Great store with very knowledgeable owners/staff.  One of my favorite go tos for Pokemon singles and hard to find sealed product.

One of my favorite card stores in Maine for Pokémon! Lots of bins of cards to go through, with a chair available to sit at the table to go through them. They also have a glass case with some higher end cards. Their higher end cards are always priced very reasonably, the lower end stuff can be hit or miss. Their toy selection is good too and they have some vintage video games. Staff is always incredibly kind and helpful. Highly recommend checking out if you’re into collectibles!!

Come down to Portland from Saint John, New Brunswick a few times a year and Maine Vintage Toys will now be a must visit each time. Super cool items, fair prices and the owners and their young son are all very nice, friendly and good people. Pop in for a visit, you’ll be happy you did.

Oh man, the Nostalgia was hitting so hard in here. Surprisingly, not as many vintage toys as I thought, but still a great and varied collection of older toys from the late 80s to current. Staff was very friendly and didn't intrude while we browsed. Got my eye on a few things I'll be going back for when I have more disposable income.

Bought a Lego mini figure online and it arrived on time and in good condition. Got a great deal too. Would buy again.

My oldest loved visiting small local toy stores with retro toys. He was excited to discover an old GI Joe toy here. Lots of Pokémon cards and also custom Lego mini figs.

First time shopping here. Great prices, unlike other places selling Pokémon cards where they scalp all the packs and jack up the prices. Extremely friendly and welcoming. Over all great experience! Would recommend to anyone around. My wife even got into collecting vintage toys from her childhood today.

This is a great store with something for everyone. I have found many great items for my collection at this store. Inventory is always changing so you never know what you will find.

We were impressed by the selection of Pokémon and sports trading cards. And the guy at the front was so friendly and welcoming, and seemed knowledgeable about all the products.

The store looked closed on the outside when we pulled up (blinds shut and everything) but don’t turn back! Store was indeed open. Shop is very bright, organized, and clean on the inside.

I’ve been to this store many of times, the selection of items is amazing. I’m a huge wrestling fan so this is my go to place when I want to add to my collection. They always have a huge amount of new figures unlike the big stores that don’t know how to stock.  If it was for Maine Vintage Toys I wouldn’t have finally met my idol Mick Foley! The owner is an amazing guy! A++++ everyone needs to check it out at least once.

Amazing store! A person could spend all day in there reminiscing of your favorite childhood toys.   Everything is very reasonably priced.  Highly recommend

Super fun place to visit. If you collect cool stuff this is a must go. Prices less expensive than online markets and you can actually see/touch the items before purchasing.

They have the nicest people there and have amazing figures and autographs along with other vintage objects mainly out of pop-culture. I love this place and I come there once every few months, would definitely recommend

I wandered into this store last Friday  looking for top loaders, having never heard of it or having been there before.  It is a VERY cool store.  It's like my childhood in a store.  The prices were a bit more than I wanted to pay, true, but the staff was very nice and just walking around inside was a trip down memory lane.  If you have the time and want to reminisce, I highly recommend.

Amazing collection from vintage action figures to sports cards to hot wheels this place has it all! So happy to have a local toy store, owned by a true collector. Highly recommend.

This place was really cool. We were looking for specific full art singles and they were a little hard to find. But other than that, I recommend this place as a must visit.

We’ve been a couple time for the wrestling stars autograph signings. Didn’t shop much but looks like they have a lot to offer. Staff has always been very friendly.

It's not fancy, but there is a lot of stuff. Right now, there are tons of 1980s action figures & playsets in the original condition and packaging. A few 1970s toys are on the shelves, too. Only a few reproductions. The prices are pretty high, which is on par with other vintage toy sellers. Masks are required, and the lone employee is friendly and engages w/ customers when they enter.

Happy to have such a welcoming LCS that knows about the product they sell — you can tell they’re fans just like us!

Thank you for the feedback. We do our best to keep prices as close to market as possible. Sometimes cards end up higher then market and sometimes end up below market price. Prices fluctuate a lot with pokemon daily. There are some cards we can lower prices on and some that we just can't but always try our best to accommodate in other ways like our rewards program. Prices are way too high on pokemon cards. When I went to owner about trying to drop a price on a pokemon card that was at $5, because on tcg it was worth $.50. He told me he was just going to hold onto it. He wasn't even interested in negotiating. Beware of over pricing. Even the bulk in the back is $.25 which again.... crazy overpriced. If you want more affordable cards, even bigger cards like EX or V cards, go to a shop in Bangor, Brewer. Owners are great and won't scam you.

Absolutely hilarious they block me on facebook because I call then out on selling reproduction cartridges for 130 dollsrs
