Great concept! Received more than I was planning for on compensation with my drop off and thought the selection and prices on the shelves were great! Employees were very helpful. I will definitely be back!!!

Love this place. Always find something worth buying and they have amazing prices and different sales going on. Definitely worth it. And the girl behind the counter was really nice!

Great store to stop in and get some deals on low priced name brand clothes. They always have a great selection. The staff is great. Avery was very helpful pointing out some great sales that the store had that day, saving me even more money. I like the way the store is organized by colors and clothing type for a quick in and out selection on what I’m looking for.

I’ve been a customer of Uptown Cheapskate for YEARS and have always had great experiences with them at this location (and also when they used to be in Bel Air). Today, one of their employees, Caiden, really impressed me. Caiden truly went above and beyond my expectations; he was very observant and responsive to my needs. He offered to hold onto the clothes until I was ready to try them on, making multiple trips while being efficient with his time taking care of other demands. When I was ready to try them on, he was ten steps ahead of me, he already unlocked the dressing room and moved some of the clothes in there. When I was ready to check out, he reminded me to use my rewards account then helped me to save money by explaining when to use my points. Since they didn’t have bags, he even held the door open for me and offered to help carry it to my car. Caiden was OUTSTANDING, all while being very polite. It’s rare to find someone in retail go the extra mile, especially when it’s stressful and exhausting, but that’s exactly what he did. He went the extra mile to make every customer in that store feel valued. By far the best interaction with any employee in the years of going there. Now, more generally, my experience over the years: As a seller, expect them to be highly selective without paying you top dollar. I wouldn’t recommend selling as a way to make money, but to clear out the closet while earning store credit for your next purchase. As a buyer, expect to find the CUTEST things for a great price. Always expect to spend more than you intend to! This store has been a blessing. Better prices than Goodwill and without a doubt WAY better items, too. Lots of brand name or designer clothes/shoes/accessories that look (or are) brand new, without breaking your budget. There’s something for everyone!

I’ve sold clothes here several times! Not everything sells but it’s hard to be picky when your getting rid of things you don’t want! I also was looking for a dress for an occasion and Peyton was very helpful and asked if I needed help!

Although I see negative reviews surrounding the selling of items, I personally am a buyer and I’m only commenting on MY experience of buying. Personally, i enjoy the prices and the selections. I have bought 2 flannels, 2 pair of well kept UGG’s and a vineyard shirt- all on different occasions. The price for all of these didn’t exceed over $150 which is the price for just one pair of UGGs bought from a shoe store. Impressive! I love their No bags policy, keep the environment green!

Today was my first time going and I was pleasantly surprised! Lots of sales going on and really cute jeans. I got two pairs of jeans and 2 shirts for about 20$. Mind you I got name brand items! The cashier was extremely nice and wished me a happy birthday. I really like the store and wish I one closer to my location. I think it’s rude to leave mean reviews because they couldn’t buy your items..

Similar to "Kid to Kid" but for adults. Nicely organized store with lots of name brand clothing. Certain color tags are marked down 20-40 percent. Some things are overpriced, but if you take your time to look through the racks, you'll be sure to find a good deal on something.

As a buyer I love this store's selection. :) But as far as trying to sell here, it's very disappointing how picky they are. I took the bus here, and carried 2-3 LARGE reusable shopping bags full of really nice clothes and some purses (One was even a Michael Kors purse). I was shocked when they handed me my stuff back and said they couldn't buy any of it.

Employees were polite. The selection was very small and average- nothing too interesting or worth bragging about. I was underwhelmed, so I probably won't go out of my way to shop here again.
