I've bought several jukeboxes, pinball, and parts from Coinopwarehouse over the last 20 years, always a good transaction. They pick & flip what they buy and they know what it's worth. I picked up jukeboxes for as little as $35.00,(when they were emptying one of their warehouses years ago) and walked away happy. Doubt you'll ever get the "Deal of the Century" here, but if you know what you are buying you'll get a fair deal. If you want a retail transacation then go to a retail store front pay retail prices. I always think of transactions here as closer to wholesale and as is where is. I am hobbiest not a dealer so I typically keep/play what I buy. Keep up the great work!

Pure nostalgia at this place. Not just coin operated game and arcade machines but tons and tons of old memorabilia. Anything you can think of and things you either forgot about our never knew existed. Whether you are looking for something specific or just bored, this place is just AWESOME. You have to check it out. You can look for days at this place and not see everything and I believe he has 4 other buildings around hagerstown.

They probably have it and the price is almost always fair.

Honestly, this place is the best reason to stop in Hagerstown. Full stop. Huge warehouse full of every kind of collectible, it’s like a flea market or goodwill, but with none of the boring stuff and all of the cool stuff.

I have dealt with Lloyd for over 20 years and always come home with something cool when I buy.

This place is amazing!!! So many arcade games and cool things to look at. From old whiskey decanters to horse drawn carriages and hearses this place has too much to see in just one trip. I try to go often just to see what they may have gotten in since the last time.

This is called the game room. I  chatted with the young lady at the counter and the owner a bit. I was a bit disappointed. I had heard it was pinball machines. Well a few. Lots of varied vintage coin op. He's a picker out of the Washington DC area. He's found the old Niner Awning was economical . The lowdown is check them out on Facebook.
I saw a Willy Mays mirror etching on the floor leaning against something scales for a penny or a few "kiddie-rides from storefronts". A couple three Ms Pac-Man machines. These are for sale not to entertain .Anyway I encourage him to put the Willy Mays mirror up on the wall. Willy first played the minors right around the corner at Funkhouser Park.
He said he didn't know that.

If you are looking for collectibles. Parts for video games or a vintage arcade game this is the place. Had a chance to tour warehouse. Very cool.

I have done business with Lloyd for 30 years and and have always been treated great by Lloyd and his employees. His pricing is fair and usually below market because he does such a large volume.

I totally disagree with the review that is Bad for customer service. Lloyd, Ben and Amanda are the best people I have met in this coin-op collection industry. Prices are in line and I never have got a machine that wasn't how it was described. Nice to buy machines from folks that love them as much as I do. I feel, that to them, it is not about making $ as much as it is in keeping these machines alive. I have seen Lloyd's scale collection .... and he really loves the old scales and has some I have never seen before and probably never will again. Thanks to all of you for your dedication to this passion and love of the coin-ops.

They do the majority of the online business through Facebook.  This isn't a bad system however, The majority of Facebook pages/groups have a standard of stated Interested when someone would like an item.  I had made the comment of Interested, can pickup tomorrow.  The Lloyd the owner sold it to the next person behind with the reason that I did not say I'd Take It.  I looked for a Pinned post or set of instructions under about and did not see such.  He then stated I was harassing him.  This must be why reviews are off on their Facebook page with this type of customer service.

Buyers beware! Lloyd the owner is completely dishonest! Made a agreement to purchase a pinball machine that was listed as working. I drove 2 hrs to get there and find out the machine was not working and missing a vital board behind the backglass. Llyod apologized and stated he would make survto get a board and make sure game worked and at his cost would transport it to my house. After several weeks not hearing back I messaged him. It all was down hill from there as he reniged on his word. I have tons of screen shots of our conversation as well as pictures! Anyone who would like to know the truth about him and his dishonesty please send me a pm.

Lloyd Thoburn is one of the most unprofessional, childish people on the planet.  Stay far, far away.

Bad customer service.  They will sell to their regulars over folks that contact them first.
