A Baltimore Oddity: Bazaar Review Bazaar in Baltimore is not your average store. If you're looking for the usual, run-of-the-mill items, this isn't the place for you. But if you're a collector of the curious, the obscure, and the downright bizarre, then step right up! This small shop is packed to the brim with oddities. Think antique medical tools, preserved butterflies and exotic insects, and even obscure prescriptions. It's a bit like stepping into a cabinet of curiosities, with something fascinating to discover around every corner. While the collection is certainly eclectic, it's not overwhelming. The items are well-organized, and the friendly staff is happy to answer any questions you might have. They seem genuinely passionate about their unique wares and eager to share their knowledge. Parking can be a bit of a challenge, as it's limited to street parking. However, the hunt for a spot is well worth the effort. Overall: Bazaar is a must-visit for anyone who appreciates the strange and unusual. It's a truly unique shopping experience that you won't soon forget. Highlights: * Unique and obscure items: From antique medical tools to preserved insects, there's something to pique everyone's interest. * Friendly and helpful staff: The staff is passionate about their collection and eager to assist customers. * Well-organized: Despite the vast array of items, the shop is well-organized and easy to navigate. Things to keep in mind: * Limited parking: Street parking only. * Small shop: The shop is small, so it can feel a bit crowded at times.

Their online store is wonderful! Never stop making the candles/fragrances! I’m a perfume enthusiast and they have some of my favorites. I love the Botched Lobotomy candle. It’s the most unique scent related item I own. Never smelled anything like that before. I live in another country, but I hope to visit the actual shop one day! 🖤

Very interesting store. I am not particularly into this enough to make a purchase but worth looking at and see what kind of interesting taxidermy or other things they have.

Fun little shop that has a lot to look/gawk at. Some items are more educational, while others are more kitsch-y. But all very fun. They seem to have everything from homemade ritual candles to anatomical specimens to kitchen gadgets. The host is very kind and knowledgeable, and the prices seem very fair.

A very unique shop offering air plants in various ways and many other things that are just very different. It's just a shop you need to see for yourself to experience.
