What a wonderful store! They take care of everything and the prices are extremely fair. The gentleman in charge was extremely knowledgeable. I bought a few pieces that were stacked way up high and they had no problem getting everything for me and bringing it to my car. Shop local, it’s the best way.

I bought two tables and will be back!! Staff helped to get it in the car. Prices were good!

This place is packed full of all types of furniture. There are some unique pieces as well. Prices are very reasonable, and they will deliver for a fair price too. Definitely worth a visit.

Almost every piece of furniture i have in my 3 bedroom ranch has come from here here. The owner  Al gets a lot of the furniture from estates. I have gotten many whole sets of living room and bedroom furniture inexpensively here. I have gotten a number of fine display cabinets also. Very often when i want some odd little item i find it first time I walk in here. Like I was looking for a magazine holder/something to put extra bathroom items in it, it was there! Just last week I wanted just the right size glass display cabinet to put over my doorway. It was there! I have come here for about 20 years. Sometimes I go there, not having anything in mind and find something I didn't know I needed. He also has a lot of bicycles and cycles. They deliver as well.

To the person who claims that Austin Furniture buys stolen goods:
As required by law,we I.D. everyone who brings items through our door which we purchase.Obviously,there is no possible way to detrmine if an item is stolen.
In 18 years of doing business,we have not had even one legal issue.
100% good track record with the law.

There certainly is a market for all needs, this place did not inspire us to even enter the door. Please do read opinions from other visitors who did enter the store, it would be fair.

Bought two used bureaus overpriced and in a hurry. The movers forgot the mirror connections pieces and i had to go back to get them. The movers were crackheads and damaged my bureau even more nothing too bad but still when you move things you should take your time and be careful. I wanted to talk the price down of two used bureaus for about 200 it should have been around 150 after asking other buisnesses. Never go here its garbage.

Very dishonest man when you want to make a return within 30day time  frame. STAY AWAY from this place. He is also very unprofessional and  immature and hangs up in your face. Bad customer service. He told me these items would be cleaned before delivered. Does this look clean to you? SHAME on you. Zero Stars.

Website says open, sign outside says open, but guess what?  They weren't.

Stay away from this place. Customer service is awful. Do yourself a favor and dont buy or sell anything to or from them.

If your bicycle gets stolen in Worcester, this is most likely who bought it.  Deals in stolen goods and keeps getting away with it.

Lying about a price ain't cool and not knowing what your dealing with is what you should think about..
