What a unique and interesting space! I've gotten killer, unique high quality T-shirts that work from the beach to dinner. Also the most delicate and mind-blowing "more air than material" ceramic berry bowls. Oh and some killer original art. Inventory changes frequently and local artists are popping in and out to talk about their work.

Vacancy is an innovative space for ann arbor. It showcases artists of all kinds and has vintage clothes. Tons to look at here, you gotta check out this spot

Very unique vintage shop in Kerrytown. The clothing here is focused on skate culture but generally well rounded. Mostly selling upcycled T-shirts from the in-house brand (called Hasbeenz) but also selling vintage pants, hats, shoes, and shorts. There's some local art for sale as well. They have a fitting room. I really like the in-house brand and hope to see more of these shirts out around A2. The combination of dyes and prints is unique, walking the lines between modern, nostalgic, cartoonish, and digital. Guy running the shop is very personable, can tell you about his approach to curating the shop, the materials he likes to work with, etc. Plays good hip-hop music in the shop. Genuinely a cool place to stop by. They release new styles every couple of weeks, so it's a good place to be a regular. The quality of their upcycled gear is pretty top notch. Most of the upcycled gear is all 100% cotton, brand like Carhartt and St Johns Bay. You can get a one-of-a-kind tee for 20$. There's an actual voice and perspective to the brand that I've found intriguing. From my understanding, gear is printed in the basement on a daily basis. Owner has plans to do some events over the summer. Right next to Culantro, this is worth checking out.
