its own "shop" (except for the first floor). But no one seems to have their own name... just "Tilton & Cook Market Place" or "Tilton & Cook Corp".
Make sure to bring lots of cash... no one in the building can take credit/debit.

And at last, the days and hours for these shops are all the same.

I could be wrong on a few things here, but this is all what I gathered and understood. Im definitely gonna have to return. Such a great find!

Large building. Lots & lots of vendors. Fred's is a great place to poke around and buy stuff at reasonable prices. Fred's has more things to see than ever!!

My daughter got her first apartment, this place is nearby was a great time, great visit. Cool decorations. Some paintings, some mirrors, some furniture pieces, lots to see and go through.

The variety of goods is awesome. I save tons of money by shopping for things I need here instead of buying elsewhere. It's like a Flea Market Mall...same old school feel to it as I recall from my younger days.

You can get lost for hours here. Definitely worth the visit. Hard to leave without some sort of discovery or bargain, orrrr treasure.

Had a great experience! All staff was friendly and super helpful. I bought a extra large dog crate for only $10! And a beautiful wooden rocking chair. The staff Hillary who had sold me the chair gave me a half gallon of paint and setting spray out of her own kindness. 10/10 recommend!

Go upstairs to the 3rd floor! the first floor i am not fond of dark and uninviting but once you get into the heated upstairs area (3rd fl) with about 20 shops as well as snacks and drinks very pleasant feeling and nice well kept shops

I really like it there, there is something for everyone there I bought a couch for $50 and that was beautiful and very clean I wanted furniture and I got what I wanted but last week when I went there, there was a beautiful recliner and I should have bought it then because it wasn't there when I went again a week later my bad and they're real cheap with their furniture and it's nice furniture I would go down there and get my furniture there again

This place has so much stuff. Prices are high on some stuff but they do have some nice things.

Lots to see. Some items take me back to memories of childhood. Great used furniture, lots of kitchen & nicknaks. Sports equipment, clothing, all kinds of tools, faucet parts & the like. You can even find old farming & horse equipment. They guarantee everything works, but always double check with Bob. So much fun just to look & always a pleasure to do business with them. A MUST GO! Absolutely love this place for hidden gems. Come ready to hunt- it's not exquisitely curated, but what you spend in time they make up for in savings.

Upstairs isnt well organized and nothing really great to look at or buy. But downstairs is well organized and has a big selection of unique items and beautiful furniture.  Tons of books for $1 or $2 and a good selection of more recemt books.

On the way to Fred's, and even to the bathroom, numerous interesting and intriguing items noticed during glancing perusals.

Many private vendor spaces, as well as the larger volume merchants.

Could spend weeks shopping the various venues.

Hard to believe that it would not be profitable to both sellers and buyers for the whole marketplace to be open 5 or 6 days a week and even with extended daily hours--
sits unopen to the public, and presumably unshopped, 4 days a week.

Moved back from Colorado recently and all the flea markets I used to attend are no longer active. Looked up some local places and this showed up in the browser. Good place with lots of inventory. One thing to note is that the map location is incorrect. It is about a quarter mile up the road  on SPRUCE ST and not at the corner. This made finding it originally tricky.

Lots of interesting things and beautiful pieces of furniture.  There are great deals if you're willing to look.

Big place, lots of furniture besides a various amount of everything you can imagine.. great place if your looking for something cheap

It was really cold inside, and the first floor was closed. I feel like every vendor here is a little expensive for used flea market stuff they're selling.

The store is very well kept and always well stocked, few employees but huge  huge hearts !! Recomended ,the employees that is !! Go they will find and help you greatly !!

Most of the individual shops upstairs were closed. Downstairs we found the furniture selection on the high side for what they were offering.

Haven't been there in there in a long time.  Although we didn't find what we had in mind,  it was nice to see the expansion on the 2nd and 3rd floors.   Everything was neat.

Very big place. I wasn't greeted by anyone so I'm not sure how the service is, but the prices on the furniture, even small pieces in rough shape are outrageous. Found much better deals upstairs.

Been there a few times now. Some there are nice flea market finds but a lot is over priced. I dont know if that is to open up negotiations or not but I wouldn't pay what they're asking for bureau's.

We took the drive out here…to try something new. We we’re disappointed to be honest…it seems like a lot of the furniture had been there for a long time…nothing remarkable

90% of the stuff there is other people's junk. Couple cool things but that's it. 2nd hand furniture at top dollar prices.

One of the vendors was incredibly rude when I was testing out a typewriter to see if all the keys worked. They were upset when I didn't hear them the first time they said something. Well, sorry to break it to you but I wear hearing aids and don't always hear everything especially when there's a lot of noise around. If you don't want people to touch something so badly, put a sign on it requesting for people not to do so. Otherwise, have a little compassion towards others. I won't be back anytime soon.

Used to be interesting on different levels, but now slacking on items organization and products. They added another vendor which I personally wanted to see what he had to offer. Followed his Tacky orange day glow arrows to a big Rude sign stating it wasn't a museum buy something.  Well a strange man dressed as a leprechaun sitting in a chair snapped out what are you looking for? RUDE TONE! Replied what ever catches my eye! RUDE! Ok was disorganized in that all rows were blocked at ends had to manuver around things people. Saw some candle stands I liked and would have bought little rude guy snapped wanted to sell table chairs ( which didn't match) as a set. I asked how much just the stands he threw out 175.00 . Never in my life 20.00 bucks if that. Then as I walked away he stated I'll get that and more on line! I SAID FINE GOOD LUCK WITH THAT! SO ORIGINAL FLOORS WORTH A POKE AROUND  ONCE A YEAR THE NEW PART DONT WASTE THE EFFORT TO CLIMB THE SHAKY STEPS!

DOWNSTAIRS - Extremely overpriced. They picked up a free sofa on craigslist and are selling it for $500.

UPSTAIRS = GREAT. Its like a used hardware store, tools, plumbing and electrical supplies, kitchenware, electronic. Very friendly upstairs and very reasonable prices!

The flea market part of it needs work. The vendors follow you around and half of them are there half the time. The furniture part is great. It has a large selection of used furniture worth checking out.

I had heard about this place on Facebook this past week. I love flea markets and second hand/thrift shops. So I couldn't wait to go yesterday. I should have stayed home. This place is full of junk....and I mean JUNK. Things that probably should be in a landfill. Half bottles of cleaning chemicals, used toilet brushes, furniture from the 60s that should have been burned years ago, dirty clothing, and just plain broken junk. Not only that, some of the vendors are the rudest people I have ever encountered. Especially one who got mad if you touched items. Sorry lady I was looking for that item that I touched. Chances are I was going to buy it. But since you so rudely  yelled at my wife and I, I kept my money in my pocket and didn't buy it. I swear some people do not belong in the eye of the public. I can say I wont be back to this dump.
