This place is fantastic for great finds! And the staff is so helpful and kind. Also, I like that the proceeds go to helping others.

Fabulous finds and great sales. I highly recommend shopping here for furniture, I saw gorgeous recliners new with tags, a fantastic selection of lighting and more. I picked up a chair I love for just $5. Staff are also incredibly helpful, kind, and polite. When you walk in here you can tell that people care about one another.

Adam, David, and Ryan were so helpful to us today. We came in from San Francisco and wanted to fill an apartment with solid furniture that was going to last and not go to a landfill. They helped us find several options to us and we had a blast working with them. They were amazing.  They really exemplified what Habitat for Humanity stands for.

Great place to donate building materials, yard tools. The list is on their website. No appointment needed. Go to the backdoor on days they're open just not Sunday. Great staff, helpful and encouraging.

Amazing assortment, very nice people. I don’t usually write reviews but I really wanted to leave a 5 star because my experience was so good. They helped me get tricky times into my car very patiently. I’m definitely coming back.

This is the best store around for used furniture - they have sofas in the $200 - $400 range, tables and chairs for $100 - $350, and lots of dressers, baker’s racks, some office furniture, and so forth.

Because the store has an extremely rapid turnover, if you don’t find something you like the first time, a week later it will be half different items. That also means if you like it, you have to be ready to buy it right away - they will not hold items and it will soon be gone.

You need to either take your own items or else they have the number of a local delivery service they recommend for about $100.

Firstly, the staff here have consistently been kind and helpful and considerate and that's been going on for years. Secondly, you are never sure what you'll find/see -- yes, condition is variable, but that's up to you to decide if you want to buy it or not -- these are mostly donated items after all. Have purchased many items from here that have helped furnished homes for relatives, friends, and myself. This location specifically is just A+ in my book. Thank you to the staff too!

I absolutely love this store. First, your purchase prices support habitat for humanity... doing so much good! Second, there are amazing deals to be had (I recently found a $570 visual comfort sconce for $75). Lastly, there are many older or antique pieces of furniture, and honestly, they just don't make furniture like they used to. I saw someone mention, I could buy a new coffee table for the same price. Yeah, sure, but it would be made of particleboard instead of hardwood. Not a great trade ;)

Great selection of furniture, spanning cheap to expensive. Knowledgeable and helpful employees. This is our first stop for dining room sets, bureaus, lounge chairs, etc. Always recommend this spot to friends.

Workers and volunteers were very friendly and helpful. There was a lot of variety of items and fairly well organized. Items were also affordable and in great conditions.

The ReStore was a huge find for me. I had one week to completely furnish a 1 bedroom apartment. I was able to find all of my furniture at the ReStore for about $600 total. There is a great selection - about 30 different couches, 30 dressers, tons of tables, kitchen chairs etc. so lots of selection to choose from. It was nice to be able to see them in person and pick your favourite. Reasonable prices and a discount if you bring it home the same day. They will reserve the item for 3 days if you pay. They even helped us pack our Uhaul so that we only needed one trip. The staff were patient and helpful. What a great environmentally friendly and convenient option. Lots of parking. It gets busy on Saturday so try to come early to get the best selection. So happy to be supporting this organization! A true gem.

Omg!!! Forgot about this diamond in the rough. It has everything you need from books, silverware,  dishes, appliances,  washer and dryers just to name a few. I found a beautiful 8 piece , cherry kitchen cabinets for 900.00!!! That made my day!!! I'm going back on a regular bc you never know what you might find. Go check it out and your money is going to a great cause:)

People who work there are very friendly, prices on most things are excellent. Since inventory is always changing, we stop in if we are driving by just to see what’s in stock

I hesitate to write a review because I don't want the secret to get out that this place is so great! The selection, prices, & staff are wonderful. Just bought a fabulous $1,000+ chair for less than $200 and have been back for dressers and a beautiful oak kitchen table.

Selection varied but the price and mission are hard to beat. Have a solid wood dining set from here for $100.

