This shop is, itself, a great find! I was able to purchase a wonderful framed Matisse for our medical practice. The staff were very helpful, and the choices are plentiful. Displays artfully done.

I was downsizing and tried selling a few items through Craigslist. However, when moving day was fast approaching and I had no nibbles, I reached out to Great Finds & Design via their website. They quickly got back to me and agreed to take several items on consignment. Over the following 6 months (surprise!) I would find a check in the mail. In fact, by the end of the 6-month consignment term they'd sold ALL of my items! I made a pretty penny, much more than I would had I kept trying the online route.

If you have quality items you are considering selling, I urge you to give them a shot. I'm beyond happy and can't thank them enough. I think you'll be happy too.

If you are looking for furniture and household items, this is a great place to find something unique. Their showroom is set up beautifully. I love going there to find something nice for the house and sometimes just to look around for decorating ideas. The staff is very nice and helpful.

Whenever I'm in the area I stop into GF&D whether I'm looking for something in particular or just cause.  The merchandise, which is constantly changing, is always beautifully showcased as if brand new.  The jewelry boutique lovely. I find the staff from the stock clerks to the cashiers to be professional, pleasant and eager to assist.  You can't go wrong here.

Never had a problem here.  Alway changing inventory with great deals.  You cannot go wrong here.

A great little consignment shop. This is a destination place for us and we've driven down here often to look at their inventory. Would be five stars except they close their bathroom to visitors. When you drive over an hour to get somewhere, you don't expect to have to leave and go find a bathroom.

You can decorate an entire room from the items found in the store but not only do they have furniture, they have art and  lifestyle pieces such as fox furs, mink coats, costume jewelry, purses and  canvas art. I was surprised to found so many items at a great price. I plan to visit twice a month to find great finds and designs

Today around 3pm, this was my first visit after 3+ years of longing to get here.   I was in “my own world”.   I was so excited and caught up; that I had finally gotten this opportunity to shop so meticulously for accent pieces, that I lost track of time and got separated from my mom & daughter.   I was so engrossed, the receptionist had to find me and tell me “we are closing the register at 5.”   I just knew I would be back another day for furniture and/or jewelry.  However, I am seriously dismayed and heartbroken to learn, once I got back to the car, that my 74 year old mom,  could not use your restroom around 4pm, when she asked politely.   (Only after paying at 5:10pm, I met my sweet mother and “fabulous, special needs”  daughter waiting in the car since 4pm, I was informed about this heartless “incident”.) What I thought was a good afternoon for me/us ended when I got to the car to hear this sad story. If only I had known my mother was denied access to a simple bathroom privilege, to relieve herself, I would have left IMMEDIATELY AFTER she received such a poor reply @ 4pm.  Now, we are left with my “final sale receipt”, these trinkets, and a sad, unwanted experience that will live on in our memory banks and in our hearts. Simple, common courtesy denied; no thank you GFD.  Please cease with this inhumane policy towards your current and future customers.

I had been to this consignment shop maybe a few times. I had bought some items and they were great! My issue was that I fell in love with a table and wanted to get it for my new house. I went in there to go buy it. The associate took the price tag off and since it was a dining table, it had to be professionally delivered. So my husband and I had waited until we got a quote for how much it would coat to deliver it. I was going to buy it regardless. The owner of the store came over to my husband and I to let us know that the table was on hold for someone as soon as the store opened. It wasn’t yet paid for. I can understand wanting to hold an item for a customer but there was NO sign on the table saying it was on hold or pending sale or anything of the sort. To say I was disappointed is only one of the few feelings I can say that I had felt. I can be understanding that it can busy and such but why was there no sign on the table that it was no longer for sale? And the store had just opened up? I would hope some type of sign would be there. Please be more diligent with things like this.

have always loved going in here and have spent alot of money here over the years. went today and bought a chest i wanted. while waiting at the loading dock some old mean woman pounced on me. told me to get out and leave now. i showed her my receipt and she kept screaming at me to go now. last time i was there i saw her being rude to another customer like that. just wondering if they only hire from mental facilities. told her i would get a refund and she said they would keep my money. and i get nothing. very bad customer service here. be careful of this woman. i think she may be dangerous.

To my dismay it saddens me that I have to write this review. This venue has been my go to spot for everything housewares as they carry quality luxury consignment and new items. I found this beautiful bench item #43049-47 online last night 11/1/22 listed for 39.95 and thought wow how cute and I can recover it and it will be perfect in my kitchen at my banquette. I traveled to the store in such excitement as I always am to go there and shop and the price was changed. Liz in the store clerk chalked it up to a computer system glitch and since its consignment they have to honor the contract meanwhile screw me the customer who has referred hundreds of satisfied customers and have spent quite a few dollars thee furnishing my home. With my continued patronage I strongly feel I should have received the advertised price. This store does quite well in sales even given the height of the pandemic always crowded wit faithful shoppers like me. With the volume of happy customers and my past purchases I was appalled that this was not honored a meager 24.00 that would have to be paid to the consigner by the store was not worth the sale and to keep a happy customer coming back.

Very disappointed with the way and timing of items are priced. I fell in love with a dining table and chairs that I saw on a Tuesday. The item was not yet priced and was told I could not leave my name and number when it was. Was told I could check the website each day and could call and pay with CC over the phone when I saw on website.
Never on the website! Called and sold the same time it was priced! Very peculiar!  Will think twice before going back!

I am sorry to hear that you were so frustrated. Unfortunately we don't always have people free to answer consignment intake questions right away. Often the ladies that work in the back office are in appointments or handling drop offs so they can't answer the phone right then and there, but if you left a voicemail they would call you back, generally speaking, by the end of the day. We certainly did not mean to turn you off from our store and it isn't that we didn't want to answer your questions, it's just that sometimes things get a bit hectic and we can't always respond immediately. We try to take all of the time our consignors deserve and need to help even though that can sometimes make us seem a little bit slower. I hope you give us another chance sometime in the future so that we can improve your perception of our store. We hate to disappoint, but I wish you all the best in your consignment endeavors.

I called about consignment questions, was transferred to voice mail by live person, called back and was placed on hold for over 7 minutes. Never got to ask questions. I have other places I can take my consignment too. Sorry you lost my business.

This store sold me a real stink bomb! The piece of furniture radiated stench for a five foot radius! I had to place it outside-unbearable. The store claimed they couldn't take it back or reimburse me for it as it could not be resold once it was placed outside. As if the stinker was suitable for anything but the dump! Whole experience cost me $800 including having the thing hauled to the dump. Could have bought a lot of new furniture for that amount!
