About This Store

Antique Row: A Baltimore Treasure Trove of Unique Antiques and Antiquities

Nestled in the heart of Baltimore, Antique Row is a local gem that caters to the discerning collector and history enthusiast. This antique store boasts a wonderful selection of primarily 1700, 1800, and early 2000's items, with a focus on Asian, American (with some emphasis on Baltimore related), and British antiquities.

What sets Antique Row apart is its commitment to authenticity. There are no reproductions to be found here, only genuine antiques and antiquities that have stood the test of time. The store's inventory includes a large selection of antique books, including locally written Civil War books of very high historical value.

Customers rave about the knowledgeable and helpful staff at Antique Row, who are eager to share their expertise and guide visitors through the store's impressive collection. Visitors have discovered unique pieces, such as a cast iron, ca. 1880-1890 Aunt Jemima bank with a 'Don't F-- with me' Attitude on her face, and an English Molasses print, ca. 1805, of 'Africa-America.'

While the prices at Antique Row can be expensive, customers acknowledge that it is a good learning experience, and the items they have purchased are very cool. The store's offerings are worth it for those with an interest in antiques and antiquities.

They were very kind and informative. I had gone to the Baltimore Antique & Jewelry & Art Show at the Convention Center. Many BEAUTIFUL things. But I thought, I'll spend my money in a locally owned BALTIMORE ANTIQUE STORE instead! I'm glad I did! I found these two Unique pieces there. A cast iron, ca. 1880-1890 Aunt Jemima bank with a " Don't F--- with me" Attitude on her face. And an English Molasses print, ca. 1805, of "Africa-America". Very Cool. After I got home I looked up my purchases on line and discovered that I paid WAY TOO MUCH for both. I still Love Them, but I would suggest researching on your phone BEFORE buying. You would be empowered to haggle/barter a better price. It was a good learning experience. I'll know better next time. And they REALLY do have some Lovely Antiques!

Wonderful selection of primarily 1700, 1800 early 2000's items. Many unique items. No reptoductions. Primarily Asian, American (with some emphasis on Baltimore related) and British antiquities. Large selection of antique books. Locally written Civil War books of very high historical value. Expensive. Worth it if you can afford it and you have an interest in antiques and antiquities. Knoledgeable and helpful owner and staff. Bringing children is not a good idea.

Can't rate on the quality of the shop, the store front was closed and the building was totally empty. Building was listed for sale and last sold mid August 2021.

Pretty stuffy and expensive. If you are looking for very high end antiques this place might be for you but it is not as much for the casual antique browser. Also it was kind of odd, they have to buzz you into the store, it’s not unlocked. Never have had this experience.
