I visited the shop last week to find my wedding dress and had the pleasure of being paired with Jane. She was nice, patient, and knowledgeable. She built rapport early on and made me feel comfortable. She asked me a lot of questions to help select dresses within my style and my budget. By the end of the appointment, I found my dress and it was one that Jane selected for me. I have nothing negative to say about her. I do wish that my dressing room had a full length mirror. I had no idea how the dress looked on me before going out and showing it to my family and because of the layout, I saw their reactions before I saw myself in the mirror. This prevented me from making my own opinion first. Additionally, this was my first time wedding dress shopping and I drove in from RI because I was not willing to spend thousands on a wedding dress. I hoped to spend under 1k, but I did find however, that the majority of the dresses were over 1k, so keep that in mind. They are discounted at about 30% off retail, which was less than I assumed before arriving. I did have to spend 1250 to get the dress I liked but overall I am happy with my experience and would recommend the shop.

What a wonderful experience! Rose was lovely—patient and helpful. There were so many dresses to choose from. I ended up getting something completely different than I imagined, but I felt gorgeous and so happy. I am so grateful!

This place is a hidden gem. High quality items. The store is very clean large private dressing rooms and merchandise is displayed beautifully. Staff is very knowledgeable about the merchandise. I saw many items nwt

I bought my wedding dress here on Saturday. It was a lovely experience. The dress selection was fantastic, excellent quality, and great prices. The customer service was great. I highly recommend them!

3/15/25 My daughter and I shopped today for her Jr Prom dress. Lots of choices! Super friendly and helpful staff. She found exactly what she wanted. We’ll see you next year.

It’s 02/26 and I was iffy about the two options I had on hand for my wedding in literally 12 days from today (03/10) I did some research and found this place with glowing reviews. I missed my appointment because I had overslept but they accommodated me coming hours later as a walk in. I had 4 options to try on and the woman helping me, Shannon, was very helpful in finding options in my size as well as clipping as needed and zipping me up. I found the one needless to say!!!! My budget had been $1k and this was under budget and the most perfect dress. I am smiling ear to ear writing this review because of how grateful and blessed I am right now. Thank God for this place and this dress, it was very last minute and this dress just fit absolutely perfectly in every way shape & form. I won’t need alterations and the whole process was so easy and comfortable. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wedding dress without trying to sell a kidney to afford it. I also got my double tier veil and am also so in love with it. Thank you much & God bless you all.

Shannon was very helpful and friendly! I arrived two hours from closing and they were very flexible about me trying on dresses past 4 pm. It was the first store I went to, and I found the perfect wedding dress!

I had a great experience buying my wedding dress here. The guidance from the staff was wonderful, and they made me feel so special. They had a wonderful selection of dresses and helped me try so many on, even multiple times.

I have been to Consignment Bridal and Prom now for two of my daughters. They both found beautiful dresses that they loved!!! The selection is unimaginable and the staff are all so patient and helpful. They all make you feel so at home and comfortable and help you find that perfect dress and abd make suggestions for alteration ideas if needed. I can not recommend this shop enough!! You will not be disappointed!!!
