I found some gems at a great price at this place. One being a high end ski jacket that was greatly discounted from original price and excellent condition.i also found some Gerry insulated ski pants that are perfect for this year's ski conditions out here.

As someone who really depended on the secondary market (Goodwill, play-it-again...) to help outfit my own gear locker. Woods and waters provides a vital service to keep used outdoor gear in the market and out of the landfill and in the hands of hobbyists and serious outdoors/sports enthusiasts.

We are lucky to have this shop in town. If you're looking to save a few dollars on outdoor gear, or to sell some excess gear of your own, this is the place. The ladies who run and staff the shop are always friendly and willing to answer questions. I stop in regularly just to see what's available and I have been lucky in finding great deals on jackets, rain pants, outdoor gear and more. I have yet to consign anything here but they have a great system and it seems to work very well.

Great experience, fair prices! I have both bought and sold gear at Woods + Waters. Both experiences were great. As a fellow outdoors person, they gave advice about the items they were selling. They truly want to insure people have good, usable gear at a fair price. I love that we have a chance to re-use older gear. Very happy to have them in the community!
