I had a really bad day because I decided to celebrate my birthday and invited people over, but FedEx lost my order, which was a dining table. They kept promising to deliver it every day for a week with no success and just playing around, literally- FedEx customer service is the worse. So I decided to go to this store at the last minute to see if I could find anything. Surprisingly, I was able to find the perfect table at such a great price! On top of that, the outlet manager, Elijah, made the whole experience very easy and comfortable. He helped me disassemble some parts, put the table in my car, and gave me tools to assemble it at home. The customer service was absolutely top-notch. I highly recommend this place!

I was so completely satisfied with my recent purchase of a sectional sofa at Cort Funiture. What made the process so wonderful for me was the professional, courteous and friendly customer service by Lisa. What a pleasure to have such a helpful person, who was able to assist with the process without being overbearing. This is actually the second time in a few months that I had the privilege of working with her. A few months ago, my sister and I was looking for a sofa for my nephew for his new home and decided to check out Cort. That was the first time I met Lisa and because of her assistance we not only purchased the sofa, but also a coffee table, side table and a lamp. Gorgeous! And so is my beautiful sectional.