Love this place, huge selection of home goods as well as books.  Large spacious place, easy to socially distance.  If you are a new homebuyer come check this out before buying new!

This is a great organization and store. Knowing my purchases help habitat for humanity brings me joy. Some very good value here and you'll always find something for a DIY inspiration.

This is a great place,staff is nice and very helpful. They seem to get a  range of things,from store floor models from Mitchell Gold to  "junk" from generous donors! Always worth a look! As an Interior designer I always find something worth buying...

TEMPTED TO KEEP IT A SECRET.
I have to say this place is a real find. I stumbled onto it by accident while shopping at neighboring JoAnn's. I'm reticent to give it a good review because I kind of want it to stay "my little secret."

The basic deal is that this is a place for homeowners to donate their furniture, appliances, fixtures and whatnot when renovating or redecorating, which they then resell for ridiculously low prices. I bought a practically new washing machine and a really nice dryer for $150 total! They have amazing furniture items, some of which are antiques, and also a lot of lamps and fixtures, and stuff like fireplaces. Their furniture is priced exceptionally low, even lower than a typical thrift shop (I'm a thrift store maven). A great place to shop if you are remodeling or redecorating or need to get some appliances and don't want to pay an arm and a leg. Plus the revenues go to Habitat for Humanity, so it's pretty much all good. Shhhh....don't tell anyone. Let's keep it our little secret.

I've only gone once (so far) but it was a positive experience. Staff was friendly. There were a lot of great looking dressers and dining room tables. Couches and armchairs were a little worn out looking.

We didn't find the dining room chairs we wanted, but we did buy some kitchen wares and a book that all looked great.

Seems like the type of place that has a lot of inventory turn-over. We hope to visit again soon.

I was disappointed when I gave the cashier the money, he put my change on the counter. I waited  to see him complete the  next transaction and he gave the person back their change in his hand. I will not go back to West Roxbury store anymore.

Definitely a lot larger than expected and a good variety of beautiful lighting and furniture I was told the stock changes frequently. I was very impressed with the lighting selection can you print clearly tell it was either brand new or gently used and from what I could see purchased at the highway and retailers such as

How can a company conduct business when they REFUSE to answer the phone, poor professionalism. I'm trying to donate furniture & can't get through.

Lots of stuff to browse through but found prices a bit high for stuff they received for free.

I had furniture picked up. The gentlemen were very nice and on time. However, they want to make as much money off of you as possible. I’m donating brand new barely used furniture in order to do a good thing. I was told that my very light platform bed frame and futon were extra large items, although extra large were considered only appliances online. My desk that I can carry myself with one hand was a large item, even though large online was considered things that needed 2 people. And they needed to charge me extra for my mattress even though they knew ahead of time I had a mattress and nobody told me they would need to recycle it. I ended up paying 100+ over the estimate online, if I knew this I would have found a different option.

I feel bad giving this place only one star, but really that’s my only reason for the second star. I found a dirty coffee table that I liked. Nothing a few Clorox wipes won’t take care of. Then I saw the price. $150. I found another one that would have worked as well. $80. I kept looking and found a dining table that would work. The table was $100 and the chairs ranged from $40-50. I couldn’t believe the chairs were a separate price. All of this stuff is donated. Why do they need to make THAT much money? I can get a brand new coffee table for less than $75 and a dinette set for less than $250. This was my second time there and will definitely be my last.

Very over priced and most things was either dirty or badly chipped came here a few times thinking it'll be different outcome but always high prices and Quality is not great

They will purposely decisive you then say that it should have been done differently but wasn't. I got a cabinet that was 2 peices that were integral to each other and set up as a single unit. They told me I had to buy the second part at a ridiculously high price. The staff doesn't care and are too busy on their phones to want to help

Not a fan of this location and offerings.  Disappointed every time I’ve gone .  Prices are way too high.

Their pricing is outrageous for a store that's getting all their supplies donated.  They have gotten very greedy and is no longer a place where deals can be had for used items.
