In my experience, this is the finest antiques shop in Maine. Although we are only summer residents, who make regular pilgrimages to see what Margaret, Niki, and company have found. To date, our finds have included a fantastic Biedermeier sofa in a rare silk upholstery, a raft of pillows in period textiles from the UK (a REAL bargain, by the way), and a few lamps and very special works of art. Follow your eye, and let The Art of Antiquing be your guide. (Plus, you can stop in for coffee and the general store while you're in the village!)

A wonderful antiques shop! Margaret has exquisite taste. She is amazingly customer focused and went out of her way to source a piece I was looking for. We’ve found furniture, art work, light fixtures and small pieces. Margaret arranges very affordable shipping across country. Always a pleasure to explore the shop.
